Four days before the scheduled end, that's totally awesome. I hope the public sale will be as successful. I just wish it would start right now, so we don't have to wait till January 15 to invest. Haha, me too. But then again, it is fair that there's a time interval between presale and public sale, so the early investors really deserve their bonus, since they take (even just a bit) more risk that's true, early adopters should be rewarded. they take the highest risk when going in capital ventures. Exactly, but nowadays you see presales immediately follwed up by public sales and then it's hardly justifiable to give much greater discounts. Think of the Filecoin sale for example Filecoin seemed to be a disaster, and their requirements to actually invest really turned me off. I stopped paying attention to it, I'm assuming it's not doing great? Their ICO?if im not mistaken, it was the best funded so far (around $200 M), it was on every news before. |

Yeah, there will be a sphere marketplace in Q3 2018, there are other projects with this kind of product/development. I really want to see sphere's strategies to compete with them. Right now, many of these platforms are using the same features (like marketplace). It is going to be a big competition between these platforms, in the end only 1 or 2 will succeed Yes, 1 or 2 place for successful global marketplace, but if they can manage about their target properly, they can also be successfull. Haha, even if both platforms are great, there's plenty of room for each of them. Bitcoin is already the most popular cryptocurrency, why have another one right? They are similar at a glance but when you look more into detail you will see that selfkey is using a more refined and granular approach. Agreed. I like self key quite a bit, I think its a good point that 2 similar projects can easily co-exist. That is right. There will be no dividends, but there will be rewards for social activity, etc. that's fine, but what exactly does that mean? Is it per post? per likes like steemit? I think you get rewarded if you share your social activity. It's not your likes they're interested in, but your general patterns of behavior in social networks, what you like in general, which topics, channels, pages and stuff like that. Nowdays, social networks like Facebook gather this information without our knowledge and make huge money on it. With Sphere, we should be in control. Probably rewards gonna be fixed like a certain amount of tokens for a certain amount of activity, don't know exactly what the measurement unit will be. Yeah, I don't think they have officially stated how rewards are calculated. It's all speculation at this point. Hmm, so have someone tried the app? and want to share a review about it? |

Can the residents of China buy tokens if they live in another country?
i assume you can, but wait for an official answer. As far as i know you need to respond to the law in the country you are now buying from. You may need to prove where you actually live. Some of the successful ICO uses KYC process to avoid breaching any law, if you lived in another place and your ID says your from china they might deny you in joining the ICO. and all this happening because the us and chinese government are trying to fuk up fundraising with cryptos... there goes our anonymity  If you listen to politicians in Europe this will affect us Europeans too in the future. Let's hope the best for us. when bitcoin and other cryptos dont stop to rise more, then the goverments will surely do something against it. thats what i am afraid of atm... They can do nothing to holders like us. They just can't kill a free trade and a free market And that would be a real pity. Hopefully, there is still a long way to go before that day. I doubt especially that I didn't saw any info about dividends. You can still make profit from appreciation of the token I also highly doubt that they would grant dividends. that would make you a shareholder and the tokens a security under many jurisdictions and big exchanges wouldn't list the token. Yes thats true, if im not mistaken bittrex wont list any dividend token, but binance will. There is still a lot to happen and / or change until the end of the project and start of its application, surely there will be many exchanges that will not hesitate to list it, for the effectiveness of the concept and easy application, something that can dominate the security segment. SelfKey is an Ico where many great things can happen, especially for what the Team presents in work Yep thats true, but i think there is no end for the project, since there will always be a new competitor emerging. Marketing campaigns are always a big factor in the ICO and Sphere is already doing so much in marketing.  I think it's clear that none of the ico's can survive without aiming high on marketing. This is by far the most important part in the roadmap to make a project lead to a success. marketing brings investors and thus makes it possible to start the development on it. So yess, marketing is key for every decent ico... and this one does meet all requirements to become a good project. I think thats absolutely the most important thing. Its like 60% marketing and 40% development, why? because there are many many many ICOs that will compete. I could be wrong but in my opinion using only marketing is not enough for successful ico. Every project needs to have good team behind it Youre not wrong , but i didnt say only marketing , its 60% marketing and 40% development/the project itself. |

Yeah. Its a new paradigm in social networking platform, and Im very optimistic that it will be successful in the near future. A Decentralized Social Media means Everyone gets to be their own mod. There's won't be a central organisation to ban or lock users account for one reason or another. This is a great step in making the world a Decentralized place. Beside that decentralized thing, i just want to see how they will become as popular as the other competitor. Hopefully their stratey will run smoothly. |

Yes for me also the platform will be a good alternative of actual big social network. It’s also compliant with crypto world and spirit. I think people who love crypto world will want to use sphere.
In my opinion Facebook is starting to get obsolete and this is the right moment for competition like sphere I think sphere will also need a unique feature like instagram, and then probably facebook will also offer some money to buy sphere. |
