no it's not exploiting , it's their fault
when you want to convert your points a message appears and tells you the the minimum convert is 7 points and that would give you 0.11
so the bug is not in the 7 point convert , simply it's not right to give people 1 chip when they convert 66 points
they should review it and they will know that 66 points should give players a little bit more than 1 chip but not 1 chip

ok my account is ok , I didn't contact support so maybe it was an automatic action
I don't know if it's an exploit but here is the thing , when you convert your points without putting big amounts each 7 points will give you 0.11 chips
that means 63 points will give you 0.99 chips , while when you conver big amonts every 66 points will give you 1 chip
you can see that by converting small aounts and especially sevens you will get more chips , but I don't think it's a bug it's just simple math 

there is no point for opening such a thread , people who are gambling on -EV games they know that they will lose and they are certain that gambling on -EV will never make you money if you keep doing , but they afford to lose and they have fun
also people who are gambling on +EV games can make a lot of money if they master the game that they are playing
at the end , non of these two type players will stop gambling

the best solution is to not kick out inactive players from tourneys just let people steal their blinds untill they are back or dead
there is also another great solution which is used by WPN in the 250$ first depositers freerolls which is you give people only 100 chips at the beginning with one free rebuy with more chips ( 10K in Lucky flop ) so inactive people at the beginning of the tourney will lose their chips fast while the people who played the tourney from the beginning can be inactive cause they have claimed the free rebuy

also I think the price is overrated now cause the surprise box now doesn't appear every 24 hours but maybe when they have the VIP monthly freerolls your account will worth 3 btc
