i am not against constructive criticism but in most cases some people don't really know the different between both, or put in a different way, they don't realize when they start creating fud (indirectly), you realize that 90% of crypto followers are very impatient! how do you communicate with such people when they only want to see immediate growth, as long as the team are still focus on the main objective of the project, that should be good enough,
the above bold sentence should tell you more, apparently, they are trying to avoid those random when this or that type of shit question (just my opinion Grin)

I was asking about the garage in their picture and what's the nature of their partnership with them and people were calling to ban me for that on the official telegram channel. Turned out to be that it was a fair question because garage owner wasn't their partner in the first place. So i really don't trust the judgement of this community, when real questions can't be asked or are met with hostility, i rather not be even part of such channel. It only tells me how insecure those investors are

The admins should have been able to give a more valid reason why the garage picture was found there, even if half of crypto investors don't pay attention to little details don't mean the rest aren't, if some community members were calling out for a ban don't mean they have to do that, when good questions are been raised, valid response should be provided to avoid any manner of suspicious or appearing to be insecure, of course you can only trust more of your judgment base on what you read and observe with the project,
but one thing i know is most project don't often appear 100% transparent.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CARTESI | A Linux Infrastructure for Scalable DApps on: February 21, 2020, 10:56:26 AM
Well it is good to know that the team are working hard to chose the right course of action for this project, this is a very crucial state in any project and must be carefully thought out in other not to have any regrets moving forward, but you have to understand that people are very anxious to know this things especially when the project is appealing to many and everyone wants to get in as early as possible.
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forbes: "USA Is Worried About Bitcoin And It’s Finally Doing Something About It" on: February 20, 2020, 11:36:23 AM
Looking for a way to yet bring the market down, as far as usa is concern, everything is a threat to their economy or national security, how is btc that is hardly use for any serious transaction a threat to dollar, i guess they must be speaking against what could happen in the far future,
if they are doing something to erase btc from the surface of the earth, i can't wait to what that is Roll Eyes it must suck to be losing control Tongue
484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is getting more adopted in my Country on: February 20, 2020, 11:21:05 AM
I feel very inspired right now. I just came across a video in which there's a Bitcoin ATM in the country! I feel so glad to see how Bitcoin is getting adopted. This proves that after all, our promotion of bitcoin is helping in spreading the news. And we aren't planning to stop the promotion anytime; we're even planning to hold more seminars to help people know about bitcoin. Now, one of the advantages of this Bitcoin ATM is that anyone who doesn't know what Bitcoin is and sees it would ask what the machine is used for, and from there, it just keeps spreading!!! Watch the video here to see how it works. BTW, What progress is happening in your country? If none then try doing more in favour of bitcoin (for countries that find bitcoin legal).

Why is the machine in a secluded area? i think it would have been better to be in an open environment where as many people can see it, wherever that machine is in Nigeria, i doubt many people can see or take a note of it, anyways i never thought there would be a btc ATM in Nigeria at all, at least that should count for something, i guess this will make the few people who would come in contact with this machine curious and want to know more, so yeah, it is another step of spreading the btc awareness.
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CARTESI | A Linux Infrastructure for Scalable DApps on: February 19, 2020, 11:11:30 AM
Have you set any date for the IEO? One of my friends told me IEO will start in March, but I didn't find any information regarding that and it seems you are not coming very soon. Why are you delaying when the crypto market going well! I hope you will choose a better-Liquidated exchange, Good Luck.

As you said, there is no information about that Smiley
Even to this day there is no official information whatsoever about whether this project will do IEO or not
Be patient, At the right time the team will provide all information about this later

And i had from another source that there won't be an ieo for cartesi rather they will be going for direct listing, this is just an hearsay, am not sure how truth it is, but judging from the way there is no information about ieo, maybe this is option the team want to consider,
in any case, i see the cartesi team as very capable to make the right choice about the ieo, hopefully there will be an announcement soon.
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TEM] temtum - Quantum secure, feeless & lightweight decentralised network. on: February 19, 2020, 10:50:05 AM
Honestly what this project has achieve in a short period of time since it was made known to the public some few months back, yeah still very under valued and very unknown to may, many people invest in project because of it hype, temtum is not among such hype project that has no potential,
the team always give update about all recent activities of temtum, i am a great fan of tem and i believe it will do well.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Places To Hold Initial Coin Offerings on: February 19, 2020, 09:43:01 AM
i would say unless the project in question is ready to seek a renowned escrow service to hold the funds of the sale for transparency and trust from investors, although people no longer trust in ico because of so many scam projects that fooled investor and take their money,
ieo has taken over that spot, not that they have been excellent on this part but it has help to reduce the rate of scam project in the space.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: February 18, 2020, 03:04:08 PM
Probably yes, especially when the critics are to harsh on the team, maybe members can at least go easy on their criticism on the project, after all the team are still doing their best to support the project,  only that it hasn't reflect much on price which i know is what many people want to see.
Constructive criticism is fine, as long as it tackles relevant issues within the project and doesn't necessarily paint the whole project bad 'cause that would be just plain FUD.
They hired a new community manager now (since the old one made a fiasco on their old telegram group. LMAO), so I guess any further harsh criticism will be moderated.
I just checked their new updates and it seems the team is still traveling and doing a bunch of conferences.
They are going to Japan visiting the Blockchain for Social Impact and in Switzerland for The ICE at St Moritz Lake and Geneva International Motorshow. Quite a very busy team if I may say.  Grin

489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: February 18, 2020, 02:55:10 PM
That was announced long back ago, but as of now, the Pundix is generating very low volumes which the price of the Pundix is not increasing more than 2 sats. This makes many people are completely negative about the Pundix project if it keeps generating low volume Binance will surely delist the Pundix coin.

The volume is not low, we all know that most altcoins are struggling right now but PundiX still manage to maintain a good trading volume.

How low is low to you actually? as of now, the trading volume of PundiX is almost $4 million per https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pundi-x/markets/

Volume is not low, but it is not able to move its position from there, it seems it is going to struggle a lot to increase its price. I have seen many people are predicting the price of other attacking, but no one is predicting about the Pundix, even the team is providing updates about Function (x) mobile.

predicting the price won't make it go any faster or create an increase in price, it won't do any good for the project, there is no need for that, people make predictions of project they are interested on, apparently, this project is gradually losing the interest of many, if nobody is talking about it means nobody is interested anymore, i bet even traders don't want to trade a low volume project, it seems it is heading to the crash land Lips sealed
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some ridiculous suspicious projects with zero value! on: February 17, 2020, 12:53:09 PM
Don't compare Ironx with wpp because unlike ironx, wpp actually raise money during their sale, at least till now they always make it necessary to push the project development forward, update the community about their progress thus far, same can not be said with ironx who have shamelessly abscond and left people hanging without any explanation, their pathetic exchange is nothing but a charade.
Ironx is a big fraud, they lie about the money they raise, it shouldn't be compared to wpp energy between this are not the only 2 project that came out in 2018, many are long gone Roll Eyes
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At the end of the year! on: February 17, 2020, 12:42:36 PM
i guess the only thing 2017 was able to do is to give rise to more crypto analyst who think they have the ability to predict btc price and it will definitely happen, apparently 2017 was just a pure luck or something of that nature, but just like the op already mentioned, after 2017, there was no prediction that later come to be as predicted, people should know better than believing in crypto analyst, just do your due diligent.
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] WPP ENERGY TOKEN - TOKEN TO BE TIED TO THE VALUE OF H2 on: February 17, 2020, 10:58:20 AM
At least wpp energy still find it very necessary to update their Ann thread and keep people updated about the progress of the project unlike other project who don't do that, i think wpp are doing their best as a new company, as i understand, developing this project does take time, it will be nice to cut this project some slacks to work towards doing what they promised.
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I kept USDT on: February 16, 2020, 03:35:55 AM
Whenever I get stucked with Usdt when trading I always remember myself what happened in 2018 when bitcoin was trading @ 19k and in February 2018 it goes down to 9k, even in January 2019 bitcoin was trading at 3,500$, My point here is there is time for everything in crypto space, Lack of patience is what's affecting many and also fear of missing out, even if bitcoin hit 50k today alas it will shrink in value sooner or later, bitcoin is volatile, its left for you to choose the best time to buy, as for me, what I care most about is turning 0.5btc to 1BTC

Usdt is a must every crypto enthusiast should be aware of but unfortunately for me, back in 2017-2018 i have little idea about usdt, i watch my very robust portfolio shrunk to nothing, that was an eye opener, so probably some are not aware of this way of preserving funds,
I think the greed of making even more is another reason why some people don't use it, btc price is highly volatile, it is in the best interest of every crypto lovers to preserve their funds through usdt otherwise  get ready for pain when the market is going down.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facts about bounties on: February 16, 2020, 03:20:40 AM
To all newbies or new comers, here are few advice for you guys if you want to start promoting bounties

1. Many bounties won't pay
Its a real fact that some might not want to accept for one reason or the other, new projects aren't that attractive to investors anymore so be ready for the worst.

2. Bounties are still Profitable
Ignore whatever bounty hunters are saying, yes many projects aren't paying but still some are paying, experience of a bounty hunter is different from one another, some bounty hunters still find it hard to learn from their mistakes

Remember that even good projects that looks promising can still fail but here is what I want you to hold on to, a single bounty project can cover for all your losses, what I meant is 1 project can give you biggest profits even when you've promoted 10 projects that gives nothing, this is why its called BOUNTY.

Very much true about No1 there are so many project that bounty hunters help to promote and campaign for the project but after achieving their aim or partly achieving their aim, they will resfuse to pay the reward to hunters, it is a very selfish act on the part of the team so to speak,
And yes regarding No2, bounties are still profitable to join if you happens to find yourself promoting the right one, it usually make up for the pain of the unpaid ones.
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why most of ALTCOINS are dead or worthless? on: February 16, 2020, 02:46:55 AM
It is still very easy to create a token in the ethereum network, the only slow down is that the ico bubble is long gone, no more gullible investors to be deceive anymore, people are wiser now than before so this definitely will force the number of project coming in the market to reduce,
The market is over saturated with pump and dump that created temporary to make money, even though there seems to be less of them maybe ones the bulls are back they will show up again.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins Bounty Hunters are almost alone! on: February 15, 2020, 08:04:59 PM
Its impossible for forum moderators to tell people on here about which project is good and which one is bad because they don't know themselves, you have to do your own research and have it in your mind that you may never get paid, this is a bounty hunter's risk, you should quit if you can't  endure

There are too many alts bounty in the alts section i don't think the moderators can't do that work of checking each and every alt bounty in the forum unlike btc paying campaign that are very limited with less participants,
I guess it is left for participants of this campaign's to do research as much as they can to afford joining a scam bounty, although that not very possible but still better to do so.

499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: February 13, 2020, 10:14:40 AM
USDT is like any other crypto so if you can trust any other crypto, you can as well trust usdt, besides usdt is the safe heaven of most crypto enthusiast who like to save their earnings when the market is going down, the point usdt is serving great purpose at least this is how i see it.
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As a Bounty hunter, don't expect too much on: February 13, 2020, 09:44:23 AM
Isn't this the reason why hunters are not very welcome or blamed for every dump that occur in that project, often times hunters will rush to dump their reward even before the real investors had the chance to do so, at the end this will affect the price greatly, more reason why some team are refusing to pay hunters and other are paying peanut just for this particular reason.
