501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Signature Campaign on: July 10, 2018, 06:40:20 PM
Now it is very difficult to find a normal bounty company. You can work 1-2 months and, in the end, do not earn anything. So here is the matter of luck and no one will tell you at 100% which company is good

This is true, probably due to the number of different ICOs being released daily. There is more competition and the ones that don't make it will simply close down without paying the bounties. Do a lot of research for each project, and then hope that it meets the softcap when you participate
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Will you still use MEW? on: July 10, 2018, 06:34:29 PM
MEW wasn't hacked, it's due to a Chrome extension which you should not be using for ethereum wallets. i stick to pure MEW because i don't trust any addons or anything third party, even metamask. Too many complications makes it less safe
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ARE marijuana Coins good? on: July 09, 2018, 09:16:28 PM
I don't think anyone who wants to buy marijuana will use one of those specific altcoins like potcoin. Most dark market users will pick monero or dash, with newbies using bitcoin. They are fun for trading i.e pump and dump, but not for real world uses
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spotcoin’s place in the NEO universe; We make NEP-5 tokens work for everyone. on: July 09, 2018, 09:14:22 PM
The most promising project on NEO is THEKEY which i'm expecting big things from. Binance used to focus on NEP-5 but now it's overgrown so perhaps SPOTCOIN will be the new NEO ICO exchange platform.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Opinions: Best Token/Cryptocurrency Exchange - April 2018 on: July 09, 2018, 09:11:20 PM
I see there are still fans of poloniex, i used to trade there quite a lot last year when it was a top exchange but things went south and i switched to trex then binance. Now kucoin is a better place as binance is becoming too difficult due to bots and pro traders
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Between EOS and NEO on: July 09, 2018, 09:08:28 PM
There is no even distribution for EOS, the majority of coins is held by a handful of people. For this reason i would stay away as it is not worth the risk, NEO is a much better investment and a more usable platform for ICOs
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its a "GOOD SIGN" Market CAP is UP Again!!! on: July 08, 2018, 09:26:06 AM
It's typical to have a bullish trend at this time of the year, it started a little late so this leads me to believe that this pump will be faster than usual to catch up to where it should be. We know that mt gox will not be selling any more bitcoins this year so there is no reason for any mass panic dumping
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Winner of 2018 on: July 06, 2018, 05:51:28 PM
I assume that the leaders of 2018 will be NEO and Status. Given the uniqueness of the development of these crypto-currencies and the increased interest in them. You can predict a great future.

Yep, NEO will be big this year. They are starting a new era of decentralisation and the price has started to rise while others are falling. This statistic leads me to believe that when the bull market returns NEO is going to pump more than any other coin
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The DEX (Decentralized Exchange) Thread on: July 06, 2018, 05:46:35 PM
BISQ needs to be added to that list, it is a decentralised exchange with a nice selection of privacy coins. As anonymity is highly sought after in the crypto world you can bet that BISQ is going to succeed due to having a niche market without competition
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best criteria to judge a good bounty on: July 06, 2018, 05:41:04 PM
I would say it is not enough to just look at the technology or the community, it should really have both. At ICO stage it is impossible to tell as the community has not been built yet. The project team is the most important, then after that see if it is a deliverable project or going to be a failed ICO
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Philippine Crypto on: July 06, 2018, 05:36:18 PM
The laws are looking good there for crypto users but the only thing that is lacking is an ICO or launch of a Philippine based coin. NEO is from China and WAVES is from Russia. If there was something stand out from Philippines then it would be a big step forward for the country
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook blocked ICOs related posts! on: July 04, 2018, 10:19:47 PM
They have only agreed to allow crypto related adverts back on facebook but that doesn't mean they are completely open to ICOs in general. When they release their own coin which i'm sure they will do one day, all crypto posts will be allowed, even ones about ICOs
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Quit your job to promote bounty campaigns fulltime: unrealistic???? on: July 04, 2018, 10:17:34 PM
It's kind of like gambling with your lifestyle. You might get incredibly lucky and pick out some really good bounties, while others will simply be scams or unsuccessful projects. I would get at least a part time job and then consider spending the rest of the time doing bounties
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most frustrating thing about crypto on: July 04, 2018, 10:15:05 PM
I thought that there was a problem with cryptopia as well, i withdrew funds but nothing appeared the next day. Then i realised that i needed to go to my emails and confirm the transaction. It actually does work, just need to do the 2FA unlike many other exchanges so this is a good thing
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manipulative Whales playing on: July 04, 2018, 10:13:24 PM
Yes the whales play alot of dirty games in the exchange site and some shit as that happened to binance this morning, where someone bout 20sys for 96 btc,
It was a great mistake by the whale, but non the less i commend the courage of the sys holder to stake the token so high.

Regardless, the whales are people from forex who is intending to ruin crypto currency trade, but i believe we will win and overcome their advances

There was some strange games going on there, imagine the spike in the charts based on that one mistake! Perhaps someone was trying to transfer those funds and using binance for it. Either way, whales are manipulating the prices - we just have to go along with it
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it the right time for more crypto forums? on: July 03, 2018, 05:07:19 PM
Due to the dominance of this forum new coins needs to be here in order to be effectively reviewed by experienced investors. Asking the right questions and identifying scams will help the community as a whole. More forums can be created, but they need to be different and have a purpose
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much you can profit from altcoins on: July 03, 2018, 05:03:40 PM
As an investor that has coins for a long time i'd say i could have profited a lot by cashing out late last year, but decided not to and therefore have made zero. The lesson here is to find the peaks and then cash out!
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FAKE ICOs Bounties. What to do? on: July 03, 2018, 05:00:24 PM
If you're lucky the coins will be listed on an exchange before the team disappeared so you can quickly cash out, otherwise you're either left with worthless tokens or simply gutted from wasting all that time. Happens to lots of bounty hunters so don't feel too bad
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Well, I just got scammed on: June 29, 2018, 10:03:02 PM
I wanted to participate in the Iagon pre-sale.  I joined what I thought was the official Iagon telegram.  Turned out it wasn't.  I followed the instructions on the pinned message, which directed me to send ETH to a specified wallet address.  Turned out it was all a scam, and I lost 5 ETH.

Really sucks.  The lesson is be careful out there.

Wow, sorry dude. This is one i have never heard of so thanks for the warning. Someone is trying to scam me as well by joining the same bounty as me and using a different eth wallet address! Lucky i noticed it, just alerted the bounty manager who will hopefully resolve it. Be careful everyone!
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Negative trust on: June 27, 2018, 07:12:02 PM
The problem with negative trust is that is reflects badly on the campaign if a scammer/other operative is supporting it so they tend to prevent red trust users from joining. Some rules are clearer than others about the trust issue so it's hard to judge.
