lol mabsark what the hell happened to your trust ratings? ^^

Someone invested in a ponzi didn't like that I gave that ponzi negative feedback.

525  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting theymos to remove Mabsark from DefaultTrust on: December 10, 2014, 11:49:30 PM
How is that an abuse of the trust system. For leaving negative feedback, it quite clearly states:

Quote
Negative - You were scammed or you strongly believe that this person is a scammer.

I strongly believe that these services are ponzis (as do other users) and have left them negative feedback in accordance with the reasons outlined by this site.

With PB Mining just collapsing a lot of people have just lost a lot of money. The cloud mining companies that I've gave negative trust to have all refused to provide any evidence of their legitimacy, acting in the same way as PB did. People need to be warned of this before they get ripped off. It's pretty useless warning them afterwards.

If those companies are legitimate and provide evidence of that, then I'll remove those ratings like I said.

As for Riverboat, he was pretty much trying to extort Havelock into using his background checking service and lied about a conversation we had, as explained here.

So far I have no complaints.

Only thing pathetic here is how competitors are abusing trust system and giving negative feedback based on their assumptions. When they do something wrong then it's ok.
"I will give you negative feedback unless you give me info I want from you" - it's really fucked up Mabsark.

It's not an abuse of the trust system at all. I honestly believe this is a ponzi as do other high ranking users and think it only fair to warn people thaty this service refuses to provide any proof of legitimacy. Like I said, if they provide that evidence I'll remove the negative trust.

What use is it of waiting for people to get ripped off and then say "I told you so"? It's better to warn people now before they get ripped off.
528  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: December 10, 2014, 04:32:25 PM
AMHAsh, can you please address this question:

Id still like to know how AMhash would handle hashie running off with customers money. Who owns the hashrate, hashie or its customers? If the latter, how can people know hashie forwarded you the btc and/or credentials so you can honor the contract even in absence of hashie?

Also, do you know for sure the identity of the person(s)  behind hashie? Are you vouching for them being a legitimate business, and if not, who's (braindead) idea was it to use them as reseller?

I rated AMhash top scores for credibility, but at the same time you are associated with and relying on a company that I had to give pretty much the same credibility rating as 3 ponzi's that have recently collapsed. If this doesnt get cleared up, Im going to have to take this in to account.

I'd have to agree with puppet on this. I criticised them for refusing to provide evidence of legitimacy and a couple of days later the deal was announced with AMHash. They still haven't provided any evidence of legitimacy to the community though.
529  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: December 10, 2014, 03:54:46 PM
The current reward displayed on our website is accurate.
Please don't forget the luck factor involved in cryptocurrency  mining. On our website we display the latest daily mining result obtained.
The theoretical calculations show an average possible mining reward, not a maximum one. The actual results can vary quite a lot, depending on the pool luck factor.
There is always room for optimization and certain pools manage to swing the luck factor in their favor more of the time than others.

Show us your mining stats then and your mining income for the day in question, otherwise you may as well be just making up those values.

We are not misleading anyone and the reward displayed on our website is the actual reward our clients received the day before. We try to keep things as accurate as possible.
If you are interested in purchasing a mining contract to see how we do things first hand, I will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

Yes, you are. You're telling people that they will earn so much per day, based on your service being extremely lucky the day before, making your service seem more profitable. Are you having the exact same amount of luck on multiple consecutive days? Has the value you show ever been below the theoretical value? Luck works both ways but I've only ever seen the value on your site above theoretical. I'll be keeping a close eye on that to be sure.

I don't believe a word you are saying and I think you are just making up values as you go. You can easily prove me wrong my showing me the evidence.

530  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: TERABOX - Cheapest mining contracts - from 0.0012/Ghs! on: December 10, 2014, 03:36:24 PM
Same as my assumption you being a hobbit. But I have to thank you you though for your posts and therefore having tetabox thread always on top of Services section.

Hobbits are not real, ponzis are. How is your service any different than PB when you refuse to provide any evidence of your legitimacy, just like PB? Until you provide such evidence, everyone should just assume you are operating a ponzi.

532  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: December 10, 2014, 11:52:18 AM
invariably, as we all know, this industry is never a one-horse race. All good points made above, but for this GEN however, it may well boil down to who gets first out the traps. That said, having samples to test does no way go the length to offer a best buy, just yet.

interesting times ahead.

I think AM will be first on the scene with their 4th gen chips, with Spondoolies about a month or two behind with their next gen.

Update
14nm/16nm projects are at pre-evaluation and pre-design stage. It has to be done
in 2015 but the starting time of placing orders depends on overall gain vs (NRE/R&D/risks).
...
The mass production time of BE300 in terms of chip-out date is February to March, 2015.

From this CCN interview with Spondoolies:

Quote
Could you tell CCN about what we can expect in the future from Spondoolies-Tech?

We have a very ambitious schedule in front of us.  In Q1, we will bring our next 28nm chip.  It has very ambitious specifications. Then by the end of q2 we will have our 16nm chips, with out of dimension specification. We are looking to be the most significant manufacturer in the SHA-256 industry by the end of 2015.

So, it seems like AM will be first out with their next gen but it looks like Spondoolies or KNC will likely be first to 16nm.

Suddenly we have got an influx of new users and are flooded with PM. So, we are hereby requesting everyone to be patient in terms of resolving support requests.

It truly is amazing how stupid some people are. After the collapse of the PBmining ponzi, people are now flocking to your ponzi which refuses to provide any evidence of legitimacy, just like PB mining.

I guess some people never learn.
534  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recovery program beginning in January for PB Mining customers. on: December 10, 2014, 11:09:39 AM
Really the person who gives negative trust for freedom of speech?

Dude gave me negative trust for calling out HASH for using 13k of investor funds "with out concent or a loan to follow through with"  for a real estate deal I told everyone would go sour.... Then I asked him why he gave me negative trust a couple of days ago he could not even answer...

PS It happened just like I called it. Check out HASH status now.

What a fucking liar you are! I did answer you and already told you that it had nothing to do with HASH. It was mainly for the posts in this thread. You were basically just slinging shit at everything, claiming that they're all scams. All that FUD was nothing but an excuse to push your own background checking service and you were pretty much trying to extort Havelock into using your service.

Here are the PM's:

Do you recall why you gave me negative trust the exact reason?

Talking complete crap about Havelock claiming it was a scam, as were all the stocks on it. Making new threads to "warn" people and spamming existing threads about Havelock being a scam.

see you do not recall lol will you please remove it if I refresh your memory?

well here is a reminders, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=707341.0

See the problem you gave negative trust and can not even recall why. Broken system lol

But what I said happened happened and he ended up losing 13k of investor money on a real estate deal gone south. Hope you did not lose any coin on the deal.

It wasn't that. Checks the dates. That post is over a month later. Also, I've never even posted in that thread.

It was this shit, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647553.0.

All your post has done is proven you more untrustworthy by showing you to be a liar.
535  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recovery program beginning in January for PB Mining customers. on: December 10, 2014, 12:10:36 AM
Hopefully, people will learn from this experience and refuse to do business with services that refuse to provide any evidence of their legitimacy. Seriously, how much more proof of a scam do you need than that?
536  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CloudMining.website is offering 1 GHs @ 0.001 BTC | 5% affiliate commission on: December 09, 2014, 11:23:39 PM
The red part of your reply clearly shows, you are now agitated and feeling uncomfortable in front of unwanted questions. But, at least u have shown some honesty by declaring that u r an ASICMiner shareholder. Your companions like Puppet, Jimothy etc are not even doing that and trying push their stocks disguising under neutrality.

I called you a fucking moron because it is obvious you have no clue what you are talking about. None of those are my companions but Jimmothy is/was an AM shareholder. Puppet and Raskul are not.

To speak the truth, HaveLock is an unregulated exchange and it is awaiting the fate of GLBSE. I understand that u have no other way than pushing these scam stocks, so that u can sell them quick and get your money back. But, it is unethical to butcher uninformed new people like this for your own profit. Stand in front of the mirror and you'll see that u'll look like what u stated me in the last part of your response.

I couldn't care less about Havelock, which is a fully registered exchange in Pananma. Why the hell would I want to push stocks trading on Havelock? AM doesn't need Havlock and existed before Havelock. They existed on GLBSE, they existed on BTC-TC annd they existed on BitFunder. Alll those exchanges are gone, yet AM is still here. It's no big deal if AM have to stop trading on Havelock. Only a fraction of the shares are on Havelock anyway, most shares are direct shares tied to bitcoin addresses.

Now, let us analyse what u have stated about AM Hash aka friedcat.

1. So, there is no clear figure available publicly that how much total hashpower they have sold ? And u r telling me they are listed in an exchange ? Cheesy

There are figures:

Q & A
About HAVELOCK and Hashie.co.
1) How many shares did Hashie and HAVELOCK get?
A: HAVELOCK and Hashie.co are the only two platforms confirmed by us. The total hashrate of our promotion is 5PH, we sold 0.639PH on HAVELOCK and 0.32PH on Hashie.co. We will open AMHash3 on those two platforms on this 10th.

So, Hashie had 0.32 Ph/s, you can see the amount sold on Havelock under "Units Outstanding" and you can calculate how many Th/s have been sold directly by dividing the amount of BTC by 1.2 (about 0.64 Ph/s). You now have all the information you need.

3. Are u brainwashed not to ask Q about friedcat ? I asked about his identity, so that I know whom to target when HaveLock is taken down by SEC or similar. SatoshiDice was traded on an exchange we know the owner Voorhees. ASIC manufacturer spondoolies team is well known => http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/pages/team. So, why the hide & seek game for friedcat ? If he is simply mining and delivering, why is not he coming forward ? Dont be a leg licking dog. Stand up and ask questions to everyone.

FC isn't hiding, he's just shit at PR and marketing but he has been to a few mining conferences. His identity is public.

You have made some bad investment by investing in AM hash. Ok...its fine. It happens. U dont need to trap gullible newbies for that. Invest a little directly in prominent cloud mining websites & wear the referral sig for some time. Report me when u make profit. Smiley

I haven't invested anything in AMHash, like I said I'm simply an ASICMiner shareholder and ASICMiner have paid out over 600% to initial shareholders.

Like I said earlier, you're just making a fool of yourself.
537  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CloudMining.website is offering 1 GHs @ 0.001 BTC | 5% affiliate commission on: December 09, 2014, 09:35:38 PM
No i can't proof that God exist.
No i can't proof that they are legitimate.

Can you proof that they are scam? NO! So why you wrote that:

Also, that service in your sig is a scam too.

I'm not asking you to prove that they are legitimate, I'm asking them to provide evidence of their legitimacy which them can easily do so. There are no legitimate reasons for them to refuse to do so and if they did provide evidence, they wouldn't have to deal with scam accusations and they would make more money.

538  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO Mining contracts || 0.0013 BTC / GHS on: December 09, 2014, 09:28:05 PM
But here is still no proof.. this is just what you think.

It's up to the service operator to provide evidence of their legitimacy, not potential customers to prove the service is a scam. Any cloud mining service that refuses to provide any evidence of their legitimacy should simply be assumed to be a scam.
539  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CloudMining.website is offering 1 GHs @ 0.001 BTC | 5% affiliate commission on: December 09, 2014, 08:31:59 PM
How you can be so sure? Just give me any proof and i will change my mind. Everyone can write what he want and i see that you are using this form..

Can you prove that God does not exist? Instead of asking me to provide you with proof that they are not a legitimate service, you should be asking them to provide you with proof that they are legitimate.

They've been asked repeatedly and they simply refuse to provide any evidence that they are legitimate.
540  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO Mining contracts || 0.0013 BTC / GHS on: December 09, 2014, 08:11:49 PM
if they paid then why complain?

i dont get it.. just consider that before anything else. also whats up with that google link provided..if you want referrals or people to your site do it properly.

You buy a contract for a specific amount of money and get a fraction of that back every day/week. Every clueless idiot says they must be legit because they're paying out, joins the referral scheme and attracts new customers. After a while, the service operator fucks off with all the money, having paid out a tiny fraction to customers in order to fool people into thinking the service is legitimate.
