you cant run a apw3 on 120 it has to be 240V unless you have an inverter plugged in to step up to 240 and in that case your nuts.  Ask Vosk what happens

Even then you really are not supposed to use 20 amps of a 20 amp breaker.  You should use about 80% to be safe and not melt the line.  So 16 Amp Max per line.
