So - they could be all sockpuppet accounts (as this forum supports that).

Any poll on this forum is worth *zero*.

I know, we can never do a valid poll on this forum.
However I agree with the 20 MB limit, I don't think will be a problem for the bitcoiner users.

5024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2.5 BTC stolen i wanna cry :-( on: February 05, 2015, 07:50:18 PM
That sucks.

blockchaininfo is pretty dammed secure. Did you have 2FA enabled? Do you use the virtual keyboard for withdrawal password?

Don't do business on pc you surf, download torrents, etc.

Use virtualbox with a linux OS just for business is even better.

blockchaininfo was hacked for many times. also, all the online wallets are unsecured. do not keep your money in BTC.

You have to create your security, it is not easy. What do you think  Undecided ?
5025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People who knows Satoshi Nakamoto ? on: February 05, 2015, 07:23:21 PM
Why people wants to know who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Just to satatiate our stupid curiosity? It seems it's imposible to have a week in this forum without someone asking about Satoshi. In my opinion, the best way to thanks Satoshi for creating Bitcoin is allowing he/she/they to stay anonymous.

Curiousity is the only way humans survive. Curiosity drives us.

Yes, but this is an useless curiosity. Discovering who is Satoshi will improve the science? Will stop the death of children in Africa? Will stop wars?

Will stop his curiosity (for sure).

5030  Economy / Services / Re: -- CLOSED -- ActionCrypto.com Options Signature Campaign*Earn 0.10 btc on: February 05, 2015, 06:18:53 PM
I don't understand a few things redsn0w.
You said that you have personal issues and will not come back to this forum and that you will not have time to check our posts and pay us.
You are still posting on this forum regularly, and you could also calculate our posts and pay us to (or ask someone for assistance if needed).
Many people joined this sign. campaign based on trust in you, not in action-crypto, because we know that if anything happen with original program you will pay us.
So, based on the facts above, I really don't understand why you couldn't wait one or two days more, wait to see who will take over your position of manager of this campaign, and transfer funds you received previously from action-crypto to new manager or directly to all members.
Your unnecessary action will hurt many people here and also damage your reputation, not just reputation of action-crypto.
Did action-crypto requested that you send back to him all funds or this was your idea?
You know how many scams we had previously with all this sig. campaigns so have not you been at all suspicious about this request?
Can you give us transaction info about funds refund to action-crypto?

I'm sorry to say but I'm not happy with your actions here.
Still hope that we will receive our funds  but really doubt about it.

Yes of course , this is the transaction id :

f8d32dada63fbc42c1c35c10e8258040ef260ed3983005bb4df0651d2b861734

he asked me to send him back the funds.

I had a problem, I couldn't wait 1-2 days. I think I've managed in a good way the signature campaign for ~ 1 month or am I wrong ?

As escrow we expected you to protect the funds, not return them to the site. Waiting to transfer to another reputable member to escrow until the final payout would have been a better option.

Not escrow , manager. He asked me to send him back the fund, and after I was contacted from devthedev.

From first post in this thread:
★Escrow service by redsn0w★

Total amount in escrow: 0.5 BTC

So, you had double responsibility in this signature campaign: Manager and escrow service but you failed to protect our funds.

Devthedev will pay all the enrolled users when actionCrypto.com will send him the funds, wait please. As I told I realized after that he (devthedev) would be the manager.

However you can remove the signature and search another sig. campaign.

no, why would I waste time and post it to this forum? I can make all this screenshots and report him to the FBI for cyber crime. Been that, done that before. Some guy scammed me with fake brand items from Asia..

Easy to report it, use this site: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

This is invitation to all scammed users, REPORT SCAMMERS TO THIS WEBSITE

Are you serious ? Report it to FBI for only  $ 130 ? Then good luck, I think the best decision here is to report it to paypal.

yes seriously. PISSED OFF.

I didn't say you don't go with the feds thats alright , if you'r really looking to prevent this guy scam another users you must post proof of it and anyone trusted here will label the guy as scammer if you got legit proves.

You got me ? Othewise he will keep doing he's job.

Yes, please use this format : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0   I think it is easy.

5035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People who knows Satoshi Nakamoto ? on: February 05, 2015, 05:44:32 PM
Hi,
First of all , this is an open discussion thread and I hope theymos or anyone else won't take this personally :p just trying to know what the community thinks about this.
So who are the people who do you think they know Satoshi Nakamoto face to face or only via Internet (like know him before the whole  Bitcoin project for years) .
If I  had to choose , then I would say  Sirius (As you can see he is a very very early adopter looking at his profile ID) and the same thing goes for  Theymos , I personally can't handle the fact that someone like Satoshi will give full access to domains & Administrations for just couple of random people that he knows on his forums .

What do you guys think ? or people that you think they know satoshi ..

~ Madness

I don't know , maybe you have right...  satoshi  "knew" ( not face-to-face) sirius for a long time before the project started.

Don't mind this question, but weren't all the payouts being made to btc wallets directly ?
Why are people putting in their BIT-X addresses ?

The conditions were changed from January. It is now mandatory to have an account and the payment is made there.

Oh, is this true?  That might be a deal breaker for me, actually.

Yes this is true, you should register an account at bit-x.com for receive the signature payment.

5040  Economy / Gambling / Re: •••• COINICHIWA • SUPER FAST ROLLS • 1% EDGE • JACKPOT •••• on: February 05, 2015, 05:30:59 PM
Woow the Jackpot is ~ 0.62 btc , Who wants it ?

I do Smiley , what are the requirments to get the jackpot

0.0001 btc bet?

Yes, as write in the site (FAQ section) :

"With each bet 0.1% of the bet amount goes right into the jackpot. You hit the jackpot if your seed meets a certain criteria and you have wagered at least 0.0001 for this particular roll. The probability for this to happen is 1:1,048,575"

thanks redsnow

but this is just a miracle to hit 1mil odd...i cant hit 100x LOL not 1000000x

You're welcome , thanks also to @Dennis7777 (he was more fast than me  Cheesy).

For the question of the probability (1:1,048,575) at the end it is only a question of luck.
