521  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Most Secure bitcoin wallet ? on: September 06, 2014, 10:38:20 PM
There isn't an unsecure offline wallet but if your computer is full of cracked software than it's better to store your coins into an online wallet like blockchain.
522  Economy / Economics / Re: I will increase my %-possesion of the bitcoin ledger every day on: September 06, 2014, 10:33:11 PM
This is a smart perspective of the bitcoin market, if you will increase your percent everyday you will become a whale but it's not so easy to achieve.
523  Economy / Speculation / Re: The next bubble will be sooner and bigger than you think on: September 06, 2014, 10:29:32 PM
Bitcoin is designed to increase its value year after year, if it won't fail than the price will rise, and probably the new beginning is near.
524  Economy / Speculation / Re: The only reason why anyone would want to see Bitcoin fail on: September 06, 2014, 10:27:49 PM
is because they did not get into Bitcoin when it was in the pennies and missed the boat.

There are two type of bicoin users, the first are the ones who hold to get rich, the others are the ones who sells to buy more at a cheaper price.
525  Local / Off-Topic (Italiano) / Re: Acquisto hardware online on: September 05, 2014, 03:57:55 PM

526  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: Bitcoin, for all - nuovo ATM a Reggio Emilia - 6 settembre on: September 05, 2014, 03:55:48 PM
Ottimo, spero che si diffondano sempre più anche nel nostro paese così da non essere come al solito il fanalino di coda...
527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Losing faith...heres why... on: September 05, 2014, 03:50:34 PM
If the chart is right we will see a value of about 10000$ as a peak of the next bubble, the history repeats but sooner or later it stops...
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 05, 2014, 03:47:39 PM
with next halving of BTC in 2016 you'll see what a good investement is (btc not eth)

The halving won't trigger a rise alone in my opinion because it isn't a news but it's a fact we all know.
With this I don't want to say that there won't be any other bubble before 2016 Smiley
529  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can Bitcoins get lost somewhere out there? on: September 05, 2014, 03:40:43 PM
That's a really strange issue, I have never read before about that, the only thing I would do is to contact armory support in the alternative clients subforum.
530  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Offline Mining Rig on: September 05, 2014, 03:33:53 PM
As the others said, you cannot find any block if you aren't connected, all the coins works in this way.
531  Local / Off-Topic (Italiano) / Re: Commenti Leaked pic [NO PIC & LINK INSIDE] on: September 05, 2014, 12:39:39 PM

532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Stellar on: September 05, 2014, 12:36:37 PM

Kraken hasn't got a very high volume of transactions but it's one of the most trusted exchanges so it may contribute to spread the word about stellars.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: LTBcoin [LTBc] "Let's Talk Bitcoin" crypto-rewards Official Discussion Thread on: September 05, 2014, 12:34:39 PM
There is too much spam in the non-english boards therefore the devs will hire some moderators to take care of the spammers.
Banhammer is imminent Smiley
534  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin, altcoin, litcoin, dogecoin on: September 05, 2014, 12:31:33 PM
About all this, what is the best coin next to bitcoin?? Heard a lot of good reviews about doge and stellar.. Will they overtake bitcoin's success?

Stellar is only a viral currency copied from Ripple, it won't replace bitcoin for sure.
Same for doge, it has a strong and nice community but the coin isn't innovative in itself.
535  Economy / Speculation / Re: September Pump on: September 05, 2014, 12:27:06 PM
Every month is the right month for a pump in this forum, but no prediction can really say when it will happen.
I'm holding so I'm not worried about "when".
536  Economy / Speculation / Re: It'll be insanity not to buy bitcoin at sub $500 on: September 05, 2014, 12:23:21 PM
Buying now is a smart thing to do, bitcoin actually is undervalued and in few months we will see a new big rise.
537  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next boom within 3-4 months tops on: September 05, 2014, 12:20:31 PM
According to the above chart in september 2016 we will be all rich... That's too much optimistic in my opinion, we can't reach 100,000$ in a period of time so small.
538  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello everyone on: September 03, 2014, 07:26:50 PM
Hi and welcome to bitcointalk forum, my usual advice when I see some newcomer is:
Don't trust anyone here, if you want to trade do it always using an escrow.

The accounts could be sold so even if you are dealing with an hero member look out for scams.
539  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum need backup? on: September 03, 2014, 07:23:54 PM
how can it know which address I generated?
Maybe because with that seed, every generated address is the subsequential?
like 1xxxxxxxa; 1xxxxxxxxb and so on?

I ask because I'm going to store some savings, and I'm scared that in a disaster event I'm going to lose everything...  Undecided

You won't lose everything.

As long as you have those 12 words.

Using my 12 words I could calculate the first 100 addresses (along with their WIF private keys) of my wallet for you in about 1 minute using commands in a Python console WITHOUT even touching Electrum OR the internet.

It's all just math.

1 + 5 is always 6

Your 12 words will always generate the same addresses in the same order.

I'm new with electrum so this may be a stupid question but:
if I have received money from more than 100 addresses, does the seed changes or it is always the same?
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I've got 4 btc. What should I go in on (aka: post what coins you're in on) on: September 03, 2014, 07:19:12 PM
I would invest some coins, but not all the 4 btc, in the LTB coin (letstalkbitcoin.com coin) because it's very promising,
the remaining money in Monero and Burst coins.
