Provide proof of previous trades or prepare to take on a load of questions.

Just because the CEO of energycoin said that the fork went well, doesn't mean the price will go up 100%. It could go up but it's as risky as investing in any random altcoin. Energycoin has already been pumped up from 20 sats to 3000 sats right now, just so you know.

Also, there are groups everywhere that offer the same service that you offer. $22 for a service that can be obtained for free isn't a good deal for anyone, unless you show proof of high profits. Also as i said, how do you guarantee your subscribers a profit?

4523  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best black jack BTC/ALTcoin gambling? on: September 09, 2017, 07:51:22 AM
I've always played blackjack on bitcoinvideocasino.

Never had an issue with them, they had instant deposits(not sure about now, though since i haven't played blackjack for a few months now), and the interface is simple yet classic. You just grow to love it, everything is straightforward and support is great too.

Honestly, if you like CG or FJ's site but not their rules, i would recommend sticking with them. These rules have no effect on the listed house edge on the game. If the rules irritate you to the point you can't handle it anymore then switch.
4524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: September 09, 2017, 07:40:25 AM
I See topics about banning and I want to ask.

Is botcoin really that bad? To banned by other countries?
Do the other government in other countries see something bad?
Can bitcoin be used to locate us?and see what we are doing? In short a Spyware.

Well, there are a range of reasons. The most obvious is that they think bitcoin is going to become mainstream and therefore want to stop it before it does. They have interest in seeing bitcoin fail, as they currently have control over the monetary supply.

With bitcoin, they have no power to regulate everything.

Obviously they can't ban bitcoin per se but they can definitely ban bitcoin exchanges or add AML or KYC laws that make it unfeasible for anyone to open a new account and trade at exchanges for btc.
4525  Economy / Services / Re: Premium crypto signals services on: September 09, 2017, 07:34:16 AM
Hello everyone,

I am offering quality premium daily signals for trading. Daily can earn 20% - 100% profit. And 5 to 10 signals will be provided daily. My fee is very cheap. For first 10 members only 0.005 . So hurry up and become a member of my premium group.

Thanks

This seems like one of those pump and dump groups.

Very simple question: How do we verify that you are a legit trader that has experience that you claim you have? How do you guarantee that the subscribers to your signals will bring profit to the investors?

Also, you could just be doing this for your own benefit if you know what i'm saying. By telling others to buy into altcoins you are letting them pump up the price of something that you have bought before releasing the info.
4526  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex withdraw "Awaiting Approval" - How long have you been waiting? on: September 09, 2017, 04:00:36 AM
Still haven't received any kind of response.

I'm personally going to set aside up to $5,000 from my Poloniex wallet balance to donate to those who help me get some exposure or some kind of contact with Poloniex to resolve these issues.

Damn... Still no response, this really sucks.

I've had one that has held up for a few hours, and i was getting worried. But somehow, it just went through by itself after a few hours a waiting. However i have seen people that have waited for month sand still haven't gotten anything.

It seems like they may be targeting certain accounts that have bigger balances. Not sure, though. But why in the world is anyone still using them? On coinmarketcap they are still rank 6 in terms of volume.

I'm not sure what you can do. If i knew, i would have definitely helped you. They've essentially removed all available platforms for you to reach them, they have no phone number, physical address doesn't belong to them, trollbox has been removed, even the linkedin profile of the founder of polo is set to private.

I guess you could try just keep opening new tickets, and hope for a response, or try to reach out on twitter. Both of which i'm not optimistic about, and all of the possible outcomes will involve lots of waiting. If you get your money, withdraw it. Don't return.

Again, i feel sorry for you and i wish i could help you further. But all i can give you in advice is above.
4527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: where do whales sell/buy btc? on: September 09, 2017, 03:48:15 AM
Wondering where do big players/hedge funds buy/sell big sums of btc, and where they exchange it to fiat?

I'm interested to know why you think whales trade on different platforms than average bitcoiners?

It is really up to them to decide which platforms they want to buy/sell on. Usually, whales trade on regulated exchanges because there is a lot more liquidity in the orderbooks there and they feel more comfortable there as the spread is lower as well.

However, i've seen localbitcoins whales as well, that have trade offers to the size of $100k or even $200k+ as a maximum. But most of the action do occur on exchanges.
4528  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining? Good, Bad, Ugly? on: September 09, 2017, 03:17:31 AM
Hello all I am new here and have recently tried Cloud Mining with some success.

By some I mean I will (should) make ROI on the small amount of hash power I purchased.

  • My BTC mining generates ~20.00 USD each month but is on a contract that will expire once profitability is null for the cloud miner.
  • My ETH mining generates ~15.00 USD each month but is on a contract for two (2) years.

Its a small investment but it was mainly for testing if a scam.

My question is this:

Has anyone else tried out cloud mining with a limited contract based on profitability?

If so how long did it take to reach?

If you're going to go cloud mining i think the best option is to really just go for maximum hashing power, don't worry about the contract length. Lifetime contracts mean nothing if you think about it as they will terminate it as soon as you don't make enough to pay maintenance fees.

I've gotten my genesis mining contract terminated under a year. I would have been better off just getting a limited time contract.

But i wouldn't even recommend investing in any form of cloud mining. It's really not profitable at all, even the legit ones.
4529  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Need help with missing transaction on: September 09, 2017, 01:40:39 AM
Sorry - just read another thread on this, seems like it's happening to a lot of people. Wish I saw those before making the transaction... eesh

I've used coinbase, sometimes it's just delayed.

Hopefully it has come through by now though because if not then you would have to contact support. And coinbase's support is absolutely cancerous right now, you don't get a response in weeks or even months.

Eventually you will get the funds though. As long as the transaction is broadcasted on the blockchain, it's coinbase's problem.
4530  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blocktrail / BTC.COM - Sent a transaction of 100$ with 0.00001 BTC Fees :o on: September 09, 2017, 01:25:05 AM
Hi,

I just sent a transaction from Blocktrail !

A BTC value of 100$ ... and imagine what ar the fees:
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/314e64347c851252b728b87676e8225961f9f08a2874f417a4896c89667defff

Is this serious ?! How to recover my BTC please ? How to set the minimum fees required for a transaction ?!

WTF ... When i tried to use your accelerator it ask for 15$ in order to accelerate it Shocked

Their system must send with minimum fees of 0.0001 BTC, but they consist to send with really minimal fees in order to force us to use their costely accelerator Shocked

I can't even use ViaBTC in my case !

Is there a way to get my money back ?

It's already gotten some confirmations so all is good.

However, why did btc.com send the transaction with such low transaction fees? That's the thing that i don't really understand. Did you set your own custom fee and accidentally try to send the transaction or something else?

One possibility could be that btc.com had one of those 'cheap transaction' promos where you can use their accelerator for free once or twice(cant remember exactly) when you sign up. That should explain why it even got confs without acceleration too.
4531  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: So I deposited some of my BTC to Binance on: September 09, 2017, 01:13:19 AM
Then I realized they require 30 block confirmations.   I've been waiting for 2 hours and have 5 confirmations LMAO.  We need to fix bitcoin fucking fast..........  This is just plain fucking annoying. The coin I wanted to buy went up 20% in those 2 hours..

Isn't bitcoin's fault. Usually, exchanges accept deposits with 1 confirmation, maximum 3-6.

I have no idea why Binance is being so anal about the amount of fees they charge. 30 confirmations is completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Even 0 confirmation deposits are accepted sometimes on certain sites(like shapeshift), if the fee level is high enough.

I would suggest you talk to Binance and see if they can change their rules. Otherwise, use bittrex(only 2 confirmations are needed).
4532  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese ban bitcoin news is 100% pure bullshit on: September 09, 2017, 12:59:59 AM
Markets have indeed overreacted in my opinion.

This isn't verified news by any means. The actual exchanges themselves have said that they haven't heard of anything from the regulators, or even a hint of anything bad to come. No exchanges have ceased to exist because of this so called report.

Most likely to be BS, but there is a chance that it is true. But then again, this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. China is historically strict on bitcoin, and most people have moved to p2p anyways.
4533  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC-e's Big Claim: Bitcoin Withdrawals to Begin Tomorrow on: September 06, 2017, 11:29:03 AM
Still a bit confused though. Say i choose to wait a bit, will i be able to get the 55% in immediately available cash, as well as the 45% in IOUs or will i just receive 100% of my funds in the form of BTC-e IOUs? Is there like a date for when you are able to get the IOUs?
If you wait, you will get 55% in crypto funds, and the other 45% will be tokens - basically the same as what people have received by cashing out now, but you as "bonus" will get the 45% in tokens. Once BTC-E is back online, you'll be able to cash out your 55% at start, and just keep waiting for the other 45% in tokens to increase in value, or to dump them directly and cash out these funds as well. I personally will cash out my 55% directly at the time they relaunch, where I then just keep waiting for how the token market will be performing price wise. Regarding the date, let's say that the chances are high that everything will be up and running before the end of this month.

Thanks again! So basically to recap:

- When BTC-e relaunches, rebrands, and enables trading again, anyone that waited the period out will get 55% of their balance in a liquid coin plus 45% in an IOU token.
- Date that this will happen will be unknown but should happen by the end of the month.
- If you claim now you get the 55% but forfeit the IOU tokens.

Anything that I have missed?

Also, do you know whether there will be a lump sum payment at the end when the IOU token reaches its maturity for the full amount, or will there be partial payments along the way?
4534  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see the Bitcoin price by this year end??? on: September 06, 2017, 11:19:37 AM
What will be the Bitcoin price by this year end(2017)?? I feel that the Bitcoin price may cross USD$10000 by this year end, do you agree with me?Huh Huh

I think that even if everything goes well, $10,000 will be incredibly hard to achieve for bitcoin.

We are already pretty high and realistically we could go for another adjustment anytime right now. We'd be lucky if we just stayed at the same level that we are at right now at the end of the year, let alone $10000.

I think that what is going to happen is that we hit another all time high before a dump due to profit takers, and potentially we just hang around $4500-5000 till the end of the year. Or there could be an adjustment that takes btc down to $3000-3500, but definitely not $10k.
4535  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long do you think the bear market will last? How do you forget about BTC? on: September 06, 2017, 10:15:46 AM
How long do you think the bear market will last? I need to find a way to forget about bitcoin so I can get back to work, its really distracting not looking at the price every hour or so.

The adjustment had to come, sooner or later. With or without China banning ICO.

It has already ended but, i have this horrible gut feeling that after this pump that could potentially get us over the all time high and finally over the $5000 hurdle this may be the end of bull markets for a while. Question is really is how high and how long this current pump/recovery can go on for?

That could mean a start of a long-lasting bear market that could stretch out for months. Hopefully this doesn't happen but usually after pumps we see people seem uninterested in bitcoin for quite a while, and the price just stagnates.
4536  Economy / Speculation / Re: I always feel relieved when you have a good fall....how about you? on: September 06, 2017, 09:27:07 AM
It sort of gets rid of all the tension and makes it look more realistic, and wipes out a lot of the irrational actors...

I still don't know if the is a bump on the way to the ATH though.....

I think so. I would really rather have bitcoin drop but have the price level at a more sustainable level, than at a level that i know could tumble at any time because it is most likely a bubble. And this drop sort of did exactly that.

However now that it is making the recovery we may be re-entering the bubble. So still be cautious while investing.

The bullishness seems pretty strong so it would make sense for someone to predict that the ATH is going to be broken once again. I would say that the hype for bitcoin as well as the momentum is strong enough that we will get a second chance at breaking $5000.
4537  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC-e's Big Claim: Bitcoin Withdrawals to Begin Tomorrow on: September 06, 2017, 07:51:32 AM
Has anyone actually received anything from them yet? I haven't actually heard anyone getting a successful cashout.
People have been receiving everything as they were promised, except for the BCC's that they were due initially - hours ago BTC-E has started to send out BCC, so that after all is a very positive sign. It shows that this exchange isn't interested in running away with people's funds, which makes me even more confident about my decision to not cash out.

55% is actually a pretty good percentage considering the fact that the US government was on it. When liberty reserve got shut down nobody got a cent, and even after a few years now still no user have gotten anything back.
55% is always better than when you realize that everyone could have been walking out empty handed, but for a lot people it's thousands and thousands in funds they have 'locked' in BTC-E, which makes it an easy option for them to stay. If I decided to accept the 55% and thus discard the other 45%, it would mean that I basically say goodbye to ~$15,000, and that's obviously not something I am going to do. Imagine how things must be for people with hundreds of thousands of funds in there.

Also, how long do I have to wait for me to get a full refund instead of just 55%? If i cashout now will i get the IOU token as well?
Obviously, you will not get the tokens if you cash out now. The point is that you will never know whether or not you'll be able to gain back 100% - the important factor will be the market value of these tokens. It will be a tradable asset alongside other crypto currencies. It may get pumped hard, it may get dumped hard, it may remain stagnant for a while - only time will tell.

Thanks for the response.

Still a bit confused though. Say i choose to wait a bit, will i be able to get the 55% in immediately available cash, as well as the 45% in IOUs or will i just receive 100% of my funds in the form of BTC-e IOUs? Is there like a date for when you are able to get the IOUs?

Also, ouch. $15k is a lot of money, and i understand that it is quite a dilemma for anyone that has major funds in btc-e. Thankfully i don't have a lot and i just want to get a clear picture of what is going on, but i'm likely to just claim the 55% since i don't have a lot anyways.
4538  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] PP [W] BTC ~67$ on: September 06, 2017, 07:41:21 AM
I want to sell my PP 67,02 $ for some BTC. The reason is that normally I do not like and use PP, but I had to use it for a specific service which got me my funds.

I won´t go first, except you are very trusted, otherwise I would prefer to wait.

Is your PayPal verified?

Are you able to send the transaction as a friends and family transaction? Would you be able to provide some proof of where you got the PayPal funds from(sorry, i know that you have done PayPal deals before but i have personally never dealt with you so just want to be careful here).

Also, what is an acceptable rate for you? If it is a good rate that i feel like the rewards outweigh the risks then i'll take your offer. I've done at least $1-2k in PayPal trades with various members on the forum, check my trust.

Sent you a pm as some of the details you asked for are considered as private  Wink

Unfortunately i can't take the funds from you because you need it 1:1. It is simply not worth it for me on my end since i am taking a risk as well since PayPal is a highly reversible method as you know.

Sorry that i couldn't help you Sad

But this user seems like a nice person, explaining everything that i requested. I'm sure that there should be other people willing to help him if they are actively looking to cash out their BTC. Best of luck!

4540  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit problems on: September 06, 2017, 06:45:19 AM
Hi.

How to deal with Yobit?
I ordered transaction couple of week ago. Transaction still pending, status "in process".
I created support ticket, nobody response.

Is there any way to push them and have my ticked solved ?
What can I do in this situation ?

I suggest that you include some proof with your accusation(even though it should be no surprise that obit would delay the withdrawals or deposits of anyone) and expand on your OP. I still don't know whether you are depositing or withdrawing from the site since you haven't made it clear.

This is very typical of yobit and if you go onto their forum account you'll see that they actually got negative trust for this. The thing is that they don't answer to support at all, but somehow is listing new coins at a daily basis.

What i suggest you do:

1) Keep writing support tickets
2) Complain on yobit ANN thread
3) Send them a PM on their official forum handle
4) Complain on chatbox but prepare to get banned.

Other than that, all you can do is wait.
