501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this what we called "addictive to gamble"? on: April 20, 2016, 07:46:30 AM
we know that most of the times we lost on gambling, but instead of stopping we keep on playing for the next day

after we lost, we got frustrated but we still back to play, is this called "gamble addiction"?
Yes you are actually addicted because you look to play after you loose. Do you also feel that you must arrange money from anywhere and just gamble ?
502  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: April 20, 2016, 07:14:56 AM
Bitcoin isn't yet a global currency, unless you mean that it could be used worldwide so yes that's true. But it's still need more advertising and support from the Bitcoin's community as many people don't know anything about it till now.
Yes bitcoin need more support from the users to promote it to others, with that bitcoin will get more stability and success and more people will be there to believe on it and so will sooner become global currency.
503  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you hate about Bitcoin ? on: April 19, 2016, 07:57:23 PM
So far what I hate about bitcoin is about lack of adaptation bitcoin as payment.
I hope in near future bitcoin can be use in many places, so I can do transaction easier.

We need to wait long for that I guess, as majority of us hate bitcoin only for that reason that it is not widely used and widely accepted but it will be done in next couple of years.
I don’t think that for this we will have to wait long, now the rate of bitcoin acceptors are increasing on a large scale and the time is not long away when everyone will accept bitcoin.
504  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm All In - Sold My House! on: April 19, 2016, 07:36:32 PM
Is this true? When did you sell your house/bought btc? in april 2014? than you didnt win anything..... Yet..... But you will...... Soon.

Thats very good that you sell the house and every bit and pieces of this house is invested in bitcoins.
I shall want eveyone should think like this. and keep on investing in the bitcoins
Really? thats too much for the love of bitcoins. If you sold the house, then where you live...how you work...
Selling for bitcoin might be good but not that much. Using common sense is also important, in my view.
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SECURITY, Have you been a victim? How safe are your bitcoins? on: April 19, 2016, 07:11:21 PM
I think of my wallet as just another computer file. So I keep it safe by:

1. keeping the overwhelming majority of my coins offline always. I keep a small amount on my phone for daily spending, an amount less than the value of the phone.

2. I only use Linux for transferring any larger amount or reloading the phone.  Windows is out of the question for me. I use open source tools that I compile myself. It's freekin crazy to just download some bitcoin related software to a winxx computer.

3. Keep the back-up "real world" safe! If you want a copy of my wallet file you can find it in my safe deposit box at the bank.

4. trust no one. Satoshi gave us trustless cash for a reason.
Your practices are really amazing.

But I have simple suggestion who live in village of developing countries :
Use a Desktop wallet, keep it safe from virus and unauthorized access. Keep the private key safe and then no one will ever able to hack it.
506  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is not the new money on: April 19, 2016, 07:02:50 PM
of course bitcoin is not the new money, its the cryptocurrencies  Grin
if indeed the world will turn online for the next years to come, i think we'd all be dealing with altcoins. And so maybe each country will have their own cryptocurrencies to which replaces the forex pairs.
Even bitcoin is completely different form of currency, I can not agree it is not money. Yes, its digital and generates from mathematical formula that is Mining. It is almost different in every aspects from the physical currency. Still, it can be our usual money in future.
507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Bitcoin will come in his currency NOTE?? on: April 19, 2016, 06:42:01 PM
Do you have any idea when Bitcoin will come in his currency note, just like other currencies note.??
I strongly believe that Bitcoin should remain in the form as it is now.
If we change its form to Paper type, then whats the difference between Bitcoin and Fiat Currency and what is need for it.
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin survive world war III? on: April 19, 2016, 11:46:59 AM
After two world wars the fiat survived. Bitcoin is better than fiat, probably it will survive if a copy of latest blockchain is backed up.

Fait is decentralized thats why it survived. If the BlockChain backup is destroyed in the world war III, then it will be difficult for bitcoin to survive, unless and until there are more backups
No thats not the case. Blockchain backup is decentralized and replicated many times, so destroying one backup will not make bitcoins disappears. I think since it digital nature, bitcoin will better survive any war situation
509  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: April 18, 2016, 12:38:55 PM
To earn money with with Bitcoin is not that difficult, what everybody is saying is that you can have a signature campaign and that will not happen fast but it is better than nothing.
You also can trade or make an investment indeed, but that is more riskier than a signature campaign.
Trade is more riskier but there is a good possibility that you make more than you make in signature campaigns.

Yeah trade is risky but when you know how to trade proficiently then you will get more money than just using signature campaign.
For newbie trade is definitely risky, you will lose a lot of your coins, the expert traders do not only depend on the speculations but they do all the calculations to take this risk.
510  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: April 18, 2016, 08:02:17 AM
No ofc,a lot of  people don't like bitcoin now and i don't think that amout of haters will decrease a lot in 2022 . Most of people don't wanna even listen about crypto currency.
No the fact is the haters of bitcoins or crypto currency are only those who have missed out the opportunities with bitcoin.
By the year 2022, almost every people who adopted bitcoin would have been benefited in my view by the way of higher valued bitcoins.
511  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: April 18, 2016, 07:10:30 AM
I already saw a topic similar to this one. Well, bitcoin will not replace dollar because it only acceptable in the internet and not in the reality. If bitcoin will do it paper money or something coins, then that is the time bitcoin will be accepted by everyone.

I disagree with you mate, even without printed paper form, bitcoin is acceptable in some places in groceries, just look for that video of a couple shoot last 2013 who did a shopping at a grocery and they use bitcoin as payment...By that, I could tell that bitcoin would be an alternative money even in real life...
As  compared to 2013, now in 2016 bitcoin is more common now and also more people know about it and have adopted bitcoin for their daily life. So, we can say Bitcoin started replacing dollar, the completion will be sooner than expected.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: April 17, 2016, 08:37:43 PM
Me, I play dice until I lost. I think I'm kinda addictive to this game but that was before. Now, I have already controlled my self, I just play maybe 2 to 3 hours. I'm happy for the result. To be honest, my focus now is really on the sports betting.
But I'm going for dice gambling till I get boring. Most of the time I use only the freebies as my bankroll and I keep on playing at the same time at multiple sites. I just play it only for entertainment.
I have tried playing dice at the time in different sites to reduce the waiting time for the faucet climbing. But at certain point I got bored because of there is no real profit from that I was able to make it.
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OpenBazaar Opened , your first impressions ? on: April 17, 2016, 08:33:07 PM
Openbazaar's open source delelopment looks like a joke, so bad the people at /r/buttcoin are making fun of it.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Buttcoin/comments/4f18b5/openbizarre_developer_gets_very_sad_locks_grammar/
For a new project you should not blame them for not being mature on all fronts. Maybe an open source developer wants to improve on this Wink

'Somebody should fork OpenBazaar to create OpenBazaar Classic so the initial euphoria can be sustained.'
LOL

OpenBazaar should not be blamed for not being mature on all fronts. All the projects in the begining has flaws and we need to fix them .
So thats not a big deal unless the bug is left unattended.

I totally agree there will be bugs in first release that is why we users need to contribute about the project so that it can grow more and be efficient enough to get our need in the site.
Pretty sure the community will be helping the devs with the current bugs. Open Bazaar looks like it would be a success with peer to peer transactions so I don't think the community will keep quiet about this one.
514  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: April 17, 2016, 08:28:27 PM
I really wish I could live solely on bitcoin then also diversify into gold and other things but now I am involved in other online businesses I am also earning fiat but that doesn't mean if I have any left that I can't just go and convert some of that to bitcoin every month. If we all did that I am sure the price of bitcoin would skyrocket in no time again.
if we do all financial transactions and purchase any needs with bitcoin certainly it will give effect to the market demand
and make the price will rise. what is needed is bitcoin be accepted by many merchants and many adopter. if it occurs naturally follow the price will be high
Bitcoin is already being accepted by many merchants and companies. It's just that if the demand is high, there are those who would manipulate the supply of bitcoins (large companies). True that there will be a change in value but it wouldn't be so much because of the capitalists.
515  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is BTCjam a scam? my experience about it on: April 17, 2016, 08:15:31 PM
Lending "anonymous" cash over the internet, to people you've never meet... what could go wrong?
Exactly! What's so funny is that even though people knew what could possibly go wrong, they'd probably still go for it anyway.
At any rate, let's try to avoid this site because there are many holes in peer to peer lending. One can easily forge fake IDs and really high chance of being scammed.
516  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: April 17, 2016, 08:04:29 PM
Even if people will start making a plastic cards in different countries you will not have a chanse to pay with bitcoin cause it's illegal, better to leave bitcoin now and wait when it become legal everywhere.

There are countries that bitcoin is ban but most countries have embrace bitcoin and companies there are now investing and making a move for local user of bitcoin to used their bitcoin locally.
But it is hard to ban bitcoin in any country, as every bitcoin user is not relying on their overnments for its usage, bitcoin is controlled directly by the users.
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need ebay like site to promote bitcoin on: April 17, 2016, 07:56:08 PM
Ebay has played a great role in the success of PayPal in becoming leading payment processor.Do we need a similar ebay like site to popularize Bitcoin and make it leader in money transfer?
Yes, we need a powerful and rich platform like ebay for the bitcoin to make it a successful e-currency , where everyone is attracted with some good features like discount etc.
518  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 17, 2016, 07:39:00 PM

I think bitcoin's price matters all people, not only trader. If the price of bitcoin is high it will attract people to start using bitcon, because the price is high and good for investment.

If the price of bitcoin is high, I see most of the newly engaged in the bitcoin world will not have the guts to buy at that "high" range of price to make it as an investment.

But on the other hand, it will make them boost their efforts and work to earn bitcoin from doing other bitcoin earning method without the use of their fiat money.

Well, newbies mostly don't care about buying at high prices as they buy without thinking hoping to make high profits. Greed is boss over them. That's why you mostly hear them saying : When I buy the price goes down, and when I sell the price goes up. That's because they buy at the peaks.

During the initial stage newbies will do this mistake but they will understand the reality when they completely involve into various discussion based upon the bitcoin price.

Some people will only learn when it costs them money. If they don't make any mistakes, then they will not learn anything. I think we all started with making losses when we started with trading. That allowed us to understand how the market works and respond to the price going up and down to benefit from the volatility that Bitcoin has.
Yes, we all have lost in the start of trading, as we jumped at there without learning much or I think we were not with sufficient experience in the field of trading.
519  Economy / Speculation / Re: $350 will be the bottom on: April 13, 2016, 10:56:52 AM
Yes, undoubtedly it seems an interesting support level but I can see a more likely bullish scenario because of the current stability of the bitcoin price and the interesting events to come. I think the price hardly will touch the $370 level again during the next months.
And I think the hardly will be able to touch the $400 again within the next month, now it will continue to increase rapidly and at the halving the price will increase to double the current value.
520  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is going up and up on: April 13, 2016, 10:51:57 AM
Yes, more buyers now everyone has been started to be prepared for the halving and has started to buy and collect more and more bitcoin which cause the price to fly up and up and it will continue till halving.
