501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 24, 2022, 06:40:51 PM
It is difficult to predict which team will be the world champions right now. Before the World Cup, many considered Argentina and Brazil as the favorites for the World Cup. But Argentina lost their first match. We are getting expected good performance from renowned teams. So it is impossible to predict which team is going to be the champions before the first round is over. But it is easy to understand that Asian teams are not as strong as American or European teams. However, even if Asian teams do not have star players, their team bonding is excellent. So Asian teams should not be neglected.
what you say is true, it's hard to guess who will win the world cup this time, surprises happen everywhere, even in the last match Portugal vs Ghana, we saw surprises happen at the end of the match, 5 goals were scored there (3 goals Portugal and 2 goals Ghana). Asian teams win are not so favored compared to teams from the Americas or Europe but surprises can appear in this world cup.

503  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽🎮🎲 Coinplay.com | Brand New Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: November 23, 2022, 09:25:10 PM
really interesting,, coinplay.com will become one of my favorite gambling sites because this site has not been banned in my country,, so I don't need to use a VPN while playing.

Besides that, when I open this site for the first time, the language displayed automatically matches the language of my country.

The UI is also very attractive, and makes my eyes comfortable, this site will definitely be a huge success.
504  Bitcoin / Press / [2022-11-24] Starling Bank bans Bitcoin transactions on: November 23, 2022, 09:05:51 PM
Quote
'From the 15th of November, Santander mobile and online banking customers were restricted to a £1,000 limit for individual cryptocurrency transactions and a £3,000 cap on transactions in a rolling 30-day period. Payments sent to cryptocurrency exchange Binance will continue to be blocked, while payments from cryptocurrency exchanges, including Binance, will still be permitted.

47% of UK banks don’t allow customers to interact with crypto exchanges, according to personal finance comparison site finder.com.

A Starling Bank spokesperson said: “Starling has had restrictions of varying degrees on crypto transactions for some time, like many other banks. We recently tightened restrictions on inbound and outbound transactions by card and bank transfer.

“Today’s message was to make sure that customers who have made such transactions in the past, but not recently, are aware of this.

“The innovative technology, and thinking, behind cryptocurrencies, have great potential advantages, however, right now, they are high risk and heavily used for criminal purposes and, as such, we no longer support them.”
https://www.standard.co.uk/business/starling-bank-bans-bitcoin-transactions-as-part-of-crypto-clampdown-b1041868.html

This is the second time, Starling Banks bans crypto transactions from their bank to the exchange and vice versa,, what is even more surprising is that this policy carried out by starling bank occurred when the British parliament was discussing whether cryptocurrencies deserved to be a part of financial regulation. I wonder if the UK parliament will intervene in this matter?
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for crypto exchange without KYC on: November 23, 2022, 06:27:31 PM
I'm looking to exchange between some few crypto currencies without KYC.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I am one of the users of the exchange
Code:
https://remitano.com/
so far I use it (make withdrawals and deposits) without requiring KYC,, all you need is to enter your email address and phone number, but if you want to increase the withdrawal limit to more than $100 / day, you must do KYC level 1, so on.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: World Cup 2022 and should I buy tokens that have World Cup support products? on: November 23, 2022, 06:10:47 PM
looks like the OP is marketing the Vega Sport site!

alluding to whether gambling site tokens or other world cup backed tokens have long-term potential,, I don't think so. when the world cup ends, we will see the price of the token go down. but if you really like to want to take risks in these investments then please try, but still at your own risk.
507  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2022-10-26] UK Votes in Favor of Recognizing Crypto as Regulated Financial Inst on: November 23, 2022, 05:48:33 PM
The law makers have to clearly define Crypto currencies as a financial instrument, because they cannot find you guilty of a financial crime, if you did not steal something of value. It also applies to tax evasion, if you did not declare your financial investments into Crypto currencies.

If they cannot define Crypto currencies, then criminals will have a loophole to exploit and to prevent criminal prosecution for their financial crimes. All of this is done to align laws to protect against tax evasion and also to confiscate Crypto currencies, when it was used in crime.
defining cryptocurrency specifically is getting more and more important every day imo, and I support what the UK government will do,, look what happened to SBF, until now he's still roaming freely in the bahamas, without being able to even be caught. people from many countries have suffered huge losses with the FTX case, if there was a special definition and regulations for the exchange then I don't think CEX developers can be happy to use user money without user permission.

Is this just happening to me or is everyone experiencing this? help needed i have to place a bet for Argentina before match start
yesterday I also experienced the same thing but luckily it returned to normal (I refreshed several times) and I was able to place a small bet before the match started even though I lost because I chose Argentina and denmark!

509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano and their new privacy blockchain/token project! on: November 23, 2022, 11:28:59 AM
Probably they are trying another project which is all about privacy, that could be a big challenge for Cardano but this wont be easy because regulators are now after to privacy coins which many projects already feel the pressure of the government. This is good if they can implement it properly and if they can assure your privacy. Wont invest though at this early stage, we still need to analyze it and see the whole plan and its technology.
this is actually still a big question mark if they issue a privacy token project, why do they have to go through government supervision, that's just that they don't make privacy token. they should go into more detail in this regard, so that potential investors and users will not be disappointed with their privacy token project.
510  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2022-10-07] Visa partners with FTX on: November 23, 2022, 10:57:54 AM
https://decrypt.co/114367/visa-pulls-plug-ftx-partnership-will-wind-down-debit-cards

"Payments giant Visa is reportedly shuttering its partnership with FTX following the latter’s bankruptcy filing last week." .... So this was so convenient for Binance ... their biggest competition. It explains why Binance pulled their financial support on the 11th hour to sink their competition and to stop this partnership with VISA.  Roll Eyes

What do you think?
VISA did the wise thing by terminating the cooperation relationship with FTX, FTX cannot be predicted when it will revive,, or maybe FTX will go bankrupt forever. Binance in this case is very profitable, this will strengthen their business.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 22, 2022, 08:38:02 PM
Rabiot the goat, is having his best season ever and he will leave probably Juventus for free at the end of this season.
I really like the strategy and formation used by Deschamps against Australia this time, he placed a rabiot in halfback close to mbappe, rabiot provided 1 assist and 1 goal. The match isn't over yet, it looks like we'll see Francis who scores a lot of goals in this match against Australia. I feel lucky with my choice of choosing Francis after losing in the Argentina vs Saudi Arabia bet.

"Cardano Is Launching New Privacy Blockchain and Token"
Charles Hoskinson, CEO of the firm that's behind Cardano, says the network will strive to preserve privacy while giving access to regulators and auditors.

This is an online news headline that I saw and I was quite interested in Hoskinson's statement,, how can the privacy project give access to regulators and auditors, it seems they will only make another shit project. Do you support this Cardano's new project?

514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk is one of the keys to be 100k$ per Bitcoin? on: November 19, 2022, 10:35:47 AM

Do you think Elon Musk is one of those who will push the price of bitcoin up to reach 100k$ each when the bull run comes?

Your opinion is much appreciated Smiley
elon musk is not the one who will cause the bitcoin price to reach $ 100k,, people who trust and have faith in bitcoin will do that. I don't deny that before Elon Musk became what he is today, I really believed in his words, but over time he showed that he was trying to lead people's minds to what he wanted. Since then,, I ignored all of his words.
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: African teams at Qatar. on: November 19, 2022, 10:01:52 AM
It is certain that Sadio Mane will not be able to play in this tournament. This development was, of course, a big disappointment for Senegal and Mane. But they will go through the group phase. They are obviously the best African team at the World Cup. They will probably win the Africa Cup next year as well.
the Senegal team still has ismaila sarr, krepin diatta and boulaye as a starter, even though they are not as good as mane,, Senegal must be able to move on and not rely heavily on mane who is currently injured. in comparison to other African continent teams in the World Cup such as Ghana, Cameron or Morocco. Senegal is the most seeded and best team on the African continent.

this is really interesting, more and more gambling sites are doing promotions during this world cup.

I'm wondering if this is just a test because I was asked to login and the login button can't work even though I've entered the site.
518  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: November 16, 2022, 01:33:06 PM
newbie question,, I want to ask the old players at Sportbet, why does my bet say Asian Handicap, even though I placed a bet for the World Cup?
Asian handicap is just a name for that particular market. Similar to match line or both to score or under/over markets. It has no influence on the actual games you play, it just shows what type of bet you made.

Tou are aware that you picked favorites to cover handicap in the games you played? For instance for your bet to be winning  England needs to win with 2 goals difference.
wow,, thank you for your answer, I'm still very new to betting on sportbet. usually I only bet with friends and only choose who wins or loses, not by how many goals to score,, thank you for telling me.
