check all users' unconfirmed balances, I have more than I should
482  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~5000 Gh/s] DeepBit.net PPS+Prop,instant payouts, we pay for INVALID BLOCKS too on: August 18, 2011, 07:24:32 AM
I still think there are hoppers hopping in and out. I notice around 200 to 300 Ghash/s dropping and coming back multiple times I check the stats.

balls, run latest poclbm and see your hashrate serverside, that is higher/lower than average, now sum hashrate of all users and you'll get +/- 5% because that stat is updated once a minute, increase that minute to an hour or two and you'll get real pool speed
483  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [2220 GH/s] Slush's Bitcoin Mining Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz) on: August 17, 2011, 06:28:43 AM
Umm, this seems odd to me. The round lasted nearly 2 hours and all I got was 0.01??? In previous rounds of the nearly the same length the reward was 2 to 3 times that much.

you would not ask that question if pool had normal stats, like submited shares column after duration on block history
484  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~5000 Gh/s] DeepBit.net PPS+Prop,instant payouts, we pay for INVALID BLOCKS too on: August 16, 2011, 04:56:37 PM
I don't see any hopper's impact on this pool, it's still above 5Thash/s, if anyone had any real issue, he'd have left a week ago and pool speed would drop downto 4Thash/s or even less...besides I think Tycho would love to get 3% from those extra 200Ghash/s.
485  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~10 GH/s] BTCSERV.net - 6 BTC New Pool Promotion Inside on: August 14, 2011, 02:52:16 PM
round #2 progress deleted?
486  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BitMinersUnion.org - I WILL PAY YOU EVERYDAY TO MINE AT OUR POOL! on: August 13, 2011, 10:04:02 AM

Your 20k shares in a prop pool are worth nothing untill a block is found.
Just like mining solo. Did you scam yourself when your stop without finding a block? No, you didn't...

TOLD YOU TO STFU troll, if those were solo shares that is 1% of path walked towards 50 btc at the end, and YES I can stop* walking that path and continue** anytime, but that will not change the fact that I will GET THOSE 50 btc if I walk the rest 99%, with deleting old DB that scam just put me back in starting position

if I'm in a pool

* - stop mining for some reason
** - start mining for some reason

pools rules were that I WILL BE REIMBURSED for path I walked
487  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BitMinersUnion.org - I WILL PAY YOU EVERYDAY TO MINE AT OUR POOL! on: August 13, 2011, 08:55:08 AM
MaGNeT you TROLL, STFU, I had over 20K shares, and that FUCK just deleted them, what if EVERY DAMN pool existing deletes their DB every day, WILL you still INSIST it's not cheating?!!!

HE WILL PAY PPS or HE WILL RE-INSTALL old accounts on that "new" server.
488  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BitMinersUnion.org - I WILL PAY YOU EVERYDAY TO MINE AT OUR POOL! on: August 13, 2011, 08:10:33 AM
restore user's shares from old DB or I'll report you for being scammer and you all fucking new topics will be locked, CHEAT FUCK

how to pull btgc hash rate from https://www.btcguild.com/pool_stats.php

and use same api_method: re_rate as deepbit's config in pools.cfg Roll Eyes

Code:
[btcg]
name: BTCGuild.com
mine_address: uscentral.btcguild.com:8332
api_address: https://www.btcguild.com/pool_stats.php
api_method: re_rate
api_key: "hash_rate":([ 0-9]+).
api_strip: ' '
url: https://www.btcguild.com/my_account.php

shares go up, no idea if it will trigger on LP Smiley

restart hopper, it doesn't work well in long runs

but just see how it jumps over long blocks  Cheesy

just create another account, it is unlikely they mint 4 blocks in one day...

Code:
[digbtc]

mine_address: digbtc.net:8332
api_address: http://digbtc.net/papi.php
api_method: json
api_key: shares_this_round
url: http://www.digbtc.net/main.php

I think he's faking total pool size by 300-400%, I had it with bithasher as backup pool, shares grew evenly on both...
497  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: bitHopper: Python Pool Hopper Proxy on: August 08, 2011, 01:46:07 PM
if you look@bitcoin.cz/stats/
you will see that there are very short rounds e.g.

2011-08-08 10:52:22    0:00:46    17295    none
2011-08-08 10:54:07    0:01:45    44326    none

is there any chance to jump in with mine_slush or is this for the reason that it is too long to recognice a new block impossible?

7217    2011-08-08 10:54:07    0:01:45    44326    0.01356458    140089    83 confirmations left

I have one share, using mine with penalty 4, probably api data was updated late

even if you mined there 24/7, that short rounds are easy to be missed
498  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: bitHopper: Python Pool Hopper Proxy on: August 08, 2011, 12:44:19 PM

if you are about to use that pool, use mine_slush, cause it is using some obscure reward calculations
499  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~20GHs] BTCPool24 0%,PP,PPS,LP,JSON,Instant pay on: August 08, 2011, 12:22:25 PM
with 30 pools around, it's a bit hard to catch all those 5 minutes promotions...
500  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: bitHopper: Python Pool Hopper Proxy on: August 08, 2011, 10:20:47 AM
check your bitcoinpool stats, it was a lie that they don't cut 50%, even with 3% donation

is it possible to save slice in db, so it was remembered between start/stop of bithopper

or how can I disable slicing completely?

I was wrong about bitcoinpool, earning are fine for block 140048 :x
