481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Public Perspective towards Bitcoin on: April 01, 2023, 12:11:52 PM
There is an opinion in society that both Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are something negative. But lately at least in my country, the attitude towards crypto has become much better and more people are joining the industry. Many young people have become interested in investments, as this is a more convenient way all you need is a phone and internet for this. One thing I can say for sure is that there is a positive trend towards the adoption and use of crypto in the community as there is much more information and instructions on the web.

It would only be a marketing action, as I also talked about in my previous post, so rest assured, nobody lost money.

I admit that the advertising was brilliant, after all everyone is commenting on it.
I guessed it was just a marketing ploy. The resonance turned out to be really strong with this news, the two sides only won. Both the site and the football player received a lot of attention,so we can be sure that this performance justified itself one hundred percent.

Yes, that has been the game for this online casinos, pick someone famous to do the marketing for them. In term, this celebrities might play with their real money in the beginning and if they lost then the casino's will pay them back.

And if by chance they won, then maybe casinos will allow then to keep their winnings.

So both scenarios are going to be beneficial for the casino itself and for the celebrities like Neymar.
Quite often, celebrities become the face of an advertising company and you’re right. But I’m more surprised in this situation that Neymar is a highly paid football player and marketing of this level seemed a little strange to me. But I have to admit, the hype on this news turned out to be very strong and many began to look for what this is a site where Neymar plays, it's a beautiful marketing gimmick.

484  Economy / Economics / Re: Should you save, when you are wealthy? on: March 31, 2023, 10:19:56 PM
Probably now I am thinking that I would not like to save all the time, I would like to reach the level at which I would be a wealthy person and I would not have to worry about money, but I have no idea when I can achieve this.
I had different moments in my life when the financial condition was both stable and not.One thing I can say for sure, it just doesn’t make sense to save money,it’s important to make it work for you.As for saving, this is a good habit, but it is also important that it does not go to extremes and cut your income in everything. It is important to set yourself a financial plan and clearly plan all future purchases, then you will have to save much less.

What exactly can you be sure of that in the near future we are waiting for a lot of changes in the labor market.AI do an excellent job with simple tasks such as developing a logo or writing an advertising text.I think there will be consequences in the freelance market, but I don’t think that AI will be able to affect something global and replace people in more serious specialties.
487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone here tried Gambling Arbitrage? on: March 31, 2023, 11:26:42 AM
That's a good question.I have a friend who always places a lot of bets on an event. But he does this almost professionally, since it takes a lot of time to detail each event and he has been doing this for a long time.I think it is important that the gaming site has a history of bets, then the administration will not have questions about your bets. And if there is a chaotic order of bets on a fresh account for the purpose of quick profit, then this will raise questions.
488  Economy / Economics / Re: New currency from BRICS countries on: March 31, 2023, 10:20:14 AM
Couple of hours ago there is in news on Twitter saying BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) are developing a new currency. It was mentioned by State Duma Deputy Chairmen btw.

As I can see all these things to manipulate BTC right? What are your thoughts about this?
I don't think there will be any threat to Bitcoin.Their common currency (if one is created) will only work for internal transactions between countries in order to minimize the use of the dollar.I do not think that the cryptocurrency market will be of interest to these countries, since the payments will be for raw materials and various materials.
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yet another saga looming to hit bitcoin. on: March 30, 2023, 12:42:10 PM
These are not the first problems for Binance there were similar cases when the regulator tries to control everything. It is obvious that after the collapse of the FTX,other exchanges will be under close control, and this has both minuses and pluses. From the last thing I personally liked is that the exchanges made public reports on their reserves.I think that Binance will be fine and they will be able to negotiate with the regulators.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Going to Bitcoin events on: March 30, 2023, 10:42:56 AM
Going to bitcoin, crypto, blockchain events benefits us in anyway ?
I am something biased at this because of internet sayings, biased in positive side that they are very benefiting and worth my time, share your experiences about going to events is good or bad ,
are you gone to any bitcoin events ? and, in which way it helped you, do you learned new things that is very difficult to learn on internet, do you met amazing people, do going to that events worth your time and money.
There are benefits from such events primarily for those who attend them. There they can find like-minded people and get new acquaintances. Those who want to get to know crypto closer and in a more lively format also go there. There were several such events in my city, but it it was more for developers than for general fans of the industry so I didn't go.I have a group of people who are into the industry and we don't need this kind of event.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you think second if crypto without internets? Impossible right. on: March 29, 2023, 09:50:40 PM
It will be a great opportunity if one can create a forum for this. The growth and popularity of cryptocurrency may be extremely in the future that even uneducated men and women in rural areas and villages in many developing countries of the world may love to be part of the crypto can the process to make crypto offline class work.
What did you guys think?
And what problem will it solve?I don’t see any point in this.Even if there is no Internet then cryptocurrency will not help there. You need to solve the basic things first and then think about technologies and their applications.Investments are very individual and it would be a great advantage if they have access to them at any time of the day and without the Internet this would not be possible.
492  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can end poverty? In a nation today on: March 29, 2023, 05:31:19 PM
I do not believe that this is possible. It is up to the public sector and the Ministry of Economy to think about how to improve the well-being of their citizens, namely how to create more jobs, etc.Bitcoin can help save money and maybe even increase capital, but it certainly won’t lift a person out of poverty. He must invest something and must live on something.
493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a casino ever run without the government's awareness? on: March 29, 2023, 01:50:39 PM
Of course, it is possible to launch such a casino. But even the players themselves will have many questions, because there will be a minimum of guarantees that your funds will be safe, since there is no legal field in which this casino will operate. And in order to have good licensed games, the casino already needs to be more public company and regulated by law.
494  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do if bitcoin crash? on: March 28, 2023, 08:43:40 PM
Every good investor should always think and prepare for backup. If for instance bitcoin crashes today, i wont be rich but i will never be poor because bitcoin investment is not my only source of income. When i invested in bitcoin, i did not
invest with all my savings.

Most newbies who don't know really understand bitcoin investment pattern will want to invest all their money without any side hustle and become so stranded when bitcoin crashes.
you say the right things and I support your thoughts.I also never focus on just one asset, because anything can happen at any time. There should always be various reserves in various sources that can provide additional guarantees for our investments and income. And the sooner people realize this, the better it will be.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 27, 2023, 10:26:06 AM
Yes, in my country (Ukraine) there is also a tax on profits from the game. There are several types of them, like lottery slot machines and sports betting, etc.
The tax is 19.5% on profits and is effective from the amount of 1500 dollars.
For slot machines, the tax is 10% on winnings + 19.5 if the amount is more than $1,500.On lotteries 30%
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying cheap is best formula on: March 25, 2023, 06:45:59 PM
The price of BTC is unlikely to double in the next 3 months. Well-known analysts predict reaching and fixing at $30k by the middle or end of the year.
But you should still buy some BTC at any time if you’re so optimistic.
I think many people understand this even without analysts. Now there are not many signals for the entire market to sharply start growing and doubling.I'm afraid the situation in the world is still not the best and indeed every week something happens from which even the price of Bitcoin systematically reacts.
497  Economy / Economics / Re: Replacement? on: March 25, 2023, 05:40:21 PM
This will not happen, crypto will be as an additional payment method or replacement but only in certain stores or service providers.A complete transition in more than one country will not happen,no one will remove the national currency to replace crypto.I don't see 100% acceptance of this method now in more than one country.
498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: March 25, 2023, 10:40:33 AM
I think it is still too early to talk about the elections. They are scheduled only for 2024 and a lot more will happen during this period.I think we should return to the conversation at the end of the year and then it will be possible to discuss at least the candidates, since their list has not yet been officially announced. But what can I say for sure,it will be a high-profile event and many people will place bets.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Greenpeace's latest tirade against Bitcoin, part deux on: March 24, 2023, 08:45:36 PM
Yes, I read this news today and especially liked the comments on twitter.I liked that many people quickly reacted to the news and answered under their post.I also want to thank you for your site, t contains a lot of useful information for those who are poorly versed in the principle of Bitcoin, you did a great job.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this? on: March 24, 2023, 08:05:58 PM
Well,of course they can play gambling.Just imagine how many people around the world do it but they just don't advertise it and it doesn't get into the press.Of course, they should set an example for believers and not succumb to temptation but unfortunately there are also negative cases that the public learns about from a news source.
