Now, if we add another 3 months and let's say the virus was totally controlled (I hope so here in PH), PBA can now proceed to the last conference which is the Governor's Cup instead (officially commences at around the month of September), canceling totally the first 2 conferences.

Honestly, canceling the whole season may not actually harm the current standing since All-Filipino, the first conference of the season has just started (only a single game played). Not difficult to implement it unlike in NBA where they are now in 3/4 of the season and just around 20 games left before the playoffs.
