Hello I want to put my DAG file on another hard disk, but I have to put what command to put my DAG file on my hard disk D:? I read the readme but I do not understand what to put, here is my current order: Setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 Setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 Setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 SET GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT = 100 Ethminer.exe --farm-recheck 200 -G -F http://192.168.1.10:8080/PCIf I understood correctly I must add -d D:? Or --datadir D:? I try the 2 but it does not work. Can you help me please? thank you

Hello , Try this little program, it is to moderate the driver, I had this code 43 when I added my 5th card, could not be detected, and with this mod installed code 43 disappeared. https://lbr.id.lv/6xgpu_mod/

What is the best pool after you that faithfully represents the hashrate?
for ethereum
thx

What are the settings for your rx 480? Frequencies / voltages?

The solution to your problem has been posted by Hotmetal. https://lbr.id.lv/6xgpu_mod/^^^you need this in order to see more than 4 cards in Windows 7 and 10. (I have not tried 8 so i cannot speak to it.) I have this exact same board and had to run this mod to make it work in windows. If you are mining ETH I would personally recommend ethOS. It is a very simple linux setup that will pretty much just work out of the box. Hello . A great big thank you to you the friend !!!! it works ! Finally I have my 5 cards working! thank you !

Hello everyone , I want to know if it is normal that the gpu does small drop of charge? It is not 100% constant, one sees well on the gpuz. Do you have the same problem? My hash rate is 31.2 on average and sometimes it drops, see screenshot. you have an idea?

Thank you friend, I'll go see this. For ethos I think about it but I know nothing about linux, And friends I think I have found, Apparently if you plug a card on the pci-16 blocks a pci-1. (Yellow triangle) So ca done 5maxi on the asrock btc h81. But a pci-1 riser can be connected to the pci-16 socket on the motherboard.

Hello everyone I have exactly the same problem! -motherboard: asrock btc pro rev2 -cpu: Celeron G1840 2.8 GHz -5rx 480 8go reference -ssd -4GB -food lepa 1000w It works perfectly with 4 cards, but when I add the 5th. In the device manager there is the yellow triangle as the screenshot of gablay12. I try full of thing Uninstall driver with ddu, Restart with a gpu on the pci-16 Instal driver 16.9.2, try also with the 19.9.1 it works . I insertind the pc, I add a card. I reboot, it also works, And when I plug the 5th card. It is not detected by watman, And the device manager tells me who has a problem. On the 5 th card. So I try to put the driver in manual, but it tells me that the driver is already installed. Wtf! Bios a day, I try gen 1 and 2. always the same . We can say that the motherboard can not manage 6 cards, but 4 maximum. I do not understand ..... I know more what to do. We will say that the problem is known. https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=fr&rurl=translate.google.fr&sl=en&tl=fr&u=http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/23740/6-x-gpu-mining-rig-only-installs-drivers-for-5&usg=ALkJrhi40FhKKfL3NBJ_EtBFZkto0FBT8w

I hope some can help me.. I have 2 rx480 cards currently hashing Zcash.. They're getting 180 Sols which is inline with what they are supposed to do.. I just tried switching over to mining ether instead on nanopool with claymore 7.4 and my 2 cards are only hashing at 22Mh/s.. From the research I've done, these cards should be doing 31 Mh/s. I'm using the following in my start file:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-us-east1.nanopool.org:9999 -mport 0 -ewal MYWALLET.WORKER -epsw x
Any help is appreciated.
The stock card/bios should give you 24-25Mh/s. You can modify/optimize your card's bios to reach 30-31Mh/s and also lower the wattage. The hashrate can be enhanced by ctrl+c>ctrl+v timings in BIOS, what about the wattage? How can it be lowered? You can play with the memory timings and overclock the memory frequency (and undervolt it). For lower wattage you can lower the clock and voltage of your GPU. The exact settings/modifications are different for each type of cards. These modifications can give you better hashrate for ETH-only mining. It is unstable for ETH+DCR/SIA/LBRY dual mining and don't forget that you won't get higher hashrate with the same settings if you're mining with Equihash or other algos. These guidelines are good for Ethash. Ah! I am glad to read this. This explains why I have BSOD or gpu crash. When I mine the zcash with my settings for ETH. Undecided Undecided Undecided

... I created a reboot.bat file in the claymore folder With this command.
Shutdown / r / f / t 1
change the reboot bat to just : shutdown /r /t 5 I think you are putting spaces after the backslash, and that's causing the problem. OK that works . But how do we get claymore to start automatically? it's possible ? thank you Simply add your start.bat shortcut to C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\startup\ big thx

Here I come to try to undermine the zcash with claymore
But I crash after a few seconds
I get 180H / S per card, (rx 480)
This is what I put in the bat:
GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec-eu1.nanopool.org:6666 -allpools 1 -zwal my address wallet.rig -zpsw x
Do you have an idea why this crash?
thank you in advance
On Windows you have to add set before GPU... set GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 set GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 set GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec-eu1.nanopool.org:6666 -allpools 1 -zwal my address wallet.rig -zpsw x And don't forget: Virtual memory >16 MB. ?!? set or setx is true? set modifies the current shell's (window) environment values, and the change is available immediately, but it is temporary. The change will not affect other shells that are running, and as soon as you close the shell, the new value is lost until such time as you run set again. setx modifies the value permanently, which affects all future shells, but does not modify the environment of the shells already running. You have to exit the shell and reopen it before the change will be available, but the value will remain modified until you change it again. Thanks for comprehensive answer, but I asked what is more properly used and not the differences between the set and setx? Well i use setx as global, I don't think there is a "proper" way, you either set it temporary or permanently. I guess if you have various different cards you would use set, and if they were all the same use setx. My cards is all the same /RX480 Nitro+ OC 8 GB/ and i will use setx! Thanks! set needs = setx doesn't so good thing that you're going to use setx use setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 Hello I changed my order, and I set set, or setx. Ca walk but ca crash after about 5 minutes, BSOD. My rx 480 on the bios mod. It are set for the hethereum with claymore 7.4 Clock = 0.920mv / 1200mhz Memory = 0.950mv / 2250mhz I wonder if the problem comes from the gpu settings. Anyone has this problem with rx480? thank you in advance

Hello I have 5 gpu rx480 with motherboard asrock btc. I plugged 4 card on pci-1 with riser xsource (powered) It works very well. Waiting to receive my 5th riser, I wanted to connect my 5th gpu directly on the pci-16 of the motherboard. But that if is not recognized by wattman or claymore. You have an idea why my gpu is not detected? thank you in advance

Try remove string "GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0" and reboot PC. Ok I will try. thxp
