541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: November 09, 2017, 12:29:40 AM
So I have a 570 modded and in windows on my 6 card rig I get 170 ish hash

Settings on afterburner are:
Cor Voltage -96
Core 1110
Mem 1960

On simpleminer they are stock speed so 130.  anyone have the settings for these.  Everytime I try and mod them they just stop working.  Thanks!

hey dagarair -- are your Pandas still working hard?

Yep 239 hash on my amd ones all 39 of them

My problem is these 6 card rigs I cant get to work well with SMOS.  Out of the box it works great on pandas, not don't work on the panda like NVIDIA units.  I created a pretty decen windows server 2012 NVIDIA load for my 96 nvidia units and they work great.  My 15 - 6 card AMD 570 4gb no go on SMOS.  They get reset to factory speed 120-125 hash.  In windows i get 170-175.  SUXXXXX

You guys are so lucky.

This would get shut down in Australia for so many electrical violations it wouldn't be funny, not to mention the 31c per Kw cost means its uneconomical

Hmm looks legit with no blatant code violations to me there.  Your electrical is stupid high at 31c .  I pay 7 cents in texas.

Do yourself a favor.  Dump those crap fans and buy 2-3 of these.  All I use and I run 30gh at 3 locations.  Also filter your inbound air if you want to keep your stuff somewhat clean, if not just air blow it our every couple weeks.  For sure add netting or screen on the bottom air intake as critters will hose you bad.

They would make great boat anchors...
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What about the 1070ti ? on: November 07, 2017, 02:05:50 PM
its about 50$ more than 1070 but yeah, it don't seem to give you any benefit, for mining anyway.

I think I have seen it done with Genoil's in Linux with added code but no not really off the bat.  You would have to mod stuff.

552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Claymore - Zec Windows Nvidia on: October 31, 2017, 12:38:58 PM
Will you ever make your software Nvidia / Zec compatible in windows?  Are you under obligation not to do it I guess?  Just curious.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Estimating future revenue projections? on: October 30, 2017, 07:35:19 PM
if we knew that then we would all be loaded.

There is no way to project future earnings.  It's a giant guessing game.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Well it happened 1070Ti on: October 26, 2017, 01:52:29 PM
Since they are not really out yet, no way to know.  I would assume a little better but no idea.  my EVGA 1070 8G SC's do about 450 sol on zcash and 30mh (without burning up) on Eth.  Yes they can go to 32 on eth but I had a bunch of dead ones running that hot.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Well it happened 1070Ti on: October 26, 2017, 01:30:09 PM
yep I agree at this price 1080 is better

557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Interesting Coinbase Email on BTC2x and BTCG on: October 25, 2017, 05:45:44 PM
We wanted to give you an update on two upcoming Bitcoin forks—Bitcoin Segwit2x and Bitcoin Gold. You can read more about what a digital currency fork is here https://blog.coinbase.com/what-is-a-bitcoin-fork-cba07fe73ef1and see our prior update here https://blog.coinbase.com/update-on-the-bitcoin-segwit2x-hard-fork-69426f14bc85 .

We operate by the principle that our customers should benefit to the greatest extent possible from hard forks or other unexpected events. This is essential in our mission to make Coinbase the most trusted, safe, and easy-to-use digital currency exchange.

Bitcoin Segwit2x

The Bitcoin Segwit2x fork is projected to take place on November 16th and will result in two bitcoin blockchains. Following the fork, Coinbase will continue referring to the current bitcoin blockchain as Bitcoin and the forked blockchain as Bitcoin2x.

Any customer with a Bitcoin balance on Coinbase at the time of the fork will be credited with an equal amount of the Bitcoin2x asset on the Bitcoin2x blockchain. No action is required—we will automatically credit your account. So, if you have 5 Bitcoin stored on Coinbase before the fork; you will have 5 Bitcoin and 5 Bitcoin2x following the event.

For more information about Bitcoin2x please see our FAQ page https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2892985-segwit-2x-faqand our blog post https://blog.coinbase.com/timeline-and-support-bitcoin-segwit2x-and-bitcoin-gold-eda72525efd for a detailed timeline of events.

Bitcoin Gold

The Bitcoin Gold fork occurred on October 23rd. Information about this fork has been limited and there are concerns about its security and stability. As a result, we do not believe it is safe to allow support for Bitcoin Gold at this time. If the blockchain proves to be secure and valuable, Coinbase may choose to support it.

For more information about Bitcoin Gold please see our FAQ page https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2892196-bitcoin-gold-faq

Over the coming weeks, we will keep you updated on this event through our blog, status page and twitter.

Thank you,
Coinbase Team

no reward dropped to 3 but time was cut in half so in reality we are about 25-30% faster.  So not bad but not great.
