Electroneum wallet is very slow.
I am trying to send my transaction for almost 10 minutes and it takes too much time to load anything.
Probably something for electroneum team to fix.
It is not the wallet, it is the overall network that is having some issues, and that is something that both ETN team and Amazon are working on. The number of people trying to access the wallet must have caused an insane amount of load, not really surprised. Just keep an eye on their Facebook page for updates. |

Will work continue on this project? It is always sad to jump into something and then never see it progress or reach the exchanges. Is an exchange in the pipeline? How are things going with the project in general? Thanks
Hi, Progress is going great, especially in terms of development. New website was also just recently launched. We do plan to list on exchanges, and are currently in talks with hitBTC , Cryptopia and Bittrex. It does however require quite a lot of capital to get listed, so we are now working on getting some funding. I have no doubt that we’ll achieve what we set out to do. We have a great team and the community has also been mostly supportive. This is an open source project, so we do rely heavily on community to assist in all aspects. Bounties will also be launched soon, to provide community members with more incentives for referrals etc. Good to hear, then I will help support the coin by mining it and by being active in this thread when possible. Is it Elctroneum bounty was already distributed? I think price will extremly dump after ditribution to bounty hunters? Could you explain when tokens will be distributed exactly?   Lol, no chance. The bounty rewards are just a splash in the ocean compared to the coins sold at ICO and the referral rewards that came with it. Also, not everyone wants to dump as the current price is nothing compared to the potential the project has. Sure, it may knock off a few percent. The buy support is absolutely massive. It'll be on more exchanges soon too. So don't expect some bounties to dump it down to nothing. |

Bounties haven't been paid out yet, we will all have to wait. It's a very good thing in my opinion, prevents those that only did it for the free coins from dumping on the exchange straight away. Then possibly effecting the price for those that actually invested and believed in the project. They should be served first. You'll get them soon, the bounty manager already stated that Electroneum devs now have the spreadsheet. Patience. hopefully it is true because my ETN wallet is also 0 ETN and I will wait patiently It is true, just like many bounty campaigns....the payouts often come later. Often as a way of preventing those that only did it for instant profit from effecting the exchange price so early, possibly putting off investors. I am also waiting for mine and I don't have 0 because I invested in the ICO. If you read the last couple of pages you will see the bounty managers post about this. It's coming. |

We have successfully delivered over 160,000 SMS message and emails in the first 24 hours. A minority of people are still struggling to receive our SMS messages or emails.
There you go, assuming most people who got SMSs eventually accessed the wallets, it means most ICO participants accessed their wallets. No further Drop in price! there were 110k ico participants, I assume the number is higher because of the duplicate attempts. I already accessed my wallet, all my token are intact but it took me several attempts to get in with so many verifications to accomplish but thanks to my patient I was able to get in I'm not sure if the system can accommodate that huge amount of investors they need a server like facebook to accommodate everybody It was something on amazon's end that is going to get fixed. Also, that was the first day after a long time of waiting to be able to access the wallets. Everybody jumping in at the same time with built up excitement was always going to cause a few issues. There won't be another day like that, it was worst case scenario. Once the fixes are implemented it'll be unlikely that this would happen again. |

When you compare it to ETH that is down 8% in FIAT value compared to ETN that actually went up 2% in FIAT value, you can see it is not doing bad at all. A lot of projects dipped over the past few hours because of BTC.
All these numbers being quoted are just wild guesses, at least say as much rather than try to disguise it as fact. The wallets are now working fine for most people. Not everyone plans or ever planned to sell their coins, especially now the price has already dipped. Dumping now is a risk, the bigger dip may never happen.
Anything is possible, but many will hold their coins. I know I am.
The recent dip has little to do with bitcoin or eth. ICO funds were released and much was dumped within hours. Others may not have figured out how to use the offline wallet. I'm holding what I have also. You have no idea. I was not referring to the dip after wallet launch. I was referring to the falling volume and another small dip just hours ago as BTC spiked for the first time in days. All alts are now tumbling in BTC value. Please actually bother to check the markets before replying and read my post properly. Of course the dip was going to happen after we all got our ICO coins and wallets unlocked. I was not talking about this at all. I have been active here discussing all this. This is new information since last night and ETN is actually up in FIAT. |

And i sold all few hours before the pump  Damn, that is not a nice feeling...at all. I made some similar mistakes recently. The market has been a mess ever since the China ICO ban, the BTC forks and the epic bull run. It is easy to make the wrong moves at times like these and trade with emotion. I had to keep dumping and rebuying my ETH as the price went up and down with BTC but did not buy back in quick enough. Of course, ETH went and mooned lol, I was priced out. I did not have all my usual XVG stash either, just to rub salt in the wound. Win some, lose some. Good that the alt market is starting to recover now though, ready for 2018. |

Everyone, I think we all need to understand that certain individuals/groups will be trying to hamper ETN's birth. For example, I quite expect that a certain volume of traffic, which is causing these issues, is contributed by DOS/DDOS attacks. So let be patient and supportive over these coming weeks! I thought this was exactly the reason why they hired hackerone to prevent all this from happening and shut shop for ages?? Indeed shutting shop for over month and hiring hackerone has done what exactly ? Prevented any of us losing our coins maybe?! With all the massive hacks and big losses happening in Crypto recently, they did the right thing. The clue is in the name...Hackerone. They have nothing to do with the overloaded network. They were hired to to test the security and they did just that. It was a big success because we still have our coins. They updated on Facebook about the network issues, it is something Amazon are looking at. I expected that this would probably happen, just way too many people all rushing in at exactly the same time. |

That volume is insane. I really get the feeling it is artificial somehow. The way it's moving, extremely unnatural.
Let's see where this goes eventually on a real exchange
It is not unnatural, it is just unheard of. ETN team aimed this at a wider market than crypto currently reaches, guess all that viral marketing really paid off, as the ICO suggested it did. All the investors are being funneled through a single exchange at the moment, don't forget that. There was always going to be high demand for this, and there was always going to be a lot of people that want to offload their stash for immediate profit. There will be a fight for buys and sells for days I expect, with a lot of dips and rises. All it takes is for a few more exchanges to list ETN and some news to drop and we could see a massive pump. It is just too crazy right now haha. Made some good money swing trading this. Long-term, I see Electroneum doing very well, especially if they can hammer down those deals and get a flood of new investors coming in. Exciting times indeed. |

Looks like we are on schedule for mooning tomorrow. All weak hands are getting cleaned out.. buying coinfest is in full fledge. 1317 BTC traded today for ETN!  HODL That really is crazy for Cryptopia standards, other exchanges probably can't wait to list ETN haha...they should be paying Electroneum to list it not the other way around. This volume, mostly just from today and over 300 BTC in buy orders that just keeps filling back up. Never expected that. Especially because of the issues they faced. With other big exchanges to come and big news, this is a very good prospect right now. Glad I did not overlook it. |

My prediction ~185 sats for long time.
Anything can happen in crypto...but I highly doubt that. You are obviously not following the project and news about future partnerships to form such a pessimistic opinion. It is just the start of a long-term project, single small exchange right now with others to follow, much good news to come and some serious viral marketing coming too. You can see the demand for ETN already, this is no joke project. Once more news articles spread around and things really get going I do not believe for a moment that the price would stay at 185 sats for a long time lol. DBIX is not for day trader, this is a long term project...
If you think that now is not the right time to get in then hold your BTC
the price is dropping because people are panic selling due to the forward trend of BTC
Too many new people in the crypto space, they see the incredible gains BTC is making and think every project should be a get rich quick scheme, when in reality it is usually the pump & dump coins that get big real fast and disappear faster. BTC was not always this way, people do not get it. It took years to take off, same as other big projects out there today...with the exception of the rare few. Investing in crypto is a long-term game and should be treated as such. BTC rising has had a huge effect recently, DBIX is just in slumber for now. When the roadmap points get hit over 2018 there should be healthy growth. It is a good time to buy when low, if it was pumping right now it would be the worst time to buy. Too many newbies buy at the top of the pump and then get upset when it all comes tumbling down. Alts will rise again, BTC bull run looks to be coming to an end. No more forks etc for now. Finally. |
