When you go to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust, do you have just "DefaultTrust" in your trust list and do you have a trust depth of 2?
443  Economy / Services / Re: Pocket Dice Signature Campaign on: October 02, 2014, 03:29:04 PM

444  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How safe is this brainwallet? on: October 02, 2014, 03:07:50 PM
The problem with your scheme (nearly all schemes for that matter) is that we don't know how much entropy it actually contains. Unless you describe exactly how you created your conlang, and then describe exactly how you construct your passphrase, there's no way to know (and even then it could be difficult to figure out).

This is at the heart of why brainwallets are bad. Humans are bad at creating entropy using just our brains, and we're really bad at estimating how much entropy something has, and in the end it's the amount of entropy in a key that makes it difficult (or not) to brute-force.

I don't know much about the concept of entropy, but here is my question.
In the viewpoint of the attacker who has no info how the passphrase is constructed, shouldn't that passphrase work just like a completely random meaningless combination of 120 capital letters, numbers and special characters?
445  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: October 02, 2014, 02:58:52 PM
Why are the people still playing and investing in DB (still over 1500 btc in the bankroll), when it has been caught cheating not once but twice?!
446  Economy / Services / Re: PrimeDice Gambling Service - 130% Returns In a Couple of Hours on: October 02, 2014, 02:51:14 PM
I wouldn't trust a newbie and a gambler.

yeah, thank you for bringing up a dead topic!!

I just can't tell whether somebody is being sarcastic or not these days.

I am 99.9% sure it is being sarcastic, but seriously what is the point of bumping this old dead thread up when 1) It is an obvious scam and 2) OP has left already after scamming.
447  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: October 02, 2014, 02:48:10 PM
Does this stay in my QT Wallet forever or disapears it with reloading the blockchain (inside the blockhain) ?

It will stay there forever if you don't do anything to it. If you want it go away, run your Bitcoin Core with -zapwallettxes next time to clear the list of wallet transactions and rescan the blockchain data.
448  Economy / Gambling / Re: Accept BITCOIN . DOGECOIN . --- SUPER AMAZING FAIR BETTING SITE . VERY OPENLY ! on: October 01, 2014, 08:05:50 PM
why dont you pay me i send coins to high address yesterday https://blockchain.info/tx/cad6cdbd08a21a61937135b19324b8b7bac856b4950309156e73896475bc6481 and i won 81 why you dont send the coins to me?
What is happening all the noobs(i know i am noob myself) are saying how this site is good with no proofs of gambling and than there is me how gives proof that i did bet big amount, won and was not paid. Pay or return my money.

As a matter of fact, there are 4 newbie users saying the site is good without showing a Tx ID in this page 5, and all of them were registered on the same day and were inactive in the past 1.5 months. Wink
449  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 260% in 8 minutes??? Have HYIP grown that far? on: October 01, 2014, 07:51:22 PM
The higher the return rate (the shorter the time frame), the sooner the HYIP will vanish.

Considering the high return rate of that HYIP, it is extremely unlikely the site is able to get enough new deposit to support the withdrawals for days, so it is very likely the withdrawal data is fake.
450  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★ +8.3k BTC wagered ★ the best onchain game on: October 01, 2014, 07:37:02 PM
I am not sure if using an autobet bot to play on LB is a good idea, as the on-chain transaction fees will add up to a considerable amount and will eat your profit / further increase your loss.
451  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Developing]Updated list of gambling websites* on: October 01, 2014, 07:29:20 PM
There are a couple of sites that I use or used that you should consider adding: LuckyBit, 777Coin and Seals with Clubs.

I thought their first scam would be enough to draw the gamblers and investors away and bring the site down. But instead, some people still gambled there and invested in the site, and the site is caught scamming once again...
454  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular Bitcoin Game |1% Edge | PVP | Jackpot | Faucet on: September 29, 2014, 01:08:40 AM
BBmmBB, you can change the client seed at any moment, and then the site won't be able to control the bet results.
455  Economy / Gambling / Re: PushBTC.com | Bored of dice games? | Try this exciting new way to gamble on: September 29, 2014, 01:01:52 AM
It looks like a very interesting game and there is no similar bitcoin game.

So is this verifiably fair in any way, or are we trading the mercy of the RNG for the mercy of a supposed skill game with source code that we have no idea about?

At the moment you cannot verify the outcome of a move. However, we will write a paper with the involved math so you can verify every move. That's why a small amount of randomness is added to the exact insertion position (+/- 15 pixels) to prevent precalculating the outcome and give an equal chance to everyone. Currently our main priority is to get the platform running smooth and stable, so please don't expect a detailed explanation before next week.

Interesting. I would love the read the details when your paper is done.
456  Economy / Gambling / Re: PushBTC.com | Bored of dice games? | Try this exciting new way to gamble on: September 29, 2014, 12:55:57 AM
Game looks pretty good, so i went ahead and deposited. How long does it take to get to my account at this point? thanks.

If you click the help button on the top right hand corner, you can find the following Q&A:

Where can I see the status of my deposit?
There is currently no way to show the status. Deposits are usually credited within a minute after the first confirmation.
457  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★ +8.3k BTC wagered ★ the best onchain game on: September 29, 2014, 12:50:11 AM
a method of cheating has maybe been discovered. this is how all these lucky rolls been coming, i would wager. the shark hits 999 in two straagith times. I hit the 999 before, and i thought it was very odd.

I don't seem to find any problem in the way the result is generated (sha256 of <tx_id>:<vout_id>:<secret_key>) unless the secrets are leaked somehow.

458  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - NEW - PAID AFFILIATE PROGRAM - INVEST - DICE | LOTTO on: September 29, 2014, 12:43:55 AM
I can confirm the site is been brought back to live now.
Thanks for solving the problem.
459  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular Bitcoin Game |1% Edge | PVP | Jackpot | Faucet on: September 29, 2014, 12:38:10 AM
HITTING BACK TO BACK LOSS STREAKS 9+ REALLY MAKES ME THINK "FAIR" LMFAO

Roll Eyes 50% CHANCE? ~ SUUUUURE

Its actually 49.5% chance.

Just sayin'.

you know what i'm saying ! lol ..back to back streaks of 9+ losses don't add up to "fair" anyway you slice it  buck-o! :\

Try tossing your coin for 10 times to see if you will get 5 heads and 5 tails exactly.
Or try rolling an actual dice for 12 times to see if you will get each outcome exactly twice.

I mean, the losing streaks does not really prove the game is not fair.
