Essendo che satoshi vero non è mai saltato fuori (mai state firmate cose con le chiavi) magari semplicemente non gli interessa la questione Alla fine, cosa dovrebbe smentire a chi interessano le firme? Immagina cosa succederebbe se un giorno si trovasse un messaggio firmato dall'indirizzo della coinbase del blocco genesi con scritto : "CSW is a fraud!" quella sarebbe una prova sufficiente a provare che Satoshi è ancora vivo. Sarebbe un evento epocale, con probabili risvolti (credo negativi) sul prezzo e su tutto l'ecosistema di bitcoin. |

Mi hai sbloccato un ricordo. Quando mi dilettavo con il trading in borsa, quella tradizionale, avevo un metastock crakkato, e compravo i dati da un'azienda di Senigallia credo. Tutte le sere mi arrivava un file zip per aggiornare il database. Che tempi! E finiscono truffati a comprare i "BTP VALORE"
Chi investe in borsa ha la pretesa di guadagnare, e poi probabilmente perde. Chi investe nel BTP valore invece ha la CERTEZZA di perdere soldi. La differenza è tutta qui. |

Uno dei tab più interessanti, almeno per me, e che stimolano la mia curiosità è il tab "received merit streaks". Questo lo spaccato per la board italiana:  Vuol dire che il sottoscritto in ciascuno dei 32 giorni tra il 23/03/2020 ed il 23/04/2020 ha raggranellato 97 merits. Al secondo posto @mattonebit con una serie di 30 giorni e così via: di nuovo io con 29 giorni, @duesoldi con 24 etc. Uno spaccato delle "maratone" sul forum! |

Questo perché se tu fai il farming con due coppie e queste due coppie tra di loro hanno direzionalita accentuate rischi infinito impermanent loss.
Scusami, non sono pratico: che cosa è la impermanent loss? Ho capito che è una sorta di perdita che registri quando sia mercato si muove, e tu fornisci liquidità, ma non sono riuscito a capire esattamente cosa sia, e come evitarla soprattutto! |

Sono bullish su Stacks, ed ammetto che che ci ho guardato dentro bene ancora meglio dopo che ho visto il tuo post.
Ha correlazione forte con bitcoin,volatilità maggiore di bitcoin però è anche una shitcoin a bassa market cap. Quindi a volte si comporta in modo ?strano? probabilmente perché vi sono stati dei flussi.
Quindi, a maggior ragione, attenzione ad allocare la corretta percentuale.
Sono sicuramente dei progetti molto interessanti e possono essere una alternativa gambling a bitcoin ovviamente che resta il posto dove stoccare benessere senza che nessuno lo tocchi o che risenta di manipolazioni. Voglio guardarci meglio ancora nei prossimi mesi.
Io non voglio dare consigli a nessuno ma se aspetti ancora un po' ad entrare sulle alt mi sa che lo farai quando gli altri inizieranno a vendere  Oramai hanno iniziato a salire più o meno tutte da mesi, se hai intenzione di aspettare altri mesi per entrare non so quanto possa convenire a quel punto. Oggio come oggi puoi quasi comprare qualsiasi coin/token a casaccio e avrai una probabilità abbastanza alta che vada su in ogni caso. ma è chiaro che le alt sono e saranno sempre spazzatura per pura speculazione poi non sò se vedete qualcos'altro di interessante nel progetto shiba inu non sò fatemelo sapere ahaha Ci sono una marea di progetti là fuori, per tutti i gusti tra layer 1, layer 2, AI, gaming, DeFi... Tra le principali io ho preso qualcosa di TIA, SOL, INJ, AZERO, FET, ILV, IMX, DYDX, LINK, METIS e anche altre che non sto qui ad elencare. Mi sono posizionato da mesi però, sono già salite tutte nel frattempo, chi più e chi meno. Mi sto chiedendo se si debba sdoppiare il thread e parlare qui dei progetti in generale, sulle novità come macro temi, mentre magari iniziare ad aprire un tema nella sezione shitcoin per parlare più tecnicamente di mercato. Microstrategy issued another convertible bond in order to use the proceeds to acquire Bitcoin. MicroStrategy Announces Pricing of Offering of Convertible Senior NotesTYSONS CORNER, Va., March 6, 2024 — MicroStrategy® Incorporated (Nasdaq: MSTR) (“MicroStrategy”) today announced the pricing of its offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 0.625% convertible senior notes due 2030 (the “notes”). The notes will be sold in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). MicroStrategy also granted to the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase, within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the notes are first issued, up to an additional $100 million aggregate principal amount of the notes. The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of notes. The offering is expected to close on March 8, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The notes will be unsecured, senior obligations of MicroStrategy, and will bear interest at a rate of 0.625% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on March 15 and September 15 of each year, beginning on September 15, 2024. The notes will mature on March 15, 2030, unless earlier repurchased, redeemed or converted in accordance with their terms. Subject to certain conditions, on or after March 22, 2027, MicroStrategy may redeem for cash all or any portion of the notes at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the redemption date, if the last reported sale price of MicroStrategy class A common stock has been at least 130% of the conversion price then in effect for a specified period of time ending on the trading day immediately before the date the notice of redemption is sent. If MicroStrategy redeems fewer than all the outstanding notes, at least $90 million aggregate principal amount of notes must be outstanding and not subject to redemption as of the relevant redemption notice date. They issued a 6-year convertible note paying 62.5 bps of yield: that's a steal!  With that, they think of buying approximately 680 millions of Bitcoins. The conversion as wel,l it will be quite punishing: The conversion rate for the notes will initially be 0.6677 shares of MicroStrategy class A common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes, which is equivalent to an initial conversion price of approximately $1,497.68 per share. This represents a premium of approximately 42.5% over the last reported sale price of $1,051.01 per share of MicroStrategy class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on March 5, 2024. The conversion rate will be subject to adjustment upon the occurrence of certain events. Good discounts for current MSTR holders. |

Brutale. Dopo l'ATH, un giretto sopra 69,000 poi un movimento al ribasso che ha liquidato 1.3Billions di stop. Ci stava, data la performance di Bitcoin: una bella ripulita all' "entusiasmo" del mercato, con i tassi di funding dei perps che erano ai massimi degli ultimi 3 anni. Del resto, come conferma @Plutosky tutti gli altri indicatori sono ben lontani dai massimi di mercato: anzi, puntano decisamente al bello. |

Complimenti a te che riesci a risparmiare il 50% del tuo stipendio.
Come ti hanno detto prima, sceglierei bene le allocazioni, ma personalmente, dati i livelli di risparmio, direi che il 10% di shitcoin è sufficiente per divertirti, senza "intaccare" il piano base.
Occhio al DCA, che è un'ottimo modo di investire, ma ti espone alla volatilità in caso di drawdon una volta che hai accumulato molto.
Però ancora, vista la percentuale di risparmio, direi che magari ti puoi permettere questo rischio, a maggior ragione se non hai responsabilità verso terzi (congiunti/eredi).

Where do all these ETFs buy their bitcoin. If OTC, where do the OTC desks source it ?
They buy from OTC desks. The OTC desk is in contact with miners, whales or other entities holding hundreds, if not thousands, of bitcoins. The OTC desk agrees on a transaction at a spread over the reference rate between buyer and sellers. Then they cross the order on the market. So the transaction actually happens on the market (e.g. Coinbase) even if the price hasn't been formed on the exchange itself, but Over The Counter (OTC).
There are several ETPs though. Is that a possiblity?
There are a lot of illiquid and tax-inefficient ETPs in Europe, correct. |
