Seriously?  I can't buy now.  Why would you do that?  Whether they are BSing or not.  Why?

Well guess I'll see you guys on Monday.

I'm guessing the attack is being called off?

That's what it looks like.  With less than 4 hours to Friday.  It's over.

LTC - 1 / BCX -0

Litecoin is a scam too, so no loss.

We all know how you feel about litecoin considering you wrote the wiki page. https://en.bitcoin.it/w/index.php?title=Litecoin&action=history

Thanks Dad.  We can handle ourselves.  Fuck off.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BBQCoin being 51% attacked by Luke-Jr on: July 26, 2012, 04:19:14 AM
I'd never even heard of this coin till yesterday and as soon as I saw it I assumed it was a joke, so I have to ask.

Is most of the Bitcoin community always this spitefull? Or only when they get board?
These "coin" scams are nothing new, and make Bitcoin look bad. Stopping them in their tracks before they can scam people, when possible, is a logical way to help Bitcoin keep its reputation clean.

Are you fucking kidding me?  You're either crazy or in need of a medication adjustment.  You are a thug.

This is getting exciting.

@Simran Thanks!

This going to be so much fun when someone find out BCX real name/address.

Impersonation/identity theft is still handled in pretty much every country as a huge federal crime, start lubing solong.

People "found" out my real name and address and nothing happened.
Well, one of my plants died. Maybe someone from these boards came and killed one of my plants as a warning.
Consider me warned.

Were you involved in ddosing pools and trying to ruin an entire currency?

A fair point.
On the other hand, is Litecoin really a currency if one female Apple employee can destroy it? Apple has thousands of female employees, how can you possibly hope to keep them all happy? If Litecoin cannot be harmed by one female Apple employee, then it might be a currency.
Either way what is all the fuss about? Either Litecoin isn't worth saving or it doesn't need to be saved.

The same thing could of happened to Bitcoin had some asshat wanted to do it.  BTW, still could when ASICs come.

She has told me her name and that she lives in the same area, but we've never met in person. For all I know, it could be a total lie.

You know she's told you she lives in the same area.  You know her name.  Why aren't you saying it?  After all it could just be a lie.  Let's find out.

Edit: and if you don't say her (alleged) name in the next post.  I'll assume you are hiding something.
Why is everyone so mad  Roll Eyes

What pisses me of is coblee acts like he has no idea who she is.  When he knows almost everything you need to know to "dox" her.

She help him with litecoin in the beginning?  They've talked in IIRC?  She's told him her name and where she lives? WTF?
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Asshole BitcoinEXpress on: July 26, 2012, 01:06:53 AM
I wouldn't be surprised if everything we see here is acting in consensus established behind the curtain.

I've been thinking the same thing the entire time.  There is too much coincidence here.

I think her 100% just means that I know her name.

This is a good start.  You know her name.  You know where she lives.  Now we would have a name, gender, and location.

Jeez, you can't ask for better info.  And you know it.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC-E Down? on: July 26, 2012, 12:34:44 AM

The thing is I am not hiding from anyone either. I have been to two SF Bay area Bitcoin Meetups, I am a member of the Sunnyvale group, met several people and Coblee 100% knows who I am. People are stone cold shocked when they meet me, I always get the same reaction....you're not what I was expecting. Here's a hint, I'm not a he LOL.

Hm...
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BBQCoin being 51% attacked by Luke-Jr on: July 25, 2012, 11:58:46 PM
It was fun to joke about, oh well.

And luke I hope your kidding, it wasn't a "scam" it was literally just a fork to fuck around with. It wasn't going to go anywhere anyway.

Lol.  What a hero!

Thanks for protecting us from ourselves, Father.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BBQCoin being 51% attacked by Luke-Jr on: July 25, 2012, 11:45:33 PM

I think everyone knows it's a joke.  Wow.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty to dox BitcoinEXpress on: July 25, 2012, 11:42:20 PM
Why don't you just ask/pm Coblee?  They both have said they've met each other on a couple occasions.  San Fran was it?

If someone was trying to take down something that I worked hard on, I'd be telling everyone who they are.  It has struck me as rather odd that Coblee hasn't just given out their information.  They seem very familiar with each other when they speak.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So, I've been out of the coin loop for a looong while... on: July 25, 2012, 07:53:37 AM

And if you imply litecoin, I just don't get it.

Doesn't matter if you get it or not.  You asked and I told you.  It is happening.
560  Other / Archival / Re: deleted on: July 25, 2012, 07:29:32 AM
BCX is nothing but a low grade extortionist.

Dont be shocked if she sends messages to all the pools and litecoin exchanges demanding payment to call off the attack.

I don't have to, I've already got a fairly sizable offering from several as "donations"....

A Namecoin pool was nice enough to once "donate" 35,000 NMC to my public donation address. Back when it was .033 BTC and BTC was still at the $10.00 mark.

Extortion is illegal, donations accepted LOL

You seriously are pathetic.  Wow.
