I don't see how he could promise to use specific funds he was anticipating to receive at a certain time the next day and then end up not paying until two weeks later. I think this looks like the first poster was hoping that the lender would forget about the loan because of the small amount  lenders don't forget their loans  if you check other lending thread you may found many users take extension and even multiple times it can be any reason for being late in payment but if he was in touch with lender then it doesn't looks specious also when the amount is small The lender said above that he had to follow up several times and many times did not receive any kind of response. I think a neutral rating should definitely be given warning about the very late repayment. Maybe QS can leave a neutral when he can post again. if you read it again then he responded him late that doesn't means he didn't responded, check the quotes posted by lender seems like lender was ok with this extension because he offered him extra interest then they discussed so you can't say it was a delay till 31 august as lender was agree to get payment on 31 with extra interest |

If you extended his loan repayment date and he paid only 1-2 days after the date then its not a big issue, if he was contacting you during this period, I have been in lending business and sometime payments are made late but its not a issue as long as the person is contacting you for this,also mostly we wait for like 1 weeks after repayment day to give the user a chance to pay the loan, calling someone scammer or defaulter just because he paid 1-2 days later is not good, sometimes payments are sent late for many reasons.

I did 2 btc withdrawals from btc-e.com and confirmed them from my email, but it has been around 30 minutes and still not money received to my wallet, in withdrawal history it shows status "completed" but no tx in my wallet or on blockchain.info
their activity looks specious , withdrawals were supposed to be processed automatically but they don't.
