Like all such models, it is worth absolutely nothing minus the value of the time it takes someone to realise that fact. Anyone interested in your model should ask you to pay them to examine your model, or else they're getting ripped off.

Since others have explained why this is probably a scam, I'll just address the question in the title, which nobody has actually answered directly. While exactly which crime(s) this is will vary depending on your jurisdiction, as a general rule, making a payment with the intention of later reversing it is fraud, and obtaining property (including bitcoins) by means of fraud is additionally theft. The legal risks of committing fraud and theft also vary by jurisdiction, but you can generally expect that if you get caught (and don't think you can't be - neither Tor nor Bitcoin are as anonymous as is generally believed, especially if you're careless), you could be facing several years in jail.

Note that it's a common scam tactic to implicate the victim in a crime, to discourage them from telling anyone (especially the police) once they realise they've been scammed.

Most of the P&S regulars probably qualify, though the grand prize I think goes to BADecker, who has made over 250 posts since the beginning of the year, and about 5k posts last year, most if not all of which are conspiracy-theoretical nonsense.

Of course, in most other countries, these insurgents would have no problems getting on a plane immediately after a failed coup attempt - because they would have been executed by now (unless they were lucky enough to get at least a show trial), and sending the bodies of executed criminals home for burial is standard procedure. I don't think they yet realise that the only reason they were able to walk into an airport at all is because America has such strange concepts as "due process" and "rights of the accused" including something called "presumption of innocence". They probably don't even realise how lucky they are that America doesn't even have the death penalty for sedition, so they'll get to continue whining about "muh freedomz" in Federal prison. There's just no pleasing some people.

Those are more commonly known as "spouses", and yes, they should be kept closer than (and ideally completely separate from) friends with benefits, if only to avoid conflict.

Well, it's relative. Enemies should be closer than "just friends", but not as close as "friends with benefits". Only the latter category should have access to your thighs and any foodstuffs crushed therein.

I'm confused too, particularly about the "enemies" part. I'm firmly of the opinion that if an enemy's head (or indeed any part of their body) is between your thighs, your self-defence strategy has already failed.
