481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from crypto influencers on: May 03, 2023, 06:09:44 AM
these influencers are most of the time quite detrimental towards our decision making in term of financial investment, they just creating financial advice which is not exactly financial advice based on their own interest and the result you could guess it will definitely an exit liquidity for them.
Basically they're doing advertising like that because they're being paid for it, and I think there's a lot of that kind of thing. therefore, we as potential investors must be smarter in making decisions. do your own research is the most recommended. even when you do research wrong, you still gain experience from it. keep learning, and make your own decisions. You can hear a project from an influencer, but you can't believe it 100%. you still need to do your own research.
482  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you survived during covid19 ? on: May 02, 2023, 09:36:55 AM
before covid 19 spread, I had sufficient savings and traded and invested in crypto, so I could survive using the assets that I had collected and invested so far. Until now, I am also still developing digital investments, because it really makes my finances better.
However, many of my friends and people around me have stopped working, and their businesses have gone bankrupt, however, their way of surviving is by trying to find new jobs, as well as building new businesses. To date, some of them have successfully re-established their new businesses, and many have found new jobs. however, by now quite a number of people have recovered, and are past that time.
483  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Trade on Emotions on: May 02, 2023, 09:07:06 AM
The basic key in trading is not to be greedy, be patient, and don't panic. they are all emotions that need to be controlled. however, there are still quite a lot of emotions that need to be managed as the OP mentioned. After all, it is advice passed down from generation to generation by people who have traded before. Very many people have suffered losses because they could not control their emotions, and I have felt that too. Well, so when trading, try to control your emotions. This can make you make the right decision.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Confident Are you With Altcoin In This Time on: May 02, 2023, 05:42:06 AM
Quite a lot have happened in the crypto investment market with the long run of a bear market in 2022, as a result of the various market crisis ranging from ftx bankruptcy and Luna crash that affect the market for a long time, before the present recovery, many crypto analysts such as myself are confused as for what the level of confidence of investors towards altcoins in this period. Do you consider any altcoin to be pf future profiting, if yes then what is the percentage calculation of your confidence level in that coin and why should we hold them for a long-term basis?
if we talk about trust in altcoins, then it will be very broad, because almost every altcoin has their own level of achievement, and trust. for example, like ethereum, and the new altcoin, the level of trust in the two coins will be very different.
Personally, I am still quite optimistic about the future development of popular altcoins such as ethereum and bnb. I am pretty sure that the price will go up, and will most likely be affected by the halving if the halving does have a positive effect on the bitcoin price. however, I think that there is still a big risk in meme coins, or new coins, especially with the same concept as existing coins.
485  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Signals vs Own Analysis on: May 01, 2023, 09:52:28 AM
as far as I know, those who use signals as a trading benchmark also do analysis. the people who follow it sometimes have no basis in their analysis, or only add to the accuracy of their own analysis.
Personally, I prefer to do my own analysis rather than looking at the signals. however, I sometimes also look at the signals that other people are doing to make comparisons with the analysis I have. in this way I have several advantages, namely I hone the analytical skills that I have in the world of trading, and I don't blame other people with the results.
486  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or investment! What's your take? on: May 01, 2023, 07:50:04 AM
In this case, everyone has a different view. many people consider trading and investing to be the best way to make money to date. However, both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. So, everyone will choose a different path regarding this, but not a few people will choose both.
IMO, trading has the potential for faster profits than investing, but the risk is greater. and vice versa, that investment has a low risk, but has a slower profit potential than trading. at this level, people's opinions will differ, because everyone has their own risk limit.
Personally, I prefer investing, I think it is saving in a better way. however, I also still continue to trade even though I am not as focused as I am investing.
487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: humanity's dream to make a money on: May 01, 2023, 05:25:48 AM
carrying out maintenance, as well as paying attention to the needs in mining is a job, even many are bothered about it. it's just that, this is a lighter job than the others. Apart from that, you also need to do financial management to run the mining, unless you have a trusted person to manage it all, but again that also requires quite a lot of money.
However, mining bitcoins can be a solution to achieve that dream. however, personally, I might prefer to add another business because I feel that mining bitcoins will continue to require additional funds such as upgrading hardware, and so on.
488  Economy / Economics / Re: What class of an investor are you? on: April 29, 2023, 06:28:24 AM
Disagreed with ponzi scheme investor type, I think no one would invest in ponzi scheme knowingly, some investors get swayed away by sugar talk and fall for these schemes, if they were to know workings of ponzi schemes they wouldn't continue to invest in them.

Anyway, if I were to categorize myself, I'd fall under 3rd one, researcher investors category.
You're right about ponzi investing and besides, I think those types are people who are just learning about investing. I have also invested in web ponzi when I was just learning to invest, and I did it unconsciously, without research, and just following the trend. However, from time to time, I think I'm also on the sidelines of investors doing their research before investing.
489  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading is perfect work for jobless peoples on: April 29, 2023, 02:43:52 AM
It sounds like, OP is too optimistic as well as self perception person! But what I've learn about trade is, "Its the most difficult thing in the world." trading all the day without doing job/business aside is very risky. Cause if somehow you loss your large capital, then situation could be difficult. Trying to regain those, could make you more loss. There is nobody who didn’t face loss! But It'll be another subject of discussion if you already reach the peck of mountain
in the world of trading, you can lose your money if you are not careful. even though this is a job that has the potential to improve one's economy, many people forget about the risks of trading.
yes, trading might be very profitable full time, but I think the unemployed also need income from elsewhere just in case they don't succeed in trading. well, many people are successful in trading and succeed, but many are not. I'm just worried that the unemployed will be even more stressed if he doesn't have the skills and experience in trading as his main job later.
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: April 29, 2023, 01:22:20 AM
choosing ETH and BNB was the right choice. with $600, you can split that into $300 for ETH and $300 for BNB. however, if you feel that the division is not very good, you can increase your investment in one of them.
If you intend to hold this asset until 2026, then I do not recommend investing in other altcoins. it's because the risk is bigger than ETH and BNB, and we don't know how it will develop. ETH and BNB will tend to go up a lot when the bitcoin price goes up a lot. your target is 2026 and the halving period has passed. the potential price of bitcoin at that time will probably be quite high, and that will affect ETH and BNB. However, a popular altcoin that has a top 10 ranking in CMC might also be a good choice, but personally I would go with ETH and BNB.
491  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: April 28, 2023, 10:43:07 AM
This is actually a topic that a good friend and I will discuss (often when one of us has hours to drive being on business or whatever) from time to time.  The main reason that people stay poor is because when growing up poor people are often uneducated (there's always exceptions !!!!) and they don't realize that there are outlets out there to help themselves.  Social welfare type services that many governments offer.  So the issue is often about uneducated people that keep having children in poverty stricken circumstances and the cycle of unawareness, bad habit's and living poor continue on, with someone getting out here and there, but typically not that often.
besides that, many people also always repeat the activities of their parents, and many of them do not go to school because of the family's economic demands. this makes them forced to work continuously even though the results are not that big. In the end, they remain in a fixed economic circle, and do not experience development. it happened continuously in their generations. However, I think this can indeed be overcome if they really get the right education, as well as economic assistance so that some of their families earn enough income to change the system that already exists in their families.
492  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any point to start trading with 20$? on: April 28, 2023, 08:56:41 AM
if you are new to the world of trading then $20 is quite a value. you can start learning from it. use it to buy cheap popular altcoins. In addition, it is not recommended for beginners to make their first trade using large capital. however, trading also comes with great risks. it would be great if you lose $20 when you learn to trade instead of losing big capital. well, you can try for $20, or even less. good luck.
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid a scam project? on: April 28, 2023, 05:26:19 AM
there is no other way to check whether a project is good or not, has potential or not, scam or not unless we do in-depth research on the project. Checking is also not only done once, but is done periodically. because some new projects sometimes look very potential at the start of sales, or launch, but after a while, the project will slowly be abandoned by its developers. besides that, some projects also have good concepts, but the team is not clear, or even, they are projects with dummy concepts. Another important thing is, after you do research, and find obstacles, I think the risk level of the project will increase. Whether it's a potential scam or not depends on the results of the research you've done.
494  Economy / Economics / Re: What class of an investor are you? on: April 27, 2023, 09:22:32 AM
I'm pretty sure that there will be a lot of people who will claim to be research investors. but the level of research people have on a project will be very different. Personally, I also feel that I am a research type of investor because before I invest, I do research first. Even though I also have experience, knowledge, but I don't think I'm a rich type of investor. After all, I think people would assume they are the type to do their research before investing.
495  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best time to buy bitcoin. on: April 27, 2023, 06:41:19 AM
It's all about the perception and how you look at bitcoin. If you think bitcoin is something that will be precious in future then you will buy all the time  when you have extra money and accumulate. But if you look only for profit margins then you will wait for good entry points. At the end it only is important how you look at BTC.
but its not easy to find the right time to buy bitcoins if you are only looking for short profits. However, these are times when the price of bitcoin is falling, and it is at this time that the doubts will be even greater. In addition, another consideration is, looking for short profits on bitcoin requires large capital to get large profits, which means it comes with big risks. The best fit in this case, buying bitcoins with the intention of holding it long term. that way, you can buy bitcoin any time, and it's the right time.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Shiba inu get to $1 on: April 27, 2023, 05:23:00 AM
Currently Shiba is priced at $0,000xxx.  It would take an increase of up to 1000 times its current price for Shiba to hit $1.  It would be costly for the whales to invest trillions of dollars into Shiba or burn more than 70% of the Doge currently on the market.  I thought it would be a sheer utopia.
even the most spectacular dogecoin hype and big investors until now can't get to a price of $1, so I have my doubts about shiba. Although the potential of cryptocurrencies is limitless, considering many things, I think it is very difficult to speculate that the shiba price can reach $ 1. I might think that holders will race to sell the shiba they've been holding for so long when the price has already reached $0.01 if that's really what it takes.
497  Economy / Economics / Re: Automating your savings will help you save more on: April 26, 2023, 02:35:29 PM
it seems like this kind of system has existed in traditional banks for a long time. it's like when you have a program to save $ 100 every month, then every month, your balance will be deducted by $ 100 and sent automatically to your savings. it will continue for several months or years depending on how the agreement you made with the bank. Well, saving in this way is more effective than saving manually. as far as I know, we cannot withdraw the money we have saved until the target month or year that we agreed with the bank is completed.
498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where can I invest 4k bitcoin on: April 26, 2023, 01:28:07 PM
$4k in Bitcoin now is about 0.142 bitcoin, of which if you hold that bitcoin till the price gets to at least $65k, you would make a 131% interest on your holding, which is an addition of about $5,230. but $100 per day x 365 days is about $36,500, which is very significant, but I'd suggest that holding is less risky than risking your bitcoin unto investing into any platform. You are not good at trading; if you were, that would have been beneficial to you in taking advantage of price volatility, but since you are unskilled about it, it would be a bad idea.
I think he has $4k in bitcoins, and wants to invest it somewhere else where he can earn $100 a day. Well, it's very difficult, in fact, if the place really exists, there will be a lot of people who are interested in investing there. There are several ways to get $ 100 per day by having a lot of business, or by trading even though it has the same risk. However, I also still suggest that the OP should keep hold of the bitcoins he owns.
499  Economy / Economics / Re: How do feels losing money? on: April 26, 2023, 07:14:12 AM
Losing money to a scam or bad investment definitely makes you feel really bad. In fact, I've also experienced the same thing investing on a hype site that turned into a scam. It's just that, when that happens, there's nothing we can do. we feel where the hope we had has completely disappeared. However, this can only be used as a lesson that you should not keep investment funds that are too large in one place. This is also a risk that must be considered.
500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do with bitcoin? on: April 25, 2023, 02:22:22 PM
Personally, I'm targeting a price of $100k. however, if the price has even reached $70k or $80k, I will probably sell off bit by bit to make a profit. However, it all depended on the conditions at the time. If I really need the money, I might sell a few percent of my asset, but if not, I'll probably wait for my target price. however, depending on the circumstances, if the conditions for price development occur rapidly, I may continue to hold the asset I own until I feel that an appropriate price has been reached.
