4801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Pokemon song tipping address.. on: June 25, 2019, 01:18:15 AM
The video is fun, the production is great and the audio quality is awesome... The problem here is the market who is attacking this product. Do you think all the bitcoin users like pokemon or are some kind of pokemon fans? I mean, pokemos is for kids, maybe is a good way to spread the word for that market, but for the adults market, i don't think this will work.
4802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Libra might be good for Bitcoins on: June 25, 2019, 12:50:41 AM
...

I like your point of view because i was thinking something like that, if facebook decides people should join to cryptos, then markets will have exponential growth and not only for btc or libra, all the alts will grow too.

So, is good to see libra as good news for cryptos.
4803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: important info on bitcoincash ** on: June 24, 2019, 04:18:32 PM
~snip~
so, i don't see a problem at all with that coin.
It's a shitcoin and that is the problem. The way bitcoin dot com site advertise people also think bitcoin cash as Bitcoin and this is another problem. What is think is that - Bitcoin Cash is a scam to misguide the newbies in the crypto space.

So, yeah the entire Bitcoin Cash shit is a problem.

thanks mate for the support if it was great i was sure inside, before i say something i recheck everything. i will never say scam or shit coin on a great project.

First of all i'm not here to fight, i'm here to argue, so, don't take this personal. BCH is not a shitcoin if we understand the definition of shitcoin.

Quote
DEFINITION of Shitcoin
Shitcoin is a pejorative term used to describe an altcoin that has become worthless. Shitcoin value may disappear because interest failed to materialize, because the altcoin itself was not created in good faith, or because the price was based on speculation.

Bitcoin has a problem, and this is the 1MB blocks, each block can confirm 2500 transactions aprox each 10 min. So, what happens if we receive 5000 transactions each minute, the network will get stuck and will be hard to see transactions confirming. So, there are two solutions for this, bigger blocks or lightning network. BCH has 8MB blocks is a smart solution who was implemented on BCH this is a smart way to deal with this problem, and this is why i like BCH, because will be hard to see stucked transaction on BCH block chain.
4804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to be a "Faketoshi", better than any other "Faketoshi" !?! on: June 24, 2019, 03:52:49 PM
Great thread!  Grin

Is awesome to see how we can easily become a faketoshi with the necessary proof just by some hacking and forking. Y will try to do it by my self just to understand in the process how this work, but the logic behind it is clear, thanks again for this information.
4805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Governments decline libra but main payments accept it on: June 24, 2019, 03:48:16 PM
Wht Libra project is supported by VIsa, PayPal, WesternUnion but rejected with governments? do they see it as a danger?

Because big companies want to bet in their future, and if they see a big business like facebook working on a big project like this they will put their money on it too. Govs don't like this because it has a lot of consequences if they agree with libra they have no option than agreeing with bitcoin too. So, it's a complex game.
4806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: important info on bitcoincash ** on: June 24, 2019, 03:42:53 PM
Maybe it's 4% of bitcoin market cap, but is the number 5 with the biggest market cap, that's not enough reason to take it down. And bch change their address to avoid the bitcoin scam, so, i don't see a problem at all with that coin.
4807  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: Guía primeros pasos usuarios nuevos en Linux. on: June 24, 2019, 03:34:52 PM

Code:
sudo apt-get install terminator

Y luce algo así:

Gracias nueva mente por la info.  Grin

4809  Local / Mercado y Economía / Re: Nuevas regulaciones on: June 24, 2019, 03:09:09 PM
...

4810  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: Bitcoin Core Vulnerabilidades Anteriores a la versión 0.17.1 on: June 24, 2019, 03:04:45 PM

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Common_Vulnerabilities_and_Exposures#CVE-2017-18350
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Common_Vulnerabilities_and_Exposures#CVE-2018-20586

Y ambas tienen la leyenda 'To Be Disclosed'.
4811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook coin is not a threat for Bitcoin on: June 24, 2019, 03:17:38 AM
Hello everyone so now i want to share a very good information with that the facebook community says the the price of facebook will be stable like a USD so its mean that there is no threat for bitcoin because all investors want that they gain more profit in short time that  is why they invest their money in bitcoin because the btc price is fluctuated and for good investment need the unstable price.

Not a threat but it will be direct competition and not only for btc, because some people will sell their coins to jump on the libra, maybe they will not sell all, but at least will be a market with a nice revenue.

To be clear, it will not stop bitcoin, it only will run on its own side.
4812  Economy / Speculation / Re: We hit 11k what comes next ? on: June 23, 2019, 10:13:07 PM
Obviously, the next mental barrier is $12k. But it seems that $11k is not yet that sustainable though, so we will see. However, it seems that FOMO has set in when we hit the $10k barrier. So short term the price could go in the $12k-$13500K range, just my speculation.

Will be impossible to see bitcoin at $13500k, we are talking about 13.5M each BTC, so, is just impossible, there is not enough money and markets to bump it at any price, even if it hit $1M i think most of the users will be selling and this will dump hard the markets.
4813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Attack on Bitcoin on: June 23, 2019, 10:10:44 PM
You need to argue more with news like this, you can't just say someone will attack btc someday... is just nonsense.

If they will use their hardware power i think that's not enough to break bitcoin, if they will try some kind of brute force that will not work, so, next time at least give us a source.
4814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Scammed for over £50,000 By Bitebtc on: June 23, 2019, 03:35:57 PM
Before join a exchange is important to read from other sources about it, i like to use coinmarketcap as reference:, if you see what they say about bitebtc:

https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bitebtc/

They show a warning about the site:

Code:
 We have received reports that user deposits are being withheld. Please be careful with your funds.

They have 21,500 btc, so we can see it as a small business, so, i would recommend you to use kraken, for me, it has worked great so far.

Getting back on bitebtc, after read their who is information, the address they use is:

Code:
Financial Center Flr 35, 50th St y E. Mendez St

And after google about that i found another scam involved with that address:

https://scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&p=329601

So, since this is a scamming network i think will be hard for you to recover your BTC, i'm sorry. The lessons in the cryptos world aren't cheap at all.

Code:
rm -rf bfResult.txt bfClean.txt;
cat bf.txt | tr -dc '[:alnum:]\n\r''\n ' | tr -d [0-9] >> bfClean.txt
for y in {a..z};
do
sed -i "s/ $y/ $(echo "$y" | tr '[:lower:]' '[:upper:]')/g" "bfClean.txt"
done
z1=$(cat bfClean.txt | wc -w)
z=$(echo "$z1-8" | bc)
for a in $(seq 1 $z)
do
c=$(echo "$a+7" | bc)
b=$(cat bfClean.txt | cut -d " " -f$a-$c)
if [ "$(echo "$b" | wc -m)" = "40" ];
then
echo $b;
echo $b >> bfResult.txt;
fi
done

Code:

The Largest Pool Of CPU Power Aslong As

4816  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: hello, is there way to pay rent into a bank account in the UK using btc? on: June 22, 2019, 10:13:36 PM
hello, is there way to pay rent into a bank account in the UK using btc?

You can use https://localbitcoins.com/ service for this, ones you send the btc to the page then place the sell order and use the rent bill info for the bank transaction, once the buyer sends you the receipt then send that information to your landlord as the rent payment.

This should work.
4817  Local / Trading y especulación / Re: Alcanzamos los $10,000 on: June 22, 2019, 06:06:18 PM

4818  Local / Trading y especulación / Alcanzamos los $10,000 on: June 21, 2019, 05:43:29 PM

4819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Tom Cruise - UFC Fight on: June 20, 2019, 05:44:07 PM
Is this real? It is plain stupid for Justin Bieber to challenge Tom Cruise. The latter may be in his 50s, but I have seen his recent videos and he looks as fit as ever. On the other hand, Bieber is quite girlish and soft and it will be a big mistake for him to fight against Cruise. In case the fight materializes, then I am sure that Bieber will be left with serious brain damage.

Just imagine Justin Bieber ending up like this (no offense to Hawking):

LMAO, this is a cruel joke, but i can imagine perfectly JB ending like that.

by the way, Justin already says it was a joke  Huh on a TMZ video, for those who want to see the video i will leave the link here.

¿A HEX, Base64 o qué?

Code:
lynx --dump https://github.com/bitsblocks/bitcoin-whitepaper/blob/master/index.md#introduction >> intro.txt
