5121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: November 07, 2016, 11:46:26 PM
Bitcoin is not going to be banned. It may be regulated, but definitely not banned.

You have the point that bitcoin will not be banned globally, it may be regulated but the chance of getting banned of bitcoin for a certain and specific country is possible. Just like what did Russia decided to ban bitcoin at first so the people who are using bitcoin their are doing crime if they are going to use bitcoin but good thing now they removed the ban.

5123  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Palagi Ka bang Biktima ng Scams? on: November 07, 2016, 01:46:04 PM
5124  Local / Pamilihan / Re: (kakasa kb??) Pacquiao VS. Vargas on: November 07, 2016, 01:38:26 PM

5127  Local / Pamilihan / Re: 2016-2017 nba . nagsimula n. on: November 07, 2016, 03:29:08 AM
For the win. Golden state Warriors. Wink Kasama pa si Durant grabe amg line up nila.

Grin
5128  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: November 05, 2016, 02:43:35 PM
Bitcoin is digital currency and also one of the commodity like gold. It cannot be replaced with USD, still major countries are not still not accepting bitcoin as one of their option. It will take lot of time to establish a digital currency into physical one.

Yes there no need to be compared because USd will remain as USD and being used and popular whole over the world. Unlike bitcoin, it is still on its young age and needs to be adopted by a lot of people. But for us, that who are already knew it both of them are very important to us because we are able to convert our bitcoins with USD.
5129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of Banning Bitcoin ? on: November 05, 2016, 02:39:29 PM
I don't see this problem coming up in the future. Governments may tax bitcoin to demotivate it's user and adoption and if by nay chance bitcoin is banned, then banning bitcoin would have severe effect on the crypto community and in the innovation of money. The future of money is programmable money, that which is hard to fake and which can be sent to anyone anywhere in the world within seconds. So banning bitcoin would be like killing innovation.

Actually the countries that allow bitcoin already tax it, you have to declare it and pay X% to government however can you imagine how hard is to discovery if anyone have bitcoins since is something anonymous? And that's why some countries are baning the bitcoin.

Yes it is because here in my country, bitcoin is allowed to be used by the users. And upon the registration of an exchange site for a government permit. It seems that they need to pay a lot of taxes for a local exchange. Because here in my country there is the most used exchange and covers a lot of users, they tend to pass the taxes fee to us.
5130  Economy / Economics / Re: Best October Investments on: November 03, 2016, 11:29:43 PM
You should have just saved that 1 bitcoin. The bitcoin price has spiked this month early. ICOs are not always the best option to go with. Sometimes bitcoin itself can be a great investment, and provide you with a great stable income for doing nothing Smiley

Yeah. At times bitcoin gives good earning without doing any work due to the fluctuations happening with the price. ICO has gained good trust from more users but it was not in a state to consider as a investment similar to investment made through bitcoin. Possibly scenario might change when more and move people start using digital currencies.

Sometimes you can even lose in investments because of Bitcoin's price rise, for example you invest in ICO, but then BTC goes up and you are stuck with coins that don't necessarily scale in price together with Bitcoin.

I can say that I lose because I am not able to sell my bitcoins while it is on $743 and I just manage to sell it only when the price fall to $687. But still that is a lesson and profit to me, but I'm a bit discourage for that $56 loss. And I think that is not lose either because I manage to be stable and confident when the price is just $620.
5131  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: November 03, 2016, 10:50:42 PM
I think that investing in bitcoin might not even give a steady income, due to high volatility, but you can get a good interest rate, at a level that, when it's found in other markets, it would be in investments with much higher risks.

It depends on how many source you have, so usually if you have 3-10 sources of income in bitcoin then for sure that is going to give you steady income. Just like in real life, no matter how small your profit for each source as long as it is giving you steady income that is good to consider and more effective in the long run.
5132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: November 03, 2016, 10:42:23 PM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.

for children, you can teach them by playing or using cartoon movie or 3D art in video that looks fun, then show it to them. I think children love such thing, so probably they will be interested in watching it. so when they watch, you just need to explain some. it makes your explanatiom easier.

It is going to depend on how big is the IQ of the child or teen you are talking with. If his IQ is quite high and good then for sure no matter how hard or easy you are going to explain what bitcoin is, he can just simply understand it easily. But if that person has a very low iq, no matter how good your explanation is, still he will not get it.
5133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of Banning Bitcoin ? on: November 03, 2016, 10:38:37 PM
I think everthing will be good with bitcoin andd he will just grow and many pupils will become rich because of bitcoin.

You are out of the context, the thread is all about banning bitcoin and you are saying way too far from it.

I think the effect of it will startled the bitcoin people to keep on doing something to keep on the usage of bitcoin and no one will ever stop them from doing it because many are holders of bitcoin and they want to use for their own sake.
5134  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ang Sekreto sa Trading on: November 03, 2016, 10:08:59 PM
Is there an example site where we could start doing trading? I'm still a newbie and still learning. Hoping to use your strategy if I learn.

There are a lot of exchange sites / trading sites where you can start trading, like cex.io , yobit.net , bitstamp.net , poloniex , bter.com
It will just depend to you on how you are going to see it lightly with the strategy you have learned today. And good luck to your trading trading
career as newbie.

Thanks for your reply. So do you have experience on trading? Would you recommend on doing that?

I'm not an experienced trader, I am just depending on some speculations too and tutorials of our good fellow Filipino's here.
His recommend is good and it is going to depend on how you are going to believe and apply it. Every trader has their own strategy.
Maybe you just need to explore , learn by your own.
5135  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Foreign Investors priority sa Pinas on: November 03, 2016, 09:59:00 PM

5137  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: November 03, 2016, 03:26:44 AM
I would say that both are important, if you ask me. Investing you will have chances to increase your capital, and could gain experience in the market. Having savings you will have a better life and be able to deal with situations where you need that.

Since we are in bitcoin industry, both of this choices applies to one activity and that is by holding. And it is good that if you just want to save but at the same time you have investment with those savings, you can just do it alone by holding bitcoins. Because as you save and waits for the price increase, the possibility of getting profit is high.
This is our opportunity to make money or if possible to be rich as we are here in the early stage of bitcoin, there's more room to grow for bitcoin here therefore we should learn how to take the risk. Instead of just spending our bitcoin, we should also learn how to invest and by holding our bitcoins in a longer period of time, it will already give us a guarantee once success will continue and it will grow into a substantial amount.
Investing your money and saving it later won't be enough to make you rich, as you did not take any risk on your investment. If you want to get out of the rat race. But if you are lucky there are certain types of investment that can really make you rich all you need is a careful study about it and time for it to appreciate. But keep in mind don't invest your bitcoins directly as you may often fall into a scam, you can convert it to fiat and find a good amd real investment in the real world.

Well I am not aiming to be rich, but as long as I am able to save decent amount of money, it feels me happier than the usual day. I think it is better if you are going to have an attitude that every time you have money in your pocket, you manage to save any amount. Because that is going to give you a positive output.
5138  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin with PayPal? on: November 03, 2016, 03:22:14 AM
I suggest that you stay cautious of buying bitcoin with PayPal, especially from third-party vendors and sites. Only trade with those you know, or coinbase, as has been mentioned here. I would suggest using the currency exchange here or on hackforums, but I know that it offers a way to get scammed, and generally people do not accept PayPal as it is reversible. I would much rather do an exchange in person though, rather than using a vpn, as those can be caught by companies.

Yeah, I have an incident that paypal is asking for some proofs for buying bitcoin using them. Just like this incident https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1669085.0
So for me it is better if you are going to moderate using paypal for buying bitcoins.
5139  Local / Pilipinas / Re: ฿฿฿ Biglang taas ng ฿itcoin◘◘◘ on: November 03, 2016, 02:55:50 AM
5140  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Mga kabayan ano gamit niyong Bitcoin wallet on: November 03, 2016, 02:40:41 AM
