501  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How has your experience been with Binance? on: September 16, 2018, 03:42:09 PM
Of course it is nice to trade in binance especially this is the most famous exchanger in full cryptocurrency. It's good to trade here because this exchanger is know all traders and your money is good when you're trading and you do not need to worry about it.
It has been a very interesting experience for me as well, considering how the exchange has grown to become one of the biggest exchanges in the crypto space.
Every transaction with binance has been swift, even though I do not tend to login every time, I have always used their API on different platforms to trade and it has been an easy process with my trades going through every time, and anytime I am out to withdraw on my account, within a very short period, I get my funds. That is pretty much what anyone would want from an exchange, isn't it? Good reputation and trust.
502  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the reason for bearish of BTC on: September 16, 2018, 03:34:29 PM
Bearish of BTC happened due to many economical and political effects happened against it so the demand that Bitcoin had in the past has decreased for some extend but it is gaining slowly little by little but to recover fully it might take more time than we anticipated because the drop was much bigger in the past and for this day many people ha left the BTC market and some even left the entire crypto market by selling there assets and even Bitcoin is attracting new comers it might take some time to get normal
Political effects? I really do not see much of a political effect dropping the prices badly and whatever you must have heard in the news, even though could have added a little bit to the downtrend as a catalyst, the downtrend was just something that was inevitable from last year's bull run.
First, before you tend to see a bull run, it is best to ask yourself what instigated it in the first place. In this case, i would say greed did and for that reason, we are where we are now. As simple as that. Many people do not understand how steady growth can sometimes make more sense than just some crazy spikes.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: Low BTC price is good for Bitcoins at the moment. on: September 14, 2018, 03:46:19 PM
I definetly agree that the low price is great at a time however when the low price stays low for a long time than it costs us chances. I do not enjoy having low amounts of bitcoin and also keeping it at a low price as well, I need bitcoin to go up as well as go down.
Now I hate volatility as much as the next guy but without going up the low prices are not good all by itself. So yeah it is a great time to buy bitcoin however it is not great that it doesn't go up more than %10 at a time. We need a bigger spike and need a longer term for bull for it to stay there without that this low price is worthless all by itself.
504  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there manipulation of sharks ? on: September 14, 2018, 03:37:49 PM
I understand whales but sharks? Really? I had to look up on google what shark is and apparently it is the rich people who are not as rich as whales but still not regular people. I think sharks are just whale followers, they bite what is left from whales, we do not know exactly what whales will do but sharks probably do know that.
With their couple million at most they get the knews of what whales will do after they do it and move in and take it a step further and than the turn comes to panic sellers or so which will move it even further. I do not think there is manipulation of sharks however whales do let sharks know before we know whats going on I am sure of that.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Football and Blockchain on: September 13, 2018, 04:09:55 PM
I think football can used blockchain in couple of fronts. Not just scores and goals and assists and who had what but also you can definitely use it for financial stuff as well.
Transfers can be held there, stadium and ticket sales can be counted and saved there, you can have loan players and expenses and debts and many more things. Football has a lot of stuff that needs to be accounted and in the end they just use regular old technology of saving it on a website or something for this, having a blockchain technology to save all of this on it would improve the accountability of the info by tenfold easily.
506  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not be Greedy on: September 13, 2018, 03:59:48 PM
In my opinion, the best time to sell is when the market price of the coin is 20%+ higher than the market price at which you bought the coin. Dont wait till the market price is 95%+ before you sell. That only happens when you got your eyes glues to your machine 24/7. Dont be greedy... Make a little profit and grow it over time. Cryptomarket is growing and full of terror! Be careful
I think greed is good, I do not think greed is really that horrible if you do not really affect the world.
I mean if you are some sort of rich billionaire and own a company and because of your greed the world suffers than yeah do not be greedy because we have only one world however if you are just a regular worker and you are greedy and want to get rid of this rat race we are in to have financial freedom and live a comfortable life than that greed is fine because you do really need to see the life without financial chains. Having money isn't everything but not having it is. I think having your financial freedom will help you become a much better person.

507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: September 12, 2018, 11:05:15 AM
Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it? Should I hold now?
If you sell right now I am sorry but you deserve to lose your money. Ethereum is so low right now that I would rather sell my kidney before I sell my ethereum right now. It is the perfect time to BUY let alone hold, you should not only hold ethereum you should BUY ethereum.
With that in mind you should try to find a way to gather as many as other coins as well, the altcoin market is crippling because of this almost 8-9 month bear run and the result is cheap everything, so I could potentially understand why ethereum is considered not holding but only because if you want to buy some other cheap altcoin.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best time to invest in Ethereum has come again! on: September 12, 2018, 10:59:34 AM
It is an amazing time to buy as many ethereum as you can and with this price I do not think you can get any lower ever again in history of ethereum, one big huge bull run and even when it drops it won't drop way down to these prices again, this is the lowest in history you can get from now on.
Buy as many as you can afford and wait for that bull run, there is seriously a x10 chance of ethereum price going up, an increase of x10 in your portfolio just thanks to ethereum. I still suggest you to diversify your portfolio and buy other stuff as well but you can make sure ethereum has a big part of your portfolio.
509  Economy / Economics / Re: Central Bank of Crypto-Currency on: September 09, 2018, 02:21:47 PM
Creating a Central Bank of Crypto-currency may no longer sound ridiculous as we are now having a number of countries coming up with some sort of mass application of the technology, the latest is from India, which reportedly ban cryptos, but recent report states that they are considering having a Bank of crypto, Ruppies-backed, Central bank digital currencies CDDC.
Are these really positive news for the crypto-market?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/reserve-bank-of-india-confirms-it-is-looking-into-making-a-central-bank-digital-currency
I really would not consider whatever is coming from the government to be categorized as cryptocurrency as it would be controlled anyway.
Hence, if in any case we get to see central banks for this space, it would be for digital currencies owned by the government and not cryptocurrency, since it would not be decentralized in anyway. Let's see how India really want to come out with this plan and we all will see what they are clamoring for is just for their own advantage and not for the general space.
510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Bull Run!!! on: September 08, 2018, 05:54:46 PM
It is sad that how many people think we are not on a bull run. I mean does it have to be like %500 for it to be a bull run, can you consider %10 rise in the price a bull run? Isn't that enough for you to consider this as a bull run? I mean yeah we are not going to 20k anytime soon apparently and we are not going like 10k-12k right away and all that however from 6.4 levels or so to 7.3k levels are still a great increase in the price. People in stocks and all that dream of getting this much money increase in just a month or so. We have made over %15 profit in a month if you get in at cheap and get out and the max of this month.

511  Economy / Speculation / Re: Still think it can hit 20k !! be optimistic on: September 08, 2018, 05:37:18 PM
I do believe the 20k is a lot easier now. The problem with bitcoin and all crypto is that the longer they wait the higher they get in the quick jump.
For example if after that 20k in december the prices went down to 10k and stayed there a month than it would have gone up like %20 at max to 12k however right now I think it went down so quickly and stayed there for so long that in the end the buildup is increasingly amazing, right now if it goes anywhere I believe that bitcoin can go to 30-40 thousand levels because people are tired of waiting and as soon as there is a crack in the price everyone will jump back in like crazy which will create a frenzy and cause the price to go up insanely.
512  Economy / Economics / Re: New report on wash trading scares me on: September 07, 2018, 11:48:35 AM
Hey guys, so i've read a new report on how much of the exchanges volumes are just wash trading and the numbers are way too high for what real users do>.

This is pretty concerning, since the market might not be nearly as stable and mature as we think, it might all be manipulated.
What do you think of the current state of big exchanges and price manipulations that we experience?

my source: https://www.blockchaintransparency.org/reports/

What do you mean by "stable and mature"?
What are the factors that make a market stable and mature? There's no such thing as a stable market. The markets are always unstable, that's how traders make their profit.I'm pretty sure that a big percentage of the crypto trading is run by trading bots and there's nothing wrong with that. The are rumors about market manipulation and fake trading volumes since the creating of cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
I don't think that anyone can do anything to stop them from manipulating the crypto prices.

The price of cryptocurrency in the market will never become stable because there are a lot of people who are selling and investing depending on the situation so you should always expect drastic changes.
Apart from people investing, selling and all that you have said, it is not news that manipulation is bound in this market most especially for the fact that it is decentralized.
You think what we saw last year was a normal level of demand, no way! That was a manipulated pump and some news has been raised so far on wash trading, spoofing and some other forms of manipulation in the market which normally would not have been the case if the market is regulated.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know its time to Stop? on: September 07, 2018, 11:30:10 AM
Usually when either I am really bored or I have no money left, I of course don't put all of my money into it, I just put a limit for myself and deposit that amount (usually 50 dollars) and I gamble accordingly, sometimes even though rarely I stop because I have to sleep but that doesn't happen that frequently because I do not gamble at night when I have to sleep, it takes away the whole purpose of gambling, I gamble for fun not to make money and if I am sleep I won't be capable of focusing on the fun part of gambling and just click buttons with half dead brain.
I might as well use the "auto bet" option after that. So most of the time its either I got bored or I spent my daily limit.

Putting that limit is always the way to go if anyone still wants to gamble anyway after knowing they are bound to lose. As long as you are self-principled and cautious of your reaction towards gambling, you will always end up in that section where you end up losing yourself totally to it.
Gambling brings up a lot of emotional imbalance inside of us and it is only left for us to control those emotions and put them in check. Those emotions are what would keep telling you to try it just one more time and you might end up lucky until you keep doing it and end up screwing up all your funds.
514  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin were more than 100K, how much you would buy? on: September 04, 2018, 11:26:32 AM
If i am just a new investor in bitcoin having a price of 100,000$, i think i will only buy a small slice of it because i could not really afford to buy a whole of it. I am going to hold it, let it grow up higher and if the price is already right for me, then i will sell it  right then.
On a normal day, you cannot buy more than what you cannot afford. If bitcoin is $100k or even more, it is few of the satoshis you can lay your hands on that you will still be able to buy in anyway, so I do not see how that is a serious thing to be assuming how much one would buy in such instance or not.
Apparently, just very few people would be able to afford to buy a whole bitcoin in such a scenario, but that being said, to see such a huge price, it would only be sustainable if it is driven by real demand and not just some mere speculations.
515  Economy / Economics / Re: Ideas on how to profit from TUSD true usd.... on: September 04, 2018, 11:09:37 AM
I know this is old but - TUSD on Binance does fluctuate by % - there is money to be made.

What is opinion on TUSD vs USDT? Is it actually more ‘honest?’
It is really not worth it if you get to see the little fluctuations unless you have a lot of money and you are willing to keep getting as little as you can, rather than trying to make use of the general market fluctuations and volatility of the crypto market entirely to make more profit in the long run. This is more like trying to run away from volatility risk, but what is the point in that ?
However, everyone knows what works well for them anyway.

516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Right Time on: September 03, 2018, 12:32:38 PM
Lots of opinion on the bear market situation in here but already the alternative assets are starting to bottom out along with Bitcoin itself

Really anything can happen from here including a moderate recovery (or the opposite of course)
Asides from bottoming out, some are already giving signals for smart moneys to start participating and getting into the market.
For someone who has been waiting for a very good price to get into the market, I want to believe this is a very good time and unless they want to miss out in the long run and start joining FOMOs, they would rather take the present moment as a good time to be getting in. I have a feelings September is going to be a very good one but that should be early September though.
517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: List what trading techniques you know of. on: September 03, 2018, 12:19:11 PM
if I, for example, have capital, I prefer to invest long term, to buy some altcoins which I think have the potential to grow rapidly in the future, and I expect big profits from the coins that I buy, because I am not very good at day trading , so I choose to invest a long period of time, while studying day trade.
I want to believe most people who are not vast traders with well-equipped knowledge on trading will definitely prefer to go this route. It is not a bad idea to invest long in as much as you know you are fine with the price you are buying from.
However, it is not also a bad idea to get to know some trading techniques to identify when it seems to be a good time to also be buying or not as the case may be. The best is just to find what one is comfortable with and stick with it.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I am buying bitcoins - and why I am keeping them. on: September 02, 2018, 01:43:13 PM
Many of us have a very clear vision of why we are buying bitcoin and keeping it, what sometimes surprises me is why most people do not see this? I always hear people complaining about the economy, so they have an idea of what it is happening, and yet I never seen them taking action about it, they never try to do something different, they keep complaining and they will complain until the economy sinks while we will survive that event thanks to bitcoin.
I would not say many because from just this forum alone, the clear goal and definition some newbie investors have is to quickly get rich and have no other single or technical idea why they are investing in the first place.
This is the main reason why focusing on the future is definitely going to be hard for some as long as they keep having that get rich quick mindset when it comes to bitcoin and this market as a whole and one reason why they will  never stop whining and complaining.
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Musician Akon is Launching a new Cryptocurrency. on: September 02, 2018, 01:33:39 PM
Senegal-born star Akon launching a new cryptocurrency called Akoin that will be available for sale in two weeks with hopes it will help further help the continent. Akon said in the interview thatr "I think that blockchain and crypto could be the savior for Africa in many ways because it brings the power back to the people and brings the security back into the currency system and also allows the people to utilize it in ways where they can advance themselves and not allow government to do those things that are keeping them down"

source: https://pagesix.com/2018/06/19/akon-set-to-launch-cryptocurrency-called-akoin/

"Most of the time, these coins do not have a real product backing up their value leaving fans who actually buy these coins spending money for no real reason. If you check out Idol Network https://www.idol.network. it is built for celebrities to create their own coins and fans can buy celebrity coins for a REAL purpose like going to exclusive parties, backstage passes or VVIP seatings at concerts. Check it out at:
Whitepaper: https://file.idol.network/pdf/Idol_WhitePaper.pdf
Telegram: https://t.me/idol_official
Medium: https://medium.com/idolnetwork"
That is always the problem and the fact remains that without a real life product, it would just be as useless as any other shit garbage coin in the market. It is not just about creating a coin and thinking it would just have a future because being an artist can drive fans to it, how long will it end up sustained without taking a hit eventually.
The only thing that can keep it going in the long run is real demand for the solution it creates, and no matter how it gets to be driven speculatively, it would never last.

520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: September 01, 2018, 11:58:00 AM
do you experience that after losing on gambling that you thinking you will quit gambling for good and never come again to gambling but then next day you are already positive  that you could win in gambling?

that happen to me a lot when i lose in gambling but a could never leave gambling. Cheesy
That is a normal reaction after a loss in gambling but you tend to forget it after sometime. If you are not addict gambler then you can leave gambling as if nothing happens but if you are a compulsive gambler, you will be back just after a day believe me.
That should not be a normal reaction in the first place. If you want to quit, it is better to quit once and for all, not just trying to make the same decision only after losses and still end up coming back again.
For someone like that, I would rather say there is a huge need for such a person to check himself as that seems to me more like an addiction already. Call it compulsive or addicted, they all fall in the same category of a big time addict. These kinds of decisions are made by those who are looking for what they cannot find from gambling.
