Been a fun ride for a new miner.
I've sold out for now in preparation for the halvening uncertainty.
Was too much to risk for me Smiley
GL to all

How long does it usually take for coins to get to cryptopia?
Confirmed in my wallet, but not showing in the deposit history.
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 07, 2017, 02:33:20 PM
i think SPmod always report up to 20% the real hashrate. i had a farm with report from SPmod3 = 700Mhs hashrate and all computer run well, calculator with whattomine ~ 70 sigt / hour, but reality receive 49 sigt with Suprnova. Always if diff increase or decrease. Anyone test ? which i trust whattomine or Spmod?

And what happen with my transaction, i dont send 287 sigt to any address  Angry look the image

something wrong here !!!

you may have the LEGIT (fake Sp mod 3 from a youtube video or here the newbie acounts that have soo much of good intentions to spread the miner because they are so KIND and gentle and want to reduce their own gain by giving out more hash that increase the Diff

Ps Fearless 90 or something is a Great giver of SP mod3

Mine also shows a -400ish transaction, but my QT wallet shows the correct amount? What may cause this?
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 07, 2017, 12:39:54 PM
Suprnova stealing coins?

No, just uses unfair payout system. Aka proportional.

I am sick of suprnova, I feel like I am losing coins to these DDOS attacks. Most other pools look like they use proportional payment systems too except chainworksindustries but the average block time for that pool is 46 minutes. What pool seems to be the go to now? I am currently trying mn to see if I get a noticeable difference in coins (down to 18 per hour now from ~60 the other day).

Is it normal for Suprnova all time earnings to not match up?
Only showing ~30 short, but what would cause this? The DDOSing?

Is there a DDOS to all Signatum pools?
Hashbag, suprnova, pool.mn is down

Not working for me either :/
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 05, 2017, 03:43:52 PM
I am getting 31.32MHASH on the gtx 1070 with signatum sp-mod #5

You should donate to support my work. (0.05btc and recieve free updates)

0.05*3160$ = 160$ for a miner... no thank you

Seriously, price for _sp miner is getting out of hand for this little gain. Once again its going to spark the debate that although the optimizations are by _sp , the main ccminer is open sourced and effectively _sp is killing the concept of opensource technology. I am sorry.. but _sp is robbing people and stopping the technology from improving

+9000

Because of this, i'm sharing spmod#3 for free. I dont wanna people pay to greedy _sp

According to gpl you are well within your right to do so. Cheers

Have to be careful, a few copies of Sp being given away free that have virus built in.
Should always only take from trusted members.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 05, 2017, 11:47:22 AM
What is your price projection for 10 days or 1 month later for Signatum , i think i am not going to sell what i mined until the end of the mining period.
Im thinking this coin will rise up a bit. Like the previous post said the more accesible this becomes the better it will be. Now the merits of the coin are hard to say. But its all about the devs. Without them literally nothing matters. Someone needs to invest into the coin to make it something. Miners have definitely gone in hard on this coin. But hey, who knows. Maybe this coin shoots to $200 a coin and we all be millionars or the cooin drops to -2 btc each.

Let's go with option one Wink

In your wallet, go to the console (help>debug>console) and type
Code:
dumpprivkey yoursigtadress
you may unlock your wallet before by enter
Code:
walletpassphrase yourpassword
copypasta, done
[/quote]

Thank you Smiley

I have created a paper wallet and I've used that address to receive my mining pool coins.

I am also using the windows-qt wallet.  I entered the address generated by the paper wallet and everything seems good.

All my mining coins appear on the wallet-qt program.

I have also encrypted my wallet with a passphrase.

My question is, what if my windows get corrupted and i need to do a clean install and i did not back up my wallet.dat file.
However, the paper wallet (the address and private key) is safe as I backed up in a usb drive.

What happens to my coins then?
Will I still get the coins once I install the windows-qt program and just enter the same public address?

thank you.

Just keep wallet.dat file safe from the Qt wallet. That is all you will need to get your coins back.
Also for double security, I would recommend to print your private key and keep it in a safe place.

Thanks for replies   Cheesy

I have backed up the wallet.dat file and have also printed the private key.

Meaning, if I lose the wallet.dat file, my coins are gone?  Will i be able to get it back with just the private key?

How did you print the private key?

Steady volume over 80btc, steady growth, nice buy wall wait until we are listed on more exchanges going to the moon Smiley

Just check earlier, it is 0.00001423 btc.

Difficulty at one point earlier went up to 24k on Yiimp.ccminer.org pool. It is back to 13k.

Difficulty is getting huge Cheesy
Price upwards still makes it worth it though
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 04, 2017, 05:42:29 PM
I use Windows QT Wallet for collect coin and also encrypted it with passphase.
If my computer down, how can i restore my wallet to new computer ?
Tell me please.
Thanks
Make a backup of the wallet file. Also dont forget your password, it happens more often than you think. Then on a new pc get the wallet and place the wallet file in the signatum folder in /appdata/roaming.

rookie question..we dont have to backup the wallet after every deposit right? just after the first setup we backup the wallet file. then if we need to we can restore it and the coins will be there?

Something i'd also like to know Smiley
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 04, 2017, 04:22:32 AM

I had some crashes with CCminer on sigt, but once the tweaked skunkhash ccminer came out it was much more stable (and allot faster). There was a link for it a few pages back I think.... It gives you ~90% of spmod for hashrate and you don't have to sell your spare organs to pay for it.

So far I am aware of two CCminer Skunk versions as v1 and v2.2

I tried v2.2 but it was quite slower than v1 which is faster but I am having stability issues?

Which version do you use?

Is there any other CCminer variant?

I do not use paid versions at all.

Thanks.

Is the V1 you're using Palgins?
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 04, 2017, 03:26:21 AM
Bonsai coin ! Skunkhash raptor algo

Is it a replica of SIGT?

Not really a replica. More like somebody downloaded the open source files, and replaced all "Sigt" and "Signatum"s with Bonsaicoin and tried to release it as something new.

They also premined quite a few blocks even though they said no premine. Pretty obvious scamcoin.

Oh and they have no devs.

Seems pretty terrible
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 04, 2017, 02:09:56 AM
I thought it halved. Did the difficulty just spike?

I noticed a big drop in coins and switched to lbry/zen

4k miners 2 or 3 days ago to 6.6k Miners @ Suprnova = 9k to 16k difficulty

End result = Almost half of the earning are Gone. I was able to mine 50 SIGT coins per hour 2 or 3 days ago and now @ 28 SIGT per hour

Same observed here !!! big miner coming back and take our coins. To continue for long term mining, either coin price up, or down fast, so they leave us...

Big swings!
Dropped to 8,000... now back to 12,000... it'll stabilize again

Difficulty has spiked up to ~16-18,000
It'll drop again soon enough Smiley
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: After SIGT, what best coin to mine ? on: August 04, 2017, 12:38:20 AM
Right now, SIGT il clearly the most profitable( by far ) to mine.
But in few days, it will be full POS

What coin can reach that high rentability that have SIGT today then ?

Will not go POS for a while.
Block rewards will go down to 1250 per block in ~5-10 days when block 30,000 is reached.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 03, 2017, 02:19:59 AM

With 150 mhs( 1*1070 and 2*1060 ), I mine only 80 DIGIBYTE per day on suprnova, so : 80 * $0.016200 at this moment = 1.29 dollar / day lol
It's very bad, compared to anything !

What about you ?

With 1810 mh/s (2* 1080ti), I mine only 400 DGB per day on theblocksfactory using Skein algo, so 400  * $0.016200 = 6.48dollar / day lol
It's very bad compared with a couple months ago.

What about you guys? I saw a dude who said is making 300 DGB day per 1080ti, how?

Last 24hrs I made 170DGB per 1080ti. 6 days ago it was about 270DGB. Mine is undervolted, underclocked, 80% PL, so if the guy said 300 per day last week, he is correct.

Not much difference between the top algos for 1080ti now. As of now, a 1080ti in Equihash = $3.32, DGB = $3.44 per day. That's revenue, not profit.

For 1070 and 1060, I think they are better at Equihash or Eth. Because in DGB, 1070 is half of 1080ti hash rate. But it is about 65% of 1080ti hash in Equihash and has a comparative advantage there.

And about SIGT?

SIGT still looking really good.
New website http://signatum.io/ up and running too with roadmap and white paper.
Looks like a bright future to hold.

Ya, I was thinking it would end up being a shitcoin, but I have a little more faith in it now.

And with the rewards halving soon, it will hopefully jump in value ^.^
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: August 03, 2017, 02:06:10 AM
is it true that your leaked miners have been distributed with malware?
I would not be surprised...

It seems some of them were. Only use miners from trusted members like Sp Smiley
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 03, 2017, 12:44:54 AM
damn, only getting 13,x
core 2000mhz (+100), memory 3800 unclocked, 80% power
automatic intensity 19

Raise intensity to 21-22 and check.

Tried everything from 14-24, nothing is better : /

1060 6GB cards

Are you sure you're running my miner or _sp miner? Seems fair speed for 6Gb on tpruvot's implementation.

Somehow i was running ccminer 2.2 from git and when i switched to this https://github.com/palginpav/ccminer/releases/tag/skunk-1
i started getting 17Mh/s
I guess i assumed the higher version was newer when looking

Thanks!

Can somebody confirm that this is legit miner without virus?

i can,works well for me.

Working for me, seems to be same speeds as the "ccminer-1.0-skunk" version that i was previously using.
