Why does my wallet have "orphan blocks"? I minted 2 payouts just before upgrading to the new wallet, and now they both show as orphan, generated but not accepted. I have had this wallet open and staking since the end of January and only have one payout of minted LUX. I know I only have a small amount, but is it normal for it to take this long, and why do newly minted coins show as orphans? Is there a way to delete the orphans or better yet, get credit for them?
If you got stakes before Mercury release, with old 4.3.1 wallet, so its expected that stakes are orphan - it was generated on old chain. Use latest wallet instead https://github.com/216k155/lux/releases/tag/v5.0.3 and you should be good. And yes, more coins in pocket - more chances to have a stakes more often. For ex, yesterday I had a stake with only 150 coins in wallet, so current conditions for staking is pretty good for small amounts of coins. I didnt recieve payments from either bsod or bpool. I downloaded latest wallet but used my old payment address, which does show on the new wallet. Payments seem sent pool side but they just never arrived to my wallet.

this has happened to me a few times the past couple of days they've all arrived eventually but turned up like an hour later than sent or they show as orphans for a few hours then confirm its crazy. its been like 24hr or mmore for some of the txs though, the old chain adrress is still valid right? Yes, old wallet addresses are valid as long as you have your wallet.dat backuped. Please consider that network recovering after HF still continues and delays in TXs passing can occur for some time. |

again a broken wallet  , constantly hangs two times a day, we are waiting for the solution of this problem with the release of the next update.  Yes, team looking into it. Meanwhile try to sync your wallet from scratch without nodes adding, it helped to some people. |

So if I put 500 LUX in POS, how much will I earn by that way? (I have something between 500-1000LUX). Math is just easier to do with number 500.  For now its hard to say what estimates can expect from staking, before net freeze it was about stake per day from 2500 coins, now this threshold Im assuming a bit lower while web wallet still in maintanence. And yes, web wallet still will be not available for a while, team want to make sure that network a bit stabilized/safe for launch. No ETA yet. |

I believe they not support current phi2 algo. You can rent/give for rent some hashes in Miningrigrentals https://www.miningrigrentals.com/rigs/phi2Is there a decent list of pools , because BSOD is not performing as it has 45% of hashrate but its taking 20m to find blocks so its well below calculator projection.

wallet is now syncing but its SOOOOOOOOOO SLOW , doing a week an hour thanks for the peers , but I be giving this a miss to many issues
Yes, its syncing slowly, but that is way that it have to be without adding nodes in wallet. Here is team's view on this: Issue with adding nodes is that, it just causes more issue at this time. We cant verify which nodes are clean , causes forks etc. best for the wallets to take its time and sync , though slowly.So please sync without additional nodes, it can take some time, say leave it syncing for night, but it will catch up with current block height for sure. |

Don't compare hashes phi and phi2 algo, its a way different algos and produce different hashrates. And you always can find miners that support phi2 in Mining (Altcoins) thread. |
