Hi,

Are there any links to your WhitePaper and to the current team of the project? To validate the authenticity, please supplement all the essential details for transparency to your potential investors. Thank you!
4582  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Limusk - SCAM / Plagiarism whitepaper on: May 10, 2019, 06:31:24 AM
Upon checking the team members of the project, one of their members is also allegedly fake based from the google image that I found.
Unfortunately, I cannot bypass the registration form but you can see that his real name is Yawenzheng.

4583  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Thanks to signature campaign that pays BTC! on: May 09, 2019, 10:39:15 PM
I started participating in campaign signatures last 2017 and I say that it is the best thing that happened since slice bread. As a post-graduate student who has a tight budget and time, the convenience of working online has brought opportunities to earn online without having to sacrifice my precious time for my studies.

Also, as someone who currently resides in a growing country, every bit of penny counts since I mainly use these funds to purchase law books to support my family.

Keep in mind that the primary goal of the forum is NOT TO EARN MONEY but to help and contribute to the general knowledge of cryptocurrency. The money that you get from campaign signatures are compensation for the help you provided to others.

Unlike some, they are blinded with the fact of earning money that they tend to spam and abuse the forum rules for their personal gain.
4584  Other / Meta / Re: Why important topics are on off-topic board? on: May 09, 2019, 09:24:17 PM
I see some important topics are being posted on off-topic board or being moved to that for some reason. I do not think that is their appropriate place and these topics even got merits too. That proves these topics are not spammy.

Poll: Which religion is the best religion?

Well the other topics you posted deserve to be in a different section but this one is clearly off-topic as the thread talks about religion WHICH IS OUTSIDE of bitcoin. To be honest, some of the interesting reads are indeed on the off-topic boards as almost everyone is serious when they discuss stuff there.

One of the reasons on why it gets less-attention is because you cannot endorse your signature there. Most people posts and spam due to signature campaign requirements but the off-topic board does not allow such since signatures are prohibited there.
4585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 09, 2019, 08:22:08 PM
<snip....>

That is indeed the goal of implementing the blockchain technology- eliminating the need for a third-party trust system while relying on decentralized system wherein it is monitored publicly in a legder. But storing our password in our private keys has also the disadvantage of getting hacked due to its nature being accessible online. I guess it is advisable to not input your password online.

I wouldn't say that blockchain is the perfect solution but I guess that blockchain could help solve the problem of anonimity. Being anonymous online is what Satoshi Nakamoto wants for all of us and we are all embracing it right now. And you're also right that we can store our own ID and pass in blockchain so we don't need to rely on the government.

The anonymity factor that cryptocurrencies possess is a double-edged sword. It can be both beneficial and destructive at the same time depending on who is exercising it. That is also the reason on why the government prohibits the massive implementation of such since they fear that it might spiral out of control by means of purchasing illegal things.
4586  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Sino dito ang naka experience ng last bull run (2017) on: May 09, 2019, 06:34:08 PM
Tingin ko timely ito dahil paparating na malaking bull run, hopefully this year.

1.) Ano ang mga na enjoy ninyo sa last bull run? Sa anong coins kayo kumita at sa anong paraaan?

2.) May regret ba kayo sa last bull run? Ano yun?

4587  Other / Meta / Re: Login in the forum using your Finger Print on: May 09, 2019, 05:33:57 PM
Even if such feature were to be implemented, I would not do it for the sake of convenience. I am not willing to sacrifice personal data for convenience. No matter how secure a network can be, it is still prone to malicious hacks and malware that can be accesses by anyone.

Imagine if the forum were to be hacked and they get a hold of each of every member's fingerprint.
4588  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi can a Beginner make Profit? on: May 09, 2019, 12:41:31 PM
<snip...>

I was in your exact same position 2 years ago when I joined this forum and I also had the same question in my mind. I tried reading books about mining, researching articles about technicalities, and even talking to people about bitcoin (in general) but I still could not understand mining at all.

As a beginner, you should first improve your post quality to contribute to the forum. By this step, you have the potential to earn merits to rank-up while at the same time helping people find a solution to their problem.

Now you may ask me, what is the relevance of having a high-ranking account in this forum? In my opinion as a student who has limited capital, participating in campaign signatures is one of the most convenient way of earning bitcoins in the forum. But be wary of the forum and campaign rules that govern.

4589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Happy accidents on: May 09, 2019, 09:22:56 AM
Me and my brother went to an actual casino in hoping of increasing his $20 but before we got there, I tried my very best to convince him NOT to gamble. When we got there, he immediately cashed out all of his pocket money to chips and we played Black Jack.

Due to my stupidity, I accidentally threw his chip at the table (that chip 70% of his total money) and thus got part of the deal. The dealer gave our respective cards and it turned out that my brother hit the jackpot! We went home after that night and ate dinner for celebration!

When I was new in cockfights gambling, I made a mistake that made me a lot of money at the time. If you know cockfight gambling, gamblers often throw bets using hand signals only. I made a bet but mixed up the amount. Instead of just hundreds, I signaled thousand. Luckily I made the right bet and imagine my surprise when they throw my winnings to me.

My dad use to bring us in a cockfight wherein outside the stadium, there are also people betting on which side is going to win. I had a bad experience with this one as I lost $10 but my brother turned his $20 to $100 at that night.

4591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs USD Storing Value on: May 09, 2019, 04:52:08 AM
The cause of the decrease on the value of USD is multi-factorial- therefore lots of factors need to be considered before taking that kind of impact. As was mentioned, the USD is indeed a deflationary currency and the supply is being controlled by the government in order to control inflation. If the government decides to print money, this will cause an inflationary effect that will further decrease the value of USD.

On the other hand, cryptocurrency is free from any control and the law of demand and supply governs its price on the market. Having a limited supply makes it valuable which makes it more expensive as supply decreases. Cryptocurrency (specifically bitcoin) is an excellent store of value due to its high volatility that can be used as an investment tool for either short/long-term.
4592  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is This The Last Time To Buy Bitcoin Cheap on: May 09, 2019, 12:34:30 AM
<snip...>

I mean, the best time to buy bitcoin primarily depends on the situation of the market. That is why there is no universal standard of a "cheap" price of bitcoin in the market. But you will base everything on the recent data, market volume, and history of prices in order to deduce when was the last cheapest price of bitcoin.

Just to give you an actual example, 2-3 weeks ago the price of each bitcoin was sitting around $5,000-$5,400. Currently, the price is at $5,900 with at least a +$500 on its price. So if you purchased bitcoin back then you would be able to garner profit in this specific time frame.

Many people have been asking about the right time to purchase bitcoin for investment. I say, the best time is when you have decided to purchase at that current time- which is NOW and TODAY. If you are aiming for short-term income, then today may be the best day to purchase. If you are the HODL type, then today also may be an opportunity!
4593  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance hacked. 7000 BTC stolen. on: May 08, 2019, 06:58:06 PM
This event will significantly take a toll on the user base of binance towards its security and trust. Although the company will have the shoulder the losses, the damage is more than just the compensation, as they will be losing potential users and old ones.
Once again, despite one of the most famous exchanges in the internet, everything can still be accessible and hacked. This problem should be addressed in the cryptocurrency world and maybe a shift in a form of security must be introduced.

Hi,

Upon checking your website, there seemed to be no direct link to your WhitePaper and any picture of the team behind the project. In order to validate the authenticity of this project, kindly supplement all the essential information as this can also be for your own good.

Im not accusing your project in any way but the website template seems to be the "GENERIC" type of template wherein countless of ANNs have been using for their website.
4595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: May 08, 2019, 01:56:55 PM
I don't think there are any valid reason to continue gambling as it will not make people rich but it will just make people lose their hard earned money. For me only people that still thinks they can win good amount are still playing

Maybe the one of the reasons on why people find gambling difficult to stop because they viewed it as their form of entertainment. Like any of our hobbies, it is relatively difficult to instantly stop from doing it. The best method would be a gradual release from the attachment and focus more on alternatives that provide benefits to both you and the people around.

There’s always a valid reason to continue gambling, it’s fun. Gambling only becomes an issue when people start to gamble with amounts of money they can’t afford to lose.

From that problem, it cascades to the endless cycle of repeatedly gambling regardless of the result. Even if they win or lose, the outcome would be the same as they will still continue.
4596  Local / Pilipinas / Re: All green right now? on: May 08, 2019, 04:33:05 AM
Nasa $6,000 mark na ang bitcoin, mga brodie! As of now, all green tayo and kung tuloy-tuloy ito hanggang sa katapusan ng May, we can expect the bull run to continue until the end of the quarter!

4597  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin recover again above $ 8000? on: May 07, 2019, 09:56:16 PM
Prices have increased up to $6,000 from a $4,000-$5,000 slump. Hopefully it stays at that current range so we can expect it to reach $8,000 at the end of the quarter. This may be an opportunity to purchase more coins and to sell them for short-term income for an easy buck!

Today Bitcoin is almost touching $ 6000, even though it is currently down slightly at around $ 5900. Under current market conditions, what do you think? Is this a momentary pump or is this a real change in condition? I think this is a change in conditions towards the start of the bull.

Bitcoin will reach over 8000$ this year if not happen a bull run, is not just a pump, is someone who buy and hold for long and i think a bull run will start next year before halving.

It will most likely depend on this quarter if bitcoin would be able to reach over $8,000 but it is highly possible. If it's all green by the end of may, then we can expect the bull run to most likely continue which would be an opportunity to most people who are HODL.
4598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Outside risk: similarities between gambling and trading? on: May 07, 2019, 06:35:02 PM
I Think risk and reward are the two similarities between gambling and forex, stocks and cryptocurrencies trading. For those that have been doing trading and gambling what did you notice as a similar among the two and through experience how much have you made from the both?

Both involve risk and the odds may differ depending on the situation but trading heavily involves skill. Unlike gambling wherein you rely purely on luck, trading involves researching, studying the market, and observing the market trends. You can alter the situation depending on your findings and predict what might be the price based from all your research.

Gambling, on the other hand, primarily depends on luck and the odds. Sure, there may be some techniques about probability and some shenanigans but if the odds are not on your favour, then you are bound to lose. Not to mention, the risk of addiction to gambling can also accumulate and potentially destroy your career.

Both of them do have risks, but in trading you can just minimize the risk of loss, of course with your skills and abilities in reading the market. but in gambling you cannot minimize the risk with your skills, because you depend on luck

Not all type of gambling depends on pure luck, maybe games like dice, plinko, roulette, these are games with house edge, you can depend on your luck. However as a sports bettor, I believe my skills could help me to win, and I also read that there are people who are successful in sports and they even make a living, it's just like trading, they master it and they make it.

It highly depends on the situation. You can also compare a newbie trader vs a newbie gambler and the results may vary depending on the circumstances. In your case, being a sports better involves a series of considerations among the teams and doing analysis on their performances. I cannot say that it is purely on gambling but there involves some skill and research beforehand.
4599  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Listahan ng Mga Online Stores na tumatanggap ng Bitcoin on: May 07, 2019, 04:58:10 PM
Just to add, ang dragon pay ay tumatanggap ng bitcoin bilang isang alternatibong payment sa kanilang mga services. Under dragon pay, almost lahat ng mga merchants online ay payable under dragonpay kaya malaking benepisyo ito sa mga portfolios na tumatanggap ng bitcoin as payment.

In addition, since tumatanggap din si Grab ng Dragonpay, payable ang grab credits ng bitcoin under coins.ph.
4600  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: May 07, 2019, 03:36:26 AM
The emergence of banks has been around ever since time immemorial. They handle assets, resources, and money in which they utilize for lending or for investment. Most people rely on banks for the security of their money and in-return, they exercise this fiduciary relationship wherein TRUST is the focal point of the subject.

Now when we talk about cryptocurrency which is volatile in nature, we do not want our assets to change its value overtime. In fact, what we want is an investment wherein we could grow the value in maturity for the long-run. I doubt that living in a cryptocurrency world would be that successful. It is good on paper but the risk outweighs the merit by a long shot.
