@ edonkey aarons6stick belongs on list
I am on a tablet right now. I will check the list to be sure the rest is good.
OK, done. If you want write access to the list file, I can get you the instructions via PM or email.

I envy you guys. I've got absolutely no shipping info. I called FedEx today so that they could do an "advanced" search. Nada.
For grins I checked the other carriers (in case Bitmain arbitrarily chose a different shipper). Also nothing.
So I ordered on 9/5 with BTC and there's absolutely no sign of shipping whatsoever. I wrote to Bitmain 3 days ago and got no answer.
I guess I should't spaz since Bitmain is supposed to compensate (such as it is). But I'd rather have the hardware in hand and under my control.
One nasty thought is that Bitmain did actually ship, but it's stuck in some customs delay that's not searchable by FedEx. Since I have no tracking info, I would never know and have no ability to resolve it.
Where's that whiskey...
I chose Fedex too. Fedex called today asking for Tax info. My units are in Japan, set to arrive on Monday the 19th. Just for reference, when was your order/paid date?

Just following up on the thread now... Do you want me to write some script for this? Would take maybe a day... I would just re-use the pool functionality from my app
Yeah it would be nice. I am getting tired of clicking on thirty names and pasting shares once a day. Takes a lot of time. Can you PM me all the workers? I'll whip up something for just this use I will send pm in the morning Cryptoglance, I've been maintaining a text list of the club participants here on dropbox (note that this URL will redirect): https://www.dropbox.com/s/i0d6d971udf8oej/workers.txt?raw=1It's a simple parseable text format. Comments are preceded by a "#" character. Addresses can take the form of a raw address, or a complete URL to the stats on the solo pool. The participants are organized by workers or donators via simple comments. I've got a Python script that periodically reads the list from the URL to send notification emails. TheRealSteve has also been using the list to automate his IRC bot. What we're missing is a nice web site that consumes the list and provides visible stats to the other members. Maybe the way this could evolve is a single text list like this could drive any number of applications, including stats on a web site. I've been updating the list when I see changes posted here. But perhaps a better approach would be to give Phil write access to the text file. That way Phil could update the list, and all the other applications could automatically update from that list. Does this sound like a reasonable way forward for everyone?

I don't know if there's a cgminer-gekko directory, I can't find it if there is.
I am using the cgminer-gekko Minera image but I never got it to see my compacs. For the month i've just been running cgminer in a terminal window. I may re-image my SD card to plain raspbian and install cgminer-gekko that way. Clearly i've been running on luck this entire time!
That's weird that cgminer-gekko could not find your compacs. I built that image and it has worked for me and many others. If you want to try to call cgminer directly (although I'm not sure that it's going to help), it's located here: /var/www/minera/minera-bin/custom/gminer-gekko You should not need to run it as root. By default it runs as the "minera" user without a problem. Before you tried running this manually, did you enable logging in the Minera GUI and take a look at the resulting log? Maybe it would provide some hints as to why it can't see the hardware. Also, you're using a USB2 powered hub, right? You can't drive sticks directly from a RPi.

Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle. Notice of shipment with tracking from UPS, due deliver on the 19th......
We'll see..
They must like you better than me. I ordered on 9/5 and I've got bupkis. No shipping notification.

Congrats to 1LPWZ9AskyF8Ux384cXoYbvNRTKgLooGh3 Edit: @ck: Poolmessage is cool now! That's me! For anyone interested: Over the last 15 days I've spent 8.5 BTC at nice hash to mine 2 blocks. Renting 100-150TH/s for around 8-12 hours a day. Around .5-1 btc a day. Since May I've spent about 19BTC total renting between MRR and nicehash at random speeds and intervals. So as it stands today, I'm extremely pleased to be +30BTC while solo-renting. Wow! Congratulations! But man, you must have solid brass clankers to pull that off. You risked almost 28 BTC to get 50 back. Nice luck there.

Let's look at the bright side. We're making $6.50 - $7.00 per miner per day without having to deal with heat or noise, or even needing a PSU. At least that's what I'm trying to tell myself while crying it out every night when the UPS truck passes my house LOL! Of course in my case where the S7s will be deployed in a data center with free electricity, I get no advantage at all from the meager compensation.

My order/pay date was 9/8/2015. I just checked my UPS account and it now shows the shipment with a tracking number. It has a delivery date of 10/19. nothing from Bitmain yet so anyone else waiting should check with their shipper to see if yours is on its way.
EDIT: China 10/15/2015 3:56 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS
My order/pay date was 9/6/2015 and I still have no info yet. We may be getting close! It's irritating that people who ordered after me are getting shipping info. My order/pay date was 9/5. Like some of you, this morning my order has been changed from "shipped" with no other info to "unshipped". Still no tracking info either from Bitmain or FedEx. This is my second order. I used coupons for that order. Maybe they prioritize shipping based on how much money they made, not the order that payment was received? Or maybe since I complained by email (even though I was professional) my order has been de-prioritized. More likely it's just chaos over there.

Who all is still waiting on B1 miners?
My B1 order from 9/5 has not been shipped. Or if it has, I have no tracking info. No answer to my emails to Bitmain either. I've don't even bother with their support system because it's never been effective for me.

Wow! That's the third block found by that address in the past few weeks.
|
|
|
And I got a shipping notice for my batch 2. but not sure it shipped.
I hope your batch 2 order has actually has shipped. I still have no shipping notification or tracking number for my second batch 1 order. All I have is the same indication on the Bitmain site that the order has shipped with the obvious wrong date of 2015-09-28 00:00:00 and no other info.

Does anyone know how to track by reference with FedEx? I've tried using my Bitmain order number but doesn't find anything.
It's as if the FedEx track-by-reference form is assuming that you're tracking a shipment that you shipped, not one that you're going to receive. Maybe the FedEx perspective is why would a receiver know the shipper's reference.
Anyway, if my order actually has shipped, I have no way to confirm it, no idea when it will get here, and no way to plan.
I realize that things are probably busy and chaotic at Bitmain now. But it really would help if they could provide reasonable information.
I'm not getting any information by email, and their support system has always been useless, even at the best of times.

Like everyone else, my order has now been marked as shipped in the Bitmain system without an email or tracking number.
Whether it's actually shipped or not I don't know. I'm not currently in a position to search FedEx for the Bitmain order number as a reference.
Since I have very little trust remaining for Bitmain, I suspect they are simply changing the orders in their system to prevent paying their meager compensation. Also, they can use it as a further argument against those of us who have asked for a full refund. Can't refund if the order is "shipped", right?
I hate to think the worst of them, but it's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt with this mess...

Phil, is your plan to capture and display screenshots of the pool members' JSON stats once a day? If so, would it be helpful to have the stats emailed instead? It would be pretty easy to add a script option to enable emailing stats periodically. I have the script running on a machine 24/7 anyway. Here's an excerpt from an actual stats email from a few days ago (including only the first few addresses for brevity): Hash rates of monitored addresses:
1JiWuyX94wrCr7JhkAn7x5qNMCEef1KhqX: Date/Time: 2015-10-09 23:59:58 5 minute: 2.39T 1 hour: 2.47T 5 day: 3.87T 7 days: 4.1T shares: 371740636
1JiWuyX94wrCr7JhkAn7x5qNMCEef1KhqX.Chris_Sabianstick: Date/Time: 2015-10-09 23:59:58 5 minute: 9.25G 1 hour: 9.52G 5 day: 9.25G 7 days: 4.37G shares: 878500
1JiWuyX94wrCr7JhkAn7x5qNMCEef1KhqX.FinksySticks: Date/Time: 2015-10-09 23:59:58 5 minute: 14.1G 1 hour: 15G 5 day: 14.4G 7 days: 6.18G shares: 1130411
The script sorts the stats by address alphabetically (case sensitive, currently), which means that the main pool address will always be at the top.

Surely they should offer a refund or the difference between B1 and B2/3?
What's the general consensus?
This is exactly what they should do. I would be fine with accepting the difference between batch 1 and batch 3 prices, as long as they have really worked through their problems and can actually deliver well performing S7 units in the B3 timeframe.
