I get inspiration from this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0, Don't you guys think that it will be good to keep track of all the auctions happening in this section. It will help people to keep track of all the ongoing auction. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of all the auctions as you have to browse every thread to check the end time etc etc Please let me know what you think? What is your view on this? Just make yourself a nice spreadsheet with all the links and endtimes.. BAM I think if there was an auction's subsection within collectibles it would work better than the way proposed. Someone would have to continuously update this list of auctions too. Signature campaigns may change weekly/monthly while auctions change daily.

Escrow from US / Canada please. Are you asking to be an escrow from US / Canada? or Requesting an escrow that is US / Canada based? Either way you would have a better time messaging the escrows listed.

Question I have on all these coins, all Casascius, Lealana or whoever made the coins is why does the price of BTC affect the coin price. If you were to buy this Gilt coin a few months ago you were looking at 2.2 BTC all day long but now some claim its not worth that being BTC is up. I myself bought a ton of coins as a investment but basically what your saying is I should have just left it in BTC that as BTC rises coin values drop. Why isnt a coin that sold for 2.2 BTC months ago worth 2.2 BTC today? If you were to take a Gilt coin months ago at 2.2btc it had no BCC, BTG loaded either.
Thanks
If we were still paying the same premiums we were paying 3 years ago this Gilt would be 3.5-4BTC. which would be approximately 27k for the premium and 11k for the loaded value (including forks) Thanks, didnt know they were that high Ouch!! With that being said coins are not a great investment then. Granted the price of bitcoin was also $300 each back then so although the BTC value drops the fiat value has been going up.

I am selling a funded 1 btc brass casascius coin and was looking for advice as to a price. Is an auction a better plan than an outright sale price?
It really depends on the coin. Has it been in a airtight the whole time, or handled etc etc... Post pics with username and date for example and you will get more replies/thoughts etc... and offers! I would also recommend accepting escrow through a reputable forum member once pictures have been posted.

The Bitcoin Cash fork is on the 13th so we still have another day of BTC price carnage. Bitcoin gold you mean, and Bitcoin cash forked back in August.

Hi! Looking at any interest on my coin here. Just got it back from grading. What kind of prices can this fetch these days? Any help would be appreciated! I believe the current market would pay roughly 1.6-2.1 BTC, but auctions are always a good way to gauge the market.

I'm honestly not 100% what the market value is for the lower denominated tokens. As I mentioned earlier, I'm open to any offers or suggestions for that matter! lol
I would recommend doing an auction to determine the market value. Start it at 0 or face value and see where it goes from there.
