One more block congrats folks!
For those switching pools back and fourth based on some expectations. just stick to your favorite pool and mine. You are not maximizing your profits that way Wink
If you feel adventurous go for solo Cheesy take all or nothing.....
482  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1200 TH] CKPool (www.kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: November 06, 2014, 05:14:48 PM
Yeah a short downtime coz it looks like someone crashed the pool (on purpose?) with a specially crafted invalid share.
Bug fixed and pool back up and running.
You are good Wink
For the record I have noticed a couple of pool restarts after my post. Seems like it was continuous attack
483  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1200 TH] CKPool (www.kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: November 06, 2014, 11:37:45 AM

It seems like there is an  issue with pool web front end or bitcoind hang...

PS
It seems ok now pool web front end is in sync with blockchain

Do you know bickLEDsky what is real power consumption of avalon 4?
You know everything right be honest. I can bet yo do not have a clue at all Grin
I said it many times and will say it again each vendor including avalon will sell no matter of your opinion if there is some one to buy. Simple ...besides Avalon are the only one from China who are publishing their source MMCU included and do not steal from other folks hard work.
So let us wait for avalon final product and specs shall we?
Meanwhile it is about time for your new shiny project Christmas is comming. It is about time for you to do something valuable at the and. Do you think so Grin
A nice and shiny blinking Christmas three will make a lot of children happy Grin
Get your ass back to work boy
485  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: November 04, 2014, 03:09:13 PM
-------------------------

Buy BTC with $$$ then buy miners with BTC is what I do, when and if the price is right and profitability / resale potential is possible. These units do have a strong resale value still.
So you are not EVEN mining right?
And when deal does not suits you you cry for refund. Nice seems fair.
How pathetic..
486  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Avalon4 (A3222, 28nm, ~25GHS, ~0.6W/G) sample chips available here: EHash.com on: November 04, 2014, 02:17:09 PM
Leave him dogie Admins shall eventually TAKE care for the professor Grin What we need to do is to report HIS continuous and never give up. That is exact what i am about to do
Last two times i got 10 days ban as BickLEDSKY had. Fair enough. If that is the price to make him shut up i will do my best once again Grin

I am sure you will not miss me at all  Wink
Hey LED what about it Grin Grin Grin Grin

The funny part that during last two bans his famous thread went in the history just for 4 hours. Which means that no one gives a shit except him.
Report and report ...until we win Cheesy
What he does it to play smart and pretend that he is important because he is payed by someone probably and HW vendors to be afraid of him and to receive HW  and refunds before other folks. That is his game how pathetic LED boy...
487  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Avalon4 (A3222, 28nm, ~25GHS, ~0.6W/G) sample chips available here: EHash.com on: November 04, 2014, 11:29:22 AM
Cut the spam please!
and stay on topic.
May be you can share any troubles with the design of the chip or something related to the topic?

BickLedsky can stay on Leds only Grin Grin Grin Grin
I am wandering why he is so keen to spread his spam everywhere and why he thinks that someone gives a shit about that...
I am wandering how soon his friends will be turn into enemy number one Huh

488  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [666 TH] CKPool (www.kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: November 03, 2014, 08:21:01 AM
Could you be so kind you or kano to share total mem usage of the pool at the momet?
CKDB uses truck loads Smiley
CKPool is tiny.
ckpool itself is using 550kb on this pool at the moment. No that's not a typo.

Thanks Gyus Cheesy

550kb is just insane Shocked Shocked Shocked
489  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: a problem with Blade (10.7GH) on: November 01, 2014, 07:09:32 PM
It is not worth it to run the blade anymore. W/GHs is too high.

it should work if you can ping the device externally.

Yes, I can ping it:

alicja@alicja-desktop ~/bfgminer $ ping 192.168.1.7
PING 192.168.1.7 (192.168.1.7) 56(84) bytes of data.

35% packet loss ?/??? with small packet
It will not mine dude...
try ping 192.168.1.7 -s 1472 --you will see 70-80% packet loss

490  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [666 TH] CKPool (www.kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: November 01, 2014, 03:57:29 PM
And a mini bounce for further scalability improvements.

Just so people know what the improvements are, if you check what's gone into the latest ckpool code you'll see changes that correspond with the pool upgrades (doesn't get more open than that does it?).

The ckpool code was not remotely limiting, but being able to see the pool working live and profiling where the CPU is used makes for excellent instant development of whatever is currently the biggest CPU user. The main connection event handler was converted from poll to epoll reducing CPU usage of that to 1/10th and the share processing workqueue was broken up into many threads (proportional to the number of CPUs on the machine) to better distribute out share processing. We're now prepared for about 10x as many workers as we were yesterday, so keep em coming...
Nice work as always
Could you be so kind you or kano to share total mem usage of the pool at the momet?
thank you

491  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How to upgrade TPLINK TL-MR3020 firmware to technobit openwrt on: October 31, 2014, 08:18:45 PM
Well if it is do-able I'll start reading, maybe I can make something that can be loaded in.
I did try BFGminer with his instructions for OpenWrt: opkg repository for 12.09 "Attitude Adjustment" (sig + PGP key)
but ran out of memory.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Trends
Yah stock openwrt build is full of usless things in terms of mining.
.......dhcp IPv6 firewall PPP the list is too long.
Same applies to tplink kernel....a lot of stuff can be removed from there also
As I said there is enough room for two even three cgminers but you have to clean it first
492  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How to upgrade TPLINK TL-MR3020 firmware to technobit openwrt on: October 31, 2014, 05:54:26 PM
Is it possible to fit the newest cgminer onto TL-MR3020 instead of the Technobit version?
Has anyone tried?

Trends
Sure no problems Wink
There are two cgminers inside Technobit build. There is a plenty of room but you must know what to do
493  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: XBTec Pacific V3 3.2Th, 0.8W/Gh on: October 31, 2014, 02:28:49 PM
And the source of your device is?
The answer is ....
no thanks Wink
but it is translated in English which is a good start
Good luck ...
I like the numbers about rejects expected and real performance  Grin
Are you using consts Grin Grin Grin
and 0 HW error rate also.
By the way what UTI means Grin Grin Grin Grin. something like Utility?

Just be ashamed....Make it open source so we can see what you are actually  using Grin Grin Grin and what constants are inside Grin Grin Grin
494  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: How do you make a pool? on: October 31, 2014, 09:55:49 AM
It is soo easy.......

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422243.msg7284815#msg7284815

 Grin

You see dude, even for a team of "qualified awesome community" people it is taking ages to start one.

And here is the final and unbelievable result which consists of boys and bugs:

http://wpc1.sicanet.net/
Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

+10000 for Con opinion though

Now seriously:

A good starting point is:

https://bitbucket.org/ckolivas/ckpool/src

 Wink

And finally to start a pool from scratch these days you are going to need a lot of hashing power because a variance will kill you before you build your trust. Or you have to have a lot of trust credit in advance so people can join you just from the start Wink

From the other hand here is an example for  recently started pools by people well known with their skills and actions

495  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How to upgrade TPLINK TL-MR3020 firmware to technobit openwrt on: October 25, 2014, 10:38:25 AM
Here it is my build of openwrt for MR3020 with Technobit patched cgminer.

Key features:
  • Deafault DHCP enabled - you have to look at your main router to see the IP address of the MR3020
  • WiFi Enabled - go to Network -> WiFi -> Scan to connect to your home wifi network - it will get the same IP as LAN
  • Failsafe is working - hold the button while loading to enter failsafe mode
  • Scrypt cgminer is not included

Bugs:
  • HotPlug is not working, so if you connect new devices you have to restart cgminer or the router.
  • Very rare, cgminer fails to detect a device - just go to your cgminer settings and clock Save^Apply - that will restart cgminer

Download link:
http://bitcoinbg.eu/tools/technobit/mr3020-0.3b-4.0.0.zip

Feedback needed!

Please note that this is beta software and I'm not in anyway responsible if you brick your device.

P.S.
===
Sorry for double posting

Nice work Wink
1. To make hot plug work include udevd in the build make sure service starts up on boot + copy /etc/udev.... Rules.d cgminer or whatever it was from original distro
2. When you make udev work with appropriate rules cgminer will start to detect boards always Cheesy

Side notes: wifi is eating about 10 mv of device ram so be carefull when upgrading and always check if there is enough free ram prior to upgrade
Wifi can cause usb issues some times because of the 3020 hw design
496  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Technobit HEX8A1 Setup [HD] on: October 04, 2014, 05:50:59 PM
Hey my technobit router doesn't seem to really connect poolside since upgrade to 0.4.0. I did enable udev and cgminer and it gets a correct  ip  address but  no  hashing  poolside...
Dude execute /usr/bin/fix_rc and make 100% sure there are no blanks left in cgminer web tabs
Do screen -r and you will see what is left blank
497  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback- 800 Ghs enclosed miner -399 EUR on: October 04, 2014, 02:16:46 PM
Thanks for the feedback. I switched to a 1000 w 4 rail psu with 25a on each rail.  I just connected it to the 16Hex4E and it powers on, but i dont see any hashing.
A screenshot of your cgminer screen and lsusb output also?
Did you upgrade de the tplink recently?
If yes just make sure that cgminer starts and exec /usr/bin/fix_rc
498  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AMT fucks us over again on: October 04, 2014, 09:47:36 AM
Back on topic...

That was weeks ago. Don't forget the many times that opie denied being a shill when I outright accused him of it. Deny Deny Deny, now he is upset that he got ripped off. However, he has been a good source of the private communications with AMT. I still think he's a rat, just trying to be a better rat now.

FYI a number of people can already vouch for where I stood even then from early on. Even while you and others were giving me shit. They can speak up if they wish. Otherwise you can go on with those ideas that I was a shill. This was not a solo act here.

I think OPi has proven his worth and I hope he helps nail AMT to the wall. They deserve jail time for this scam.
What are you deserving for your behavior then Grin
Some payment from your employer Grin
Partner goes to jail you earn money seems pretty fair to me Grin
Or we have to wait for FTC to disclose the truth Grin

Maybe opium has some Skype chats with your involvement also Grin
499  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AMT fucks us over again on: October 04, 2014, 09:36:09 AM
I think he likes you Bick"boy"  Cheesy

I guess. Let us see what mods say about this. I should have just complained this way when they both started spaming me non stop the very first time and then last week as well. I don't really care what he says basically all he is is a paid shill. Always one in the crowd.

Notice he doesn't post much of anything in this thread now after he learned about how close Marto and Josh were eh? Funny I wonder what the FTC might find after they take over AMT.

It has stated million times how close they marto and amt were Wink
Can you tell us how close you was with POSERKOTO and why you are not friends anymore you hypocrite  Grin
Just go and spam your leddy threads will you?
Or answer my question please Grin
We do not have to wait for FTC just to conclude you are the biggest hypocrite here Grin
500  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback- 800 Ghs enclosed miner -399 EUR on: October 03, 2014, 06:45:38 PM
No, 1Th is the total for the boards, of which 400Gh is dead. I'll try to get his config  Wink
And cgminer stats please Wink
Ps can you pm me your node adress with worker and pass so I can try it tomorrow .
It will take 20-30 mins not more ...
See you tomorrow dude
Best
