someone just took a big dump on polo...too bad everyone else can't get their coins out!

Fine, fine...no pushback here. Maybe ziplibrary can school poloniex?!

What do you expect: the account has 441M qora Guess we are not seeing transparent forging implemented...yet Edit: interesting though to see income standings (the biggest holder is not biggest earner..bit of luck to play) - http://coinia.net/qora/blockexplorer.php?gen=20 Edit2: so in fact, we may be seeing an algo that accounts for weight being smaller and accounts with less qora can win/process blocks that "count", hmmm. And may only kick in when tx fees are present. Believe the data

Sounds simply like a "frozen" client/blockchain. They probably installed and ran the daemon and have not debugged the client to see that it's not updating! And with at least a day to reply the communication process is very slow!
NO... they are clearly doing something wrong in their implementation ASIDE from the client having gone out of sync at certain points... the proof is sitting right there in everybody's accounts... they are showing COMPLETE for withdrawals (which they processed with a synced client) but they haven't provided a Signature because those transactions never got ANY confirmations on the chain. This happened with my NXT withdrawals two weeks ago. You are right, it's both....their implementation allows "completed" tx but does not confirm against the blockchain: i.e. their checkpoint is "upstream" of actual confirmation...it pains me how the exchanges don't allow deposit until blockchain confirmation but withdrawals process regardless. Fuckin racket! Polite pestering works for me with Polo. Angela is helpful..they are just busy. Again, mandatory update will "make" them update their implementation. Edit: I agree, they are to fault but it's life...simply does not help to piss off poloniex - they can fuck us. Even if it is their fault, what can we do?

So it isn't on the blockchain? NO... Poloniex withdrawal transactions never reached the chain... I've been telling them for days... they are showing COMPLETE but they themselves have NOT provided a Signature because THERE IS NONE!?!?!?!?! Sounds simply like a "frozen" client/blockchain. They probably installed and ran the daemon and have not debugged the client to see that it's not updating! And with at least a day to reply the communication process is very slow! Solution: 1. Anyone who submitted to Polo, submit ticket and continually pester until you get your Qora - dont use Polo again. 2. Those who have not traded on Polo, don't. 3. From our side: qora: release "mandatory" client update (even if it's not) with improved syncing so the exchanges must update clients.

I started this thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=633799.msg7063710#msg7063710I know this is sort of stupid but I did this to test what people knew about Qora. You see I have recently come to the conclusion that almost no one has any interest in Qora, no massive rush to a new innovation in Crypto. When I trade on Sharexoin I'm literally the only one buying cause a day later my order is still the last one. Its bizarre. I think the guy who said Qora was part of the NXT family I think is the key. Because of so many clones and IPO's of NXT in the last months Qora I think is overlooked as some kind of NXT clone with a few added things thrown in. Its very early but apart fro the price putting it high in Coinmarketcap I would say Qora has less interest that the average shitcoin pump and dump. I wont make any conclusions but its clear to me people are clueless to Qora and what it is. This is both negative and positive however you want to look at it. The price was slowly rising on ShareX... then Polo added it, and everyone moved over there and the price tanked again. It bound to rise again as the client becomes more stable and the specifics of the PoS and other features are made clearer. I think my pint was more than just the price. I guess there is a few points in what I found but the main one is simply Qora compared to the 'bigness' of it as a completely new coded cryptocurrency people know very little about it. I mean remember the fuss about Emunie and they never even released in the end. I guess the other major point is that Qora in the minds of many is maybe just another NXT clone or some new reworking of NXT like say NXTL. The positive takeaway is that Qora is still widely unknown yet and that separating it in the minds of people as not part of NXT code is important. unless it really is BCNext which would be an even more positive takeaway of course. Interesting survey (yet very small). NXT is going to take the press for the next month or so...big announcements coming. Qora will continue to implement changes in the client to create more stability as well as roll-out the website..can we expect to get these done by mid-June? We (qora) can continue to create and develop our plan that's laid out. That simple. Growth will come as the products develop.

I assume you are still having issues with you Qora withdrawal as well? I'm waiting since Thursday night and they are not very good at communicating.
COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!?!?! This kind of exchange problem was predicted before going to an exchange..hope the problem with Polo doesn't turn off too many potential investors! We need to keep pushing shareXcoin...damn, never thought I'd say that

@ agran: everything working smoothly with the faucet? Still no receipt of qora after 6 hours Send me PM with your qora-address. I will check. And Try again. Honestly I cant remember which addy actually went through. I was getting address input errors, trying different ones, and finally one went through...I think the one in my sig. If no one else has mentioned tx delays, it must be from my input. Will try again today, thanks! And keep up the awesome work...really like the blockchain upgrades. Edit: faucet working like a champ...tx came through in <5 sec!

Fantastic update qora! Thank you sir. v7 running like a beast...v6 took 10-15 minutes to upload 3K blocks, v7 synced 3.5K in under 3 minutes! For haters, just stop for a second and consider what goes into making that happen...these tweaks would not be implemented successfully without serious skills! Major boost in confidence, thanks qora. Top 5 in the future...not sure when but it will hit the mark, no doubt in my mind. PS - I asked statetheart to paint an original piece of artwork with qora colors (deep purple and black, or monochomatik) and logo as a sign of appreciation for qora/BCNxt . Will take awhile as he is backed logged but said he'd do it as he's inspired! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=361155.0 and video: http://www.dailymotion.com/zorankutuzovic#video=x180thoThanks again qora...stage one (catch up to other cryptocurrencies) is well underway!!!

I've got a couple of refunded escrow's if anyone wants a stake who missed the IPO. The stakes are worth quite a few coins as one stake in cat 3 and one stake in cat 4. I'm debating on re-upping my escrow because I have other non-escrow stakes. If anyone wan't in NFDv2 that missed the IPO, let me know and we can work out something.

All of this ranting...come on qora community, we are better than this. The more we rant the less we get done. Professional and mature. Let's avoid drama and talking nonsense and focus. Efficient and effective progress forward will only happen when we focus and forget about price, other coins, etc. Let's model qora and get the work done, please!
Edit: Business at hand:
website development - in progress. twitter- new client possibly today facebook updates?
We need to start asking how can we catch up to other top currencies...and go after this!
qora mentioned possible features on OP:
Possible Features Anonymous transactions/Zerocoin One of the biggest problems of Bitcoin is of course that every transaction is traceable. Currently Zerocoin is the most promising project which is trying to solve that problem in a decentralized way.
How can this come about? This would be huge!
dzarmush, what else?

Congratulations for your lucky sell So that didn't just cost me nights of sleep, but 200€ as well now. Damnit. LOL - I was hoping that rate would be the bottom buy in...let's see, I was able to snatch the 0.04 buy order for 2000 NXT!

Thats 5 btc for 10000 coins?? Yes, 5btc for 10K. If someone want to buy pm me also, I can offer a better price. Sorry for being the one to break this to you but you sir just made yourself look like an ass!

Also one more question. How complicated it is to build a multipool for Qora? If it's not too complicated, I'd design it, pay a couple of btc to developer and launch our own multipool. Not sure if we even need someone outside the community to do it.
To build something like BC multipool from scratch is very complicated and time-consuming ( http://blackcoinpool.com/dashboard) but using third party multipools like [Suspicious link removed]/accounts/login/?next=/profile/ or http://wafflepool.com/ and integrating qora as one of their options for payout is simple. (faircoin used this option - http://fair-coin.info/#multipool) I don’t think that the owners of the pools that PM you will ask “too much” qora bounty – they already have the experience to do it quickly. I think we should pay someone and save your time for other important projects. We only need high-end stuff for Qora. I e-mailed guys that built BC multipool. I agree with you but gl with that. I offered them a nice amount of btc for the BC multipool code and they didn't even reply. I don't know how it works but probably your inquiry was so unacceptable that they didn't even bother to answer. Imagine someone PMd qora and asked for a source. i guess you are right Only the best for qora...let's not settle. Consistent high end tools will pay off in the long run. Develop, assess, refine and improve. I like that we are comparing blockchains, pools, clients, etc with other successful coins but let's be careful not to copy too much. Creative risk will payoff the most if successful. Trust qora and our own creation. my2q
