You guys have had my real name all along. Again, you seem to think I am higher up than I really am at Cryptsy. I worked investigations for our parent company, Project Investors Inc and helped with hacked account support tickets. I have never had access to wallets or dev area. More recently during this storm I was put on PR once BitJohn left. You have nothing on me, we have had this chat before. You won't find any leaked emails containing anything from me, no hidden group chats or conspiracies either. As I said, I have always been known as the helpful one in the community. I don't like the extreme lack of communication that has been taking place -- as I can only forward along what information I have, which as of right now, is none. I have asked for an update and have not been getting it. This is out of my hands and all I can do is cross my fingers and hope they figure everything out. As I said, If I do not hear back soon, I will be forced to resign because I disagree with what is going on as well.

So then each Golden Block, instead of being worth the normal 49 coins (every 70 seconds) will be worth just over 205 Blocks, hence the name the Vlad Golden Block which means if you hit just one Golden Block you will be instantly rewarded over 10,000 coins, a massive difference from just 49 coins. That's a huge amount of coins if you're an average or small miner - it would be like literally owning the entire network all to yourself for 4 hours and hitting every single 49 coin block again and again, and if you compare that to the 10 minute block times of Bitcoin, it would be like owning the whole network and hitting every single block for nearly a full day and a half. That is a lot of power in the hands of any small miner and it can literally push any small miner to the next level.
It's a clear and fair break for everyone but especially for the small miner, this kind of Golden Block hit, over 10,000 coins would be a big deal and on a relative basis, this could help a small miner more quickly upgrade to a much better rig while at the same time these Vlad Golden Blocks don't exclude anyone as big miners have an equal chance of hitting them too although for the big guy 10,000 coins would not make such a big deal as to the small guy, which is why I said this was a fair protocol but would benefit the small guy more.

I don't know. As soon as the class action is successful, Cryptsy would just file bankruptcy, making the judgement uncollectible. I'd really like to see charges leveled instead, and have Big Vern and all his buddies facing time in the big house. Perhaps be fined all of their personal assets and have it be distributed to their victims. Of course, the whole debacle has only cost me about 200K sats, so maybe the bigger fish would not be satisfied with this outcome. isn't florida one of those states where the primary residence is untouchable? big vern has a $1mil house and there is probably zero other assets to be found I bet the IRS can touch his house if he can't show where his money came from legitimately. Why are you so seriously underestimating the massive fortunes these guys made ? You as much as anyone should be aware of how extensively easymined LTC was well into 2013. The profits made from day/insider trading it and dumping it at peak price, should account for several million.
