getting knocked out by anesthesiologist is very humbling.
A true lights out the party is over experience
did the nurses ask you any wild questions while you were half zonked from the general anesthesia? i remember some odd questions which i will not repeat here.
Like "does it feel good when i touch you there? ..."

I know EXACTLY what you mean!
My anesthesiologist:
At my last two anesthesias i can remember, he asked me to count to three, and i was so keen to make it. Every time it was lights-out after "one".
I hate them when they do that
Last time i had this 1.5h waking coma starting in the wakeup room, and the nurse made fun of me not waking up while rocking my body. "Have you been out too long to party, last night, Mr.
OOM?". I am sure i told you guys about here already. It was as peaceful as fascinating, and i'm glad it happened after surgery, not in between.

self care is a pain as you are the one doing it, but you doing it for yourself.
I am a keto guy for last five years. dropped from 226 to 196 due to diet.
Yeah, you're doing things right, obviously!
I must have forgotten that you are keto already. I try too, but after a week or two at most, i usually encounter some situation where i have to eat or drink carbs to avoid hypoglycemia, mainly because i am the type that forgets to eat regularly (because other things are more important to me in the now).
EDIT: As you might know, i am fighting that fructose-malabsorption, which led me to a different way of nutrition. I didn't care shit what i ate as long as it gave me energy. The malabsorption (undiagnosed in those times) took care that food dind't stay in my body for too long, so i was always on the lean side. I couldn't even gain weight when i tried hard. And now, my diet excludes all the food that could help me to gain more weight. I'm satisfied because i excercise, otherwise i would have to suffer quite some back pain, as i did in the days when i completely ignored my body health. The FM probably saved me from becoming a victim to chronic pain medication.
