Hi all, I just bought a 1060 and a 1660s added them to my 1660 now I have 3gpus they all require 8pin cables the problem is my psu (game max 700 watts) has only 2 8pin connectors for the pice and 2 6pin connectors.
I've found a 8pin to dual 8pin cable locally, but they told me they can't sell it to me because the cable manufacturer and my psu manufacturer aren't the same they said it could blow up my psu or my gpu? Is that correct do I need a cable from evga and a psu from evga? For example.

But we have one problem here, you did not post clear evidence of whats happened here. In the second post on this topic, user @acroman08 show you how really scam accusations need to look but you ignore this.
Your proof is a bunch of screenshots from chat, who has the will to read it this way? even if we ignore the fact that it is possible to manipulate there.
So, you can't expect any support until you present us with all the evidence. evidence that clearly indicates fraud, and for which it is not necessary to read miles of meaningless conversation. By the statistics of my complaints (shown in the screenshot below) I think you could understand that I know the rules of the forum and have never deliberately violated them.
it’s not just up to the moderator, someone else reported your post and moderators check it before a final decision about deleting it. So, usually is very possible that a minimum of two users think that your posts are offtopic. As you say, you had 40 good reports but can you imagine that there are some users who had >10k reports with 99-100% accuracy, I guess mods don't need to check specially each post when reports come from proven spam reporters. |

even, in theory, this will be difficult. Selecting users who will have access to that account can be very complicated. Also, more users more at risk of account hack, where all the previous work of a few people could very easily be destroyed. I have previously considered launching a website for this purpose, where few people can moderate and keep them updated regularly but then the power of Bitcointalk authority is lost. |
