Y es por esto que detesto la idea de que exchanges te pidan datos personales tanto como fotos y/o documentos oficiales para registrarnos o tener un limite decente en capacidad de intercambio. El riesgo de que un hacker vulnere el sistema y extraiga información personal es muy alto. Una lástima por los usuarios que han sido hackeados.
Con respecto al intento de extorsión del hacker, podemos decir que lo está haciendo mal, ya que Binance sabe que su procede a darle esa cantidad el hacker podría empezar a pedir mas y mas.

Me leí el whitepaper y si que tiene cosas unicas, como que no existen los bloques como tal, el rastreo de las transacciones en más dinamico por medio de versines de árboles de Merkle lo que permitirá un número muy alto de transacciones por segundo. Luego del resto tiene razón toma el concepto de los contratos inteligentes de Ethereum y la estabilidad de Theter. Ya ver estas dos features en una sola moneda es un indicio de innovación. Pero saber que los contratos inteligentes seran más dinamicos por lo que seguramente abarataran el costo del gas y que la estabilidad de la moneda tendrá collaterales grandes compañías como MasterCard, Stripe, Paypal... Creo que Libra no solo únio lo mejor de las mejores criptos sino que además lo estará haciendo de mejor manera.
Y no olvidemos el hecho de que pondrá un par de miles de millones de persona en dispocisión de comunicarse financieramente. Imagina tu campaña de crowdfunding en facebook...
