4681  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: October 28, 2016, 07:40:19 PM
Hey, are there any general rules/guidelines on how to create a decent signature for campaign that is already running?

You mean you're going to do a design bounty for a signature campaign? As far as I know, you only need to create the best design that match dev's preference. No other rules beside that.
4682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SKEL] SkeletonCoin | SkeliAttack on: October 28, 2016, 02:49:45 PM

Two things. First, I wonder what causes you to revive from a long long long deep sleep this month. I saw that you've been inactive for almost three years before suddenly re-active this month. Not that it violate any rules, just curious.

Second, have you read the first post? Carefully? I'm afraid you can't enroll, the campaign is full. Although due to so many people leaving, maybe admin have another policy about this. Only admin can decide, though
4684  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SHOULD I BUY AND HOLD BTC, DASH, DOGE on: October 27, 2016, 06:01:47 PM
I wonder about what happen to DASH, though. I am aware that lots of altcoin experiencing slight down rate, but DASH seems having a very difficult phase, it keeps going down. Anyone knows why? Even LTC didn't seems to suffer such downslope this great
4685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Is there a vacancy for newbie and Jr member on: October 27, 2016, 05:58:42 PM
I need to earn bitcoin. I am very hardworking and partime for this forum because I don't have an outside work. I will surely and I will do my very best to complete the task with guiguide and instructions.

If you mean a vacancy for signature campaign, I'm afraid your option will be extremely limited. But you can check them yourself here. Look for the last page, Fatanut will usually give a very updated table. If you insist on campaign and didn't limit your choice only to payment on bitcoin, you can have altcoin campaign. As far as I know, there were not anyone who compile a complete and well updated list, not in English anyway.

However, if you look for a part time job that is other than signature, your option will be very wide. There are actually so many things that newbie and Jr can do on this forum. You can check here, I never checked them but I think you can give them a try. Also you can apply for coin bounty like designing signature or compiling wallet or other skill-related job that frequently offered on marketplace (altcoin) or altcoin service announcement section.

Lastly, I think you better move this thread to beginner and help because... well, I just don't think it's the right section for this question
4686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: LBRY.IO - DICUSSION THREAD on: October 27, 2016, 01:41:45 PM
I  don't quite understand, if LBRY is avaliable for trading, why does their official site (lbry.io) said they still in beta and prone to crashing?
4687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Newbie here.....Bit coin atm transaction stuck on: October 27, 2016, 11:24:57 AM
A lot of people are having this same problem. You need to wait as the money will eventually reach it's destination or turn back to you after a few days if the network rejects such transaction. To make sure to get a confirmation sooner rather than later we should use a fee of 0.0005 Btc/Kb and since a lot of transactions are less than 1 kb when you are sending from one address to another one, you can use 0.0007 btc as fee and you will see fast confirmations. We can only wait now.

same thing happen to me from my blockchain wallet. i hope someone help me.. im afraid that this transaction will not confirm Sad

https://blockchain.info/tx/e6b62a85f13a2d167c3240e7fa0d77b33f62b102a051753387d15fb27b952d13

problem is it also sent some btc from unconfirmed wallet Sad Sad

i try to rebroadcast this transaction but nothing happen.

https://blockchain.info/tx/c7d7f82fac16cc5cd6fcdca76cbe52466adf799059714c7e2c69e7ca71aa06df

It will get confirmation soon the first transaction you have posted here, it has a good fee of 0.0015 btc and the transaction is 2.5 kb so minimum fee to be accepted needs to be 0.0015 which you have. Don't worry.

if the transaction rejected by the network it would turn back my bitcoin? im using blockchain wallet Smiley i hope it would turn back to my wallet when the transaction rejected by the network.

Not sure what will happen if you use bitcoin ATM because I never use them, but if you do "usual" transaction (i.e. transfer between address) it will return back to the sender's wallet after several days.
4688  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: October 26, 2016, 07:38:44 PM
Holydarkness,I have filled the change rank form since last week Tuesday and that's why it curious that I'm still on Full member list. Do I have to do it again? Could the op do something pls

Mine is also still on my previous rank, but it is not to be worried as admin state that they had recorded your submission form. Our rank on the spreadsheet won't be updated until the end of the period. And even if (in case) they missed your update when they change their spreadsheet, your post here will be an enough proof that you reached this rank at the date listed on your post.

Dear Komodo Team, As of today October 26, I am now leaving the campaign. It was a great being part of the promotion team for the past few weeks. I wish you goodluck and success. Please update my status. I will be waiting for the ICO end for the bounty. Again, thank you.

If you don't go until the end, I highly doubt you'll get anything at the end of the ICO (November 20th for those that are not aware of it).

Actually, I am highly sure that they will get something equals to their deserved payment at the end of the ICO, as admin had stated. Unless they didn't tell the admin that they quit, because if they do that, admin will only see that they didn't put the signature instead of leaving mid-way.

~snip~
btw Hi Komodo, Just want to confirm that if I leave the campaign before ico ends, payment will still be sent at the end of campaign, Yes?

Yes, just send us a message when you leave, so we know for how long period we should pay you. The payment will happen at the same time for everyone regardless.

If someone leaves the campaign without notifying they will run into problems as we would reject them for not wearing the signature. So please always inform us if you leave the campaign!
4689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Newbie here.....Bit coin atm transaction stuck on: October 26, 2016, 05:21:45 PM

If it is too hard, you should only focus on "yours are waiting, it could take a fair while until it gets confirmed", you can understand that as your transaction is not yet processed, that is why it's still pending, and you shouldn't be too worried because there are (currently as I wrote) 51,650 other transaction that still pending so you are not alone

Any rEason why

Mostly because of the transaction fee is very low, so they set your priority to well... not too great. I don't know if this will help or is understandable enough for you, but please read on https://coinatmradar.com/blog/bitcoin-atm-transaction-is-delayed-what-to-do/ you will find your problem being explained on the latest section
4690  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services on: October 26, 2016, 05:14:14 PM

there are obstacles anything with paypal?

If your transaction happen between you and yourself or between you and someone that you extremely trusted (like your family, close friends, or.. yourself) then it is fine. The main concern on paypal transaction is the paypal owner can cancel his transfer anytime while the bitcoin owner can not. So, there is a possibility where the bitcoin owner had send his amount to the paypal owner but the paypal owner cancelled his paypal payment, resulting the bitcoin owner being scammed and lost a lot.

https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions

Yours and 50 000 more transactions are waiting, mempool @30 mb  It could take a fair while until it gets confirmed.
There's also a warning about spending an unconfirmed amount, and having non standard input..

What you said is all Greek to me can you explain aND what is a non standard input?

If it is too hard, you should only focus on "yours are waiting, it could take a fair while until it gets confirmed", you can understand that as your transaction is not yet processed, that is why it's still pending, and you shouldn't be too worried because there are (currently as I wrote) 51,650 other transaction that still pending so you are not alone

Mike8 sorry for the confusion, polish version of Wiki tells that 2322 in Korean calendar
is 12BC... Huh Strange... But as you can see even without that info this puzzle was easy to figure out. Symbols in the code itself where a hint, of course if someone can read in pictogram Wink sorry one more time.

Yeah, I spend some time figuring your pictograph and I think I know how to solve the puzzle from that pictures. Although the symbols are quite small to completely sure that I place them right, but the first picture is a 6 inside a triangle, the second is a 6 dice, then an arrow and a cross. Combined, they say 6 + 6 + before  + christ. So it'll be either 66BC or 12BC

Hi OP,its a week which I have been rank up to Senior Member with all the require form/code been setup but on the spread sheet I'm still on the Full Member list.. Why?

Fortunately, the answer is right above your post,

~snip~

You must fill out the 'change rank form'. We won't update the spreadsheet until the very end of the campaign.

Just a suggestion, I personally think this question had been asked far too often that I think you better add this info on the first post, admin.
4694  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: October 25, 2016, 03:03:28 PM
Admin, in reference on this conversation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1619450.msg16665246#msg16665246 where Reid decided that he wanted to leave campaign and we guessed that there might be a misunderstanding, I had contacted Reid and it is true that he mistook the rule by thinking 25 is the minimum post per week instead of the entire duration. He had agree to stay suppose you let him. I hope you can let him stay.
4695  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 92,500 Satoshi puzzle on: October 24, 2016, 04:41:51 PM
Will there be any more puzzle in the future? I'd love to have some puzzle and riddle
4696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SKEL] SkeletonCoin | SkeliAttack on: October 24, 2016, 03:59:15 PM
Please add a spreadsheet or even a text of the current signstire participants please. So we can track our earnings. Thanks dev. Can't wait for the games.  Grin

On that case, you should write on their signature thread and not their ANN, but I see that you had posted an almost similar post there, which made me wonder why you have to post two same things at the same time?

I posted twice because noone replied and I dont know what the Dev is doing. If he had other threads I would post the exact SA!e thing there as well until I get my answer. I have every right to know what's going on as do you and us all. I dont want to post for 3 weeks and never get paid. Also my wallet never syncs. From the very first time I installed it it never syncs. I even deleted the directory and redownloaded. I see no nodes here so what shall I do ?

I don't know about nodes since I don't use their wallet, but a few posts above us asked about node and was given some nodes, will it works?
4697  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: yobicode, free BTC on: October 24, 2016, 10:38:38 AM
Grin new day, new puzzle.
Could anyone guess what is missing just by looking at the code, without any hint and clues?
Don't worry I'm not that crude Wink -->

Daily micro-giveaway.

YOBIT♸⚅⇺♰01094DFD85140A7CA3DOGE

Hint: Emperor Augustus is given the title Pontifex Maximus(greatest bridge-builder).
Approximate date – Pyramid of Cestius erected in Rome.
It is also a 2322 of Korean calendar.

Edit: looks like code was already activated.

I know that you said it is already claimed, but (as always) my curiosity is too big that it disturbs me.
Is it "12BC" ? Both pontifex maximus and pyramid of gaius cestius "12bc" share this number, but I still can't figure how to solve the korean calendar.
4698  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: October 24, 2016, 10:19:28 AM
Hi Komodo Admin. I dont think I am much help with this campaign so I will be leaving now.
I dont have much time with posting and I cant reach the number of posts that is indicated.
Anyway, thank you very much for the opportunity.  Grin Good luck to your campaign and God bless.

Ok. The minimum post count was actually just 25, but if you want to leave it is all good!

So your campaign has now ended, and we will pay the time you were in if you made the 25 posts.

Admin, a quick scanning through Reid's post history said that he actually had meet the minimum criteria of 25 post. If I may suggest, you better hold this decision of his leave, maybe he got it wrong and thought that the minimum is 150 and thus he thought he won't be able to meet it. If you would, I can try to contact him by PM and look for his response. If he still decide to leave after he knows that he actually don't have to post anything until the end of the period, then he can leave for good.

I'll try to reach him only after you gave permission.

4700  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk - COMPLETE AVATAR Campaigns [22-October-2016] on: October 23, 2016, 11:05:04 AM
Seems it is not announced here yet, but cloak is re-opening their campaign which is avatar and signature (separable) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1434106.msg16594585#msg16594585. I wonder why, though, if I'm not mistaken they want to rebrand themselves to coinone or something like that, but it seems they cancel that plan and choose to continue their campaign instead, strange.
