Im fairly new to altcoins, so forgive me if this is a stupid question. But I don't understand with all of the great developement and unique features of blackcoin, why there isn't a reflection in the price. I purchased about 10k coins over a month ago... am I expecting too much in too short of a period?
I am in it for the long term... just want to be with the right coin

That's right, but there are no buy or sell orders, zero volume. There should be some motivation for people to start trading on relatively unknown exchange. |

Let's just switch off all miners and seed nodes and let his coin rest in piece (and pain) This coin is more dead than dead. This was the last IPO coin I invested into.

There are still couple of forks in the wild, so if you're having problems synching, try the following:
-Close the AidBit wallet
-Re-run our installer and select "fix sync problems" checkbox or delete all files except wallet.dat from %appdata%/AidBit/
If you're still having problems syncing:
-Close the AidBit wallet
-Delete all files except wallet.dat from %appdata%/AidBit/
-Create the file aidbit.conf inside %appdata%/AidBit
#aidbit.conf
connect=23.100.32.37
connect=23.100.8.20
connect=193.77.159.166
maxconnections=3
Run the wallet and let it sync. Then exit the wallet and delete the file aidbit.conf.
Thanks for this instructions. I followed them and finally wallet seems to synchronize correctly. I want to stress the fact that it is imperative to follow this instructions in the right sequence where first the aidbit.conf file needs to be created in empty folder and then wallet needs to be run so that it connects to correct nodes from beginning. When I first synchronized wallet and then I created aidbit.conf with above settings and then restarted wallet, it simply couldn't synchronize properly because apparently I was already on wrong fork. Why don't you hardcode those 3 IP addresses in the wallet directly so that users don't need to create that aidbit.conf file manually? |

Wanted to stop by to say hello. I bought in @500 sat I think this is a promising coin. Right now I'm only day trading but I'll keep an eye on this thread. The dev sounds genuine and if he keeps to his word and maintain support for this coin I'll consider stocking up for the long term  Good luck everyone! Yeah the dev hasn't ran away so far so it's a good sign that there is some bright future for daytraders |

Why the difficulty showing in SGMiner is different than in wallet? Miner shows 26, Wallet shows 16,46

So far, so good. Already got two AID payments from the pool.
There are no changes on AidBit github either, so hopefully all problems are resolved.
Update: AidBit Windows wallet version 1.0.1.2 was released. Pool payouts are ok.
Difficulty is around 50 already!!!
I tried to mine on your pool and then on Maya and the difficulty is different. While on your pool it was over 50, on Maya it's 26. What is more, the wallet is showing cca 16. I don't understand this at all. Are you sure your pool is on right fork? |

The last block in my wallet (latest version 1.0.1.1) is 13003. Block Explorer is showing now block 13097.

I am mining AidBit on Cryptohunger NOMP pool and having cca 20% higher hashrate with the -k optimized switch (18,7 Mh on R290 and 16,2 Mh on R280x).
srcxxx: could you please check if your pool is on the correct fork as the difficulty is very low and it seems like those 3 miners on your pool are the only miners so far on some fork.

Could you please tweet when you have a fix or something so that I install new wallet. I'm going to get some drink now in local pub. Already tired resynchronizing the wallet x times. In the meantime I'm mining on Cryptohunger pool with optimized SGMiner and getting 20% higher hashrate than on Maya pool which btw. seems to be down currently. I am getting 16,2Mh for R280x and 18,7Mh for R290. |

Can someone provide valid IP addresses of some seed nodes so that I can put then in the CONF file? I resynchronized my wallet twice already and apparently I'm always synchronizing with wrong fork.
