This is my issue:

first, I would like to say that this is my 3rd support ticket. My first two support tickets are being ignored and I've choosed to close them. On November 12th, I've wire-transfered money (500 USD) to my btc-e account. It has already been 23 days since I've made the transaction. I would like to know, why are you ignoring your paying customers. In my state, this is considered illegal behaviour. Since I am from Czech republic, where your bank is housed, I am determined to contact them on Monday due to this unpleasant affair. The transaction was valid and confirmed, and I know, that the money arrived on your account. My bank confirmed, that I filled all the fields correctly, so there is no problem on my side. I am sending you all the documents I have regarding the transaction. One is a statement in a pdf file from my bank and the other one is a scanned order of payment in 300dpi jpg. I hope this will be enough, since I want you to solve this asap. However if anything else is needed, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would like you to know, that I am very unsatisfied with your ignorance and lack of any interest in helping me and I want you to be sure, that I won't let this just fade away.

Подскажите по какой причине ввод денег с киви происходит в течении 5 минут, а вывод не работает, висит в ожидании. При чем раньше как ввод так и вывод срабатывали в течении 5-15 минут, сейчас же работает только ввод. #193746982 - про это можно забыть?

So I transferred in about 25 litecoins into my account. Then BTC-E fucking closed my account. WTF. And no resolution from support tickets at all. These people are turning into a bunch of thieves? What is this bullshit? I havn't gotten an answer from support in over 24 hours.
Do not jump to conclusions. If closed, so were suspected hacking. Write the ticket number Ok. Its just that its been 2 days without a response. Here are the ticket numbers. #UTI-819-10616 EZZ-455-55742 - this one hasnt even been touched since I opened it. Account unlocked. Successful trading!

I made a USD wire transfer from a New Zealand bank on 14 November. My account has not been funded yet. I have had a support ticket open for 10 days now without a single response other than it wanting to close my tickets automatically. I have not even gotten a "account on hold" or any type of message. My bank and Mayzus confirmed they have deposited the funds into btc-e's account. Can you please get support to urgently look at Ticket ID: TKZ-341-25068? I have the same problem as the OP, uploaded ID, bill, bank reference letter stating that I am the person who can operate the account and the name of my company, then after further request from btc-e also uploaded a certificate of incorporation for my company, but the hold is not removed, ticket ID #MZC-861-86298
