I think a lot of people will like your design. I personally find it too "busy" and would prefer something simpler, but that is just one opinion. Thanks for taking the time to draw it up it is more than most of us have done or will do.

I think the Masternode logo is a good idea.

How about a single letter "M" with the same "barbed" effect on the bottom left of it's first column.
Obviously it would be the same font design of the "D".
It would be smaller than the "D" so it could simply fit inside it.
Perhaps a different colour too perhaps?

From what I can tell, this issue is a cryptonote issue. I wouldn't label anyone clueless until after the results are known - there are still some doubts over the attacks.

What would be interesting to see is if there is a successful attack and one of the CN projects has protection that they are not prepared to share.
