So if I want to have an intelligent conversation on Bitcoin, where do I go for that?

That would be surprising to see you've ranked as Junior Member without knowing which section to go.
That's not an intelligent action so beware going to those intelligent section.

How much did you earn thru it?
5023  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: December 18, 2015, 05:27:54 PM
The governments of the world cant ban bitcoin, its loo hard, they will have to block thousands of websites and access the computers of their citizens in search for evidence of bitcoin use, its just not worth it

Thats not necessary to do in order for them to ban bitcoin. They just impose their law thats it. but even so they can't individually search who they suspected who is into btc.
Bitcoin will survive still an might even have huge value because of it.
5024  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: December 18, 2015, 04:57:54 PM
was OP's account bought?

if the government / banks are creating their own, then that's not decentralized.  Even if btc isn't going to be mainstream, i won't use what they are inventing.
btc isn't mainstream even today but look at its value.
5025  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-12-18] Bank of America files patent on blockchain sentry on: December 18, 2015, 02:45:19 PM

5026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big banks creating Bitcoin alternative on: December 18, 2015, 05:25:22 AM

don't you think they're planing to acquire 51% of btc?
5027  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can gambling sites deduct amounts in my account? on: December 16, 2015, 08:31:23 AM
Why would you ask that after a week of playing?

I'll be honest it sounds like you may be up to no good. (if that is the case then yes they can easily!)

If you're a normal player just playing dice not doing anything shady then you have nothing to worry about in the slightest pal assuming of course that you are playing at one of the top dice sites.

Just wanna ask as I don't remember how much I have in my account. I just login and saw that amount I never have. will try to record my btc every time i go stop.
5028  Economy / Gambling / Can gambling sites deduct amounts in my account? on: December 16, 2015, 07:53:01 AM

Been playing with dice for a bout a week now and won few. I was wondering if gambling site can deduct some bitcoins in our accounts if they intend to. Can they?
5029  Economy / Gambling / Re: UFC 194 Prediction: Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo [December 12, 2015] on: December 15, 2015, 12:30:39 AM
Damn what a disappointing fight. I expected McGregor to win, and it was easy money so it's ok, but also expected a good fight and it was all over with a "lucky" punch. I really hope there is a rematch.

i dont think its a lucky punch. counter punchers do that all the time.
5030  Other / Meta / Re: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? on: December 13, 2015, 07:22:52 AM
Well this is a double post which is just simply increasing your postcounts for yobit. I wouldn't be surprise if your name is listed on the yobit spammers thread. but well, its your game.

if you can just quote every thing and say everything you wanted to say to a post then do it. not by quoting each without waiting for a response from anyone on the thread.
Why? is an hour of waiting to check if someone replied too long for you when you've been circumventing the forum the whole day?
5031  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Most used online wallet is blockchain.info? on: December 13, 2015, 07:05:31 AM
Yes. I think more are from the blockchain.info. Users who have no idea how to install a wallet on a hard drive will likely resort to an online wallet which could be considered reliable. I've been using them since the start becuase I've never heard anyone complaining about Blockchain to which their btc were hold nor scammed by blockchain so i guess they are the most reliable so far.
5032  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: December 13, 2015, 07:01:18 AM
Simply because they would not need to use Banks... When people begin to understand the empowerment that btc gives them they will surely start to use it.
that is questions ?
most people don't know the facilities and technologies provided by bitcoin, so cutomers will be indifferent to bitcoin,
the question is, how to get people to understand?

I think it should be taughtt that they can cash out through some atm's or make an example. So that they will see this is really real cash not just any online money that aint real.
My understanding and experience is a bit different. People are doing the easiest and most convinient things if possible. So if they are not forced to use bitcoin (TV spots, marketing, etc) only a few of them will realize the benefits and will start to use it because of his own inner motivation.
So as long as people think that BTC is for online casinos, gamers, etc, they won't think to use it as a kind of digital money nor currency at all.
If some big electronic chains will start a campaign to pay with bitcoin to get some kind of discounts, it could have some positive effect. But why any of these big chains would start accepting bitcoin if they are not able to spend them, to buy stock or pay salaries etc.

If merchants offer only btc as payments for a very in demand products, it might get users to buy or interested to what bitcoin is. You're right. The more they'd probably try acquiring bitcoin if these online merchants can provide discounts after all btc's value will rise.  A simple link to a thread which gives the users an idea about bitcoin will sure get them informed.

5033  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how can i earn with bitcoin please? on: December 11, 2015, 05:10:57 PM

I might just have to wait till I get to have a higher rank and join a signature campaign later. I figure that getting a loan without collateral may end up having red trust in the forum so this isn't an option for me. But I can offer my social media marketing skills this time as I've learned a lot from a friend who is into it.

BTC sure if going to be a good investment so earning it today is essential because it will be very valuable later.
5034  Other / Meta / Re: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? on: December 11, 2015, 05:04:17 PM
It wasn't because of that specific post, it was because of a pattern of trolling lately, and incessant bump spam.

I'm not going to bother answering your questions though, whatever they were, because based on what I've seen it's a waste of time, and I'm not keen on that.

Meta isn't here for you to carry out your personal vendettas, please stop. Thanks.
But you allow Vod and hilariousandco to carry out theirs? And you're not going to be a helpful admin and answer questions? Doesn't ban people for death threats. Doesn't ban people for actual trolling. Interesting.

Also, prove that I've been doing excessive bumping via screen freeze services like archive.is. If you cannot, it never happened then. I can provide proof that the staff and the DT trust group are nothing more than a clique. Go to my trust rank page, and read "shitposts like crazy" on my trust. I didn't know that's worthy proof of indicating I cannot be trusted. Show me some examples of my useless threads, please. All of them are useful. Oh, and if you have a problem with people talking about others, why don't you just make it against the rules to discuss others? If no one can prove I was outside of the rules, this is just a personal attack on me.

Don't embarrass yourself. Its not their fault that you are new to the internet.  Grin

5036  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do DICE BOTS Actually Work For You? on: December 09, 2015, 04:46:05 PM
Never really thought someone would actually create a bot for dice game. Is it really possible to win using those bots like it could predict the outcome?
EAs for the FOREX trading isn't working well even when programmers were paid very well to create it. I use to work with someone who could write a bot for Forex software but really, its just a waste.
Not for long you could receive a negative feedback if proven not working.

He has a huge capital to play gambling, was amazing. if you win like that I probably will not go back again to play gambling Smiley Haaaaa  Grin Grin

Greed can make him come back for more. If he bet for huge amount this means he is indeed a gambler and he will win another but gradually lose until he he realize he isn't wining for the rest of the week. It will likely to happen to anyone including you.
