Booked a condo (Callantsoog) near the Northsea, only 200m walk to the beach.

Been there done that for today 2 WoD’s at the crossfit 10-11 WoD Hour between stretching 12.15 -13.15 WoD 2 (cardio one) Good job with taking care of your body, keep pushing! I did some jogging 2 times a week during spring and summer, having a break due to colder shit weather outside. Visiting the gym 3 times a week at Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starting a 10 min cardio to warm-up the muscles followed with 3 chest --> 4 legs (2 times a week) --> 3 back --> 2 abs --> 2 shoulder --> 2 biceps --> 2 triceps. Changing exercises once every 2-3 months to avoid adaptation. Shock the muscles with more reps from time to time to stimulate them for better muscle growth. Protein shake after workout.  |
