https://crypto-trade.com/news/39official news states: Hi, We are still processing CT shares transfer to respective owners, so please expect some delay for the last time to issue dividend and please stop repeated requests for the same in shoutbox.
This warrants preservation. And this bears repeating: Yeah, but see, that's precisely the problem here: investing is a thing. A very old, very storied, and powerful thing worthy of study and respect. Talking some intellectually lazy people into forking over a few pittances so as to fund whatever personal project has nothing to do with investing, nor is it particularly a good thing for anyone involved. It doesn't belong in Bitcoin. No matter how many new instances of junk are pushed forth, it's still junk.
When it's explained to you that you're veering down the wrong path, listen and figure it out, instead of projecting your problems onto me and ending up in a corner asking people to stop requesting that you give them what they're owed.

Self-moderated threads are great actually. It tells "HELLO GUYS I AM A SCAMMER". But it should probably come with a big read warning on top.
Yeah, that works for people who can read and think, though such abilities mean you don't have to rely on there being a banner. Meanwhile bitfinex's self-modded thread for instance continues to spill over with the idiocy of those who lack access to your advanced and occult technologies. Speaking of which, Essentially everyone can smell the rotting corpses under the pretty facade.
If you mean those who are essential, then yes. If you mean anyone else, then no. There's a reason this is a cycle rather than an isolated incident.

Thank you for your input. As we stated earlier, we had no problem with the customers query, he wanted me to send the goods first, he twisted my words. Website down for Maitenance, we will be back shortly ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) No douchey, it's quite clear what happened up there, and it's quite clear by now you're unable to read. This strategy of failing, ignoring those who point out how you're failing, and papering over everything in a pisspoor attempt to come out looking fine and dandy is one of the defining marks of subpar conmen and the outright incompetent. Get with the program or get lost.

Operate bitcoin kiosks and bring bitcoin to the wider population. Provide purchase and sale of bitcoins in a safe and legal manner.
Aha, I see. FTR, that first sentence is useless...a kiosk is like a counter, how's anyone to know what it is you intend to do there? As for the second, have a read here.

That's patronizing and needlessly circumlocutory. Assuming current Cryptsy's problems aren't intentional, we might see increased rates to cover expansion costs, remember Coingig doubled its fees in the last two months. Cryptsy's 0.3% fee was either a naive attempt or fantastic subterfuge.
If you take the advice of being responsible for yourself as patronizing and circumlocutory, you're doing it wrong. The fact is umpteenth new people are stumbling across various ill-designed services and spending little to no time checking them out before donating coins and subsequently plastering the forum with complaint threads. The solution to this situation is not "we might see". The solution is for people to use their BTC responsibly.

If that thread is supposed to be a record then posts should never be deleted in order to preserve the history. Either allow the thread to function as a thread that is self moderated and has a full history or just delete the whole thing. A thread with deleted posts is useless to read for those that do not refresh it 20 times daily because many posts will be missing and does not represent an accurate history.
Indeed posts should not be deletable. 'Til this basic notion manages to get a foothold however, you're pretty much stuck quoting that which you respond to. Self-moderated threads are even more retarded an idea; if I wanted to see public discussion of X's product according to X, I'd read their diary. This is a forum. Actually, I might make a small summer project that automatically copies posts from major security people to bitmessege! Would anyone be interested?
Who are you and what qualifies you to identify who is and who is not a "major security person"? See the problem?

Investigating further I'm more convinced something is not right here. Their top of the line unit cost 5$/GH. Bitmint sell their chip at 4.5$/ GH if you order in big quantity.
Even if they managed to get a good deals on the chips the margin is not there to build the pcb, case, cooling, etc and make a profit.
People will say anything. They will say anything with all the forcefulness of truth and with all the gall of unwavering conviction irrespective of whether what they say is true or false.
There are instruments to handle these problems, as described in The positive market effects of the delivery bet. All people like you need to do is use them. And if you don't use them and get burned...well you gotta learn somehow. Next time you'll use them. Or get burned again, and eventually become this retard.

ALERT!
Lightbox has allowed VirtEx, Canada's largest btc exchange and one of Havelock's first IPOs, to exit the exchange at the end of the year after a 4000 btc reap back in March, now worth $3.6M.
VirtEx never paid a single dividend and are not buying out their investors or desolving their business. Quite the opposite. They're probably in the midst of an expansion restruction but not to the benefit of any of their Havelock investors. They have been promised "certificates" in another company called Alberta, that will likely not be denominated in btc, yield btc dividends, or be tradeable in btc. Oh, and btw, trading in VTX shares closed simultaneous to the very vague email announcement that went out to shareholders.
Think twice before you forfeit valuable btc to any enterprise on any exchange. It's gold rush Deadwood out there and if you're not careful, you may get your throat cut.
Compare and contrast. It has nothing to do with "any exchanges". It's all about "all the scum that's not MPEx".

Keep it open, use the ignore button and stop complaining because you have to scroll through a few pages when you have big money tied up into shit. People need to stop being lazy. "Omg but Crumbs won't stop posting!! I feel like I'm gonna die!" So many god damn cry babies on this forum man.
I like this post. Me too. Anyway OP, no. Deleting posts and threads is an Usagi (read: failure) tactic used by those who wish to hide, either from others or from themselves, their stupidity. They shouldn't be enabled thusly, and you certainly shouldn't take it upon yourself to do it for them. Records are for preserving and using, not for adulterating into a more palatable history.

I was attracted by this article: itBit is pursuing additional liquidity measures outside of the pricing model, including a relationship with a quantitative trading firm for professional market making... TechnologyThe itBit team wants to see bitcoin traded like any other foreign currency, which also means advanced technical infrastructure, according to Teo. The exchange’s engine was built based on NASDAQ open-source technology and is capable of handling millions of trades per second, which gives itBit order of magnitude margin for market growth before having to update their systems. The company is also employing globally-redundant cloud hosting and Akamai DDoS protection to ensure reliability and uptime, as well as FIX APIs to meet broader ForEx technical standards. http://thegenesisblock.com/bitcoin-exchange-itbit-announces-launch-5-5m-total-funding/Loller. Hey itBit. The whole dysfunctional operation patched over here and there if enough of a stink is made method most recently enacted by coinbase doesn't work so well in the long run. See here.
