I bet 100 BTC and got:

Naw just joking, it never appeared. I did 3*36 and got all numbers bellow 6 but never 6. Please also explain the abnormal return of 7/6.
542  Economy / Marketplace / Re: JACKPOT DICE on: January 28, 2011, 11:50:15 PM
Dunno, It works for me. I bet 0.1 BTC and the expected returns are 0 BTC, 0.1 BTC, or 0.6 BTC, the first being the most likely.

While I wait for the payment I rolled the dice many times and the 6 had NEVER showed up after 36+ trows. Also my math shows that after 6 trows on average you should be returning 7/6 bitcoins that get in. That ain't really good for the house is it?

Yep confirmed it with another 36 trows. The 6 doesn't come out and looks like it is not a fair odd between all numbers, could you share us more?
543  Economy / Marketplace / Re: JACKPOT DICE on: January 28, 2011, 11:29:30 PM
Oh, come one? Just 1%?! What in hell is that?

Doesn't matter I am going to beat the house. Tongue

545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Graphs of the total hashing speed on: January 28, 2011, 07:53:29 PM
Something to note is that the first graph is a parabole and therby exponential. Tongue

If you look it as a parabole we are already past the slow increment towrds a huge one. GHashes estimated at 170 for today. Keep mining. Wink

I won't be able to assist. My parents decided to "gift me", <- in their own words, for their anniversary and they are dragging me to an ecological reserve. Sorry guys. :/

Oh please read what a direct democracy is and why it is better than a representative democracy. :/ I believe you misunderstood me.
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Direct_democracy

The other alternative would be a consensus system. What is your opinion?

551  Economy / Marketplace / Re: probiwon.com: New gambling shooting game with 94.2% return on: January 27, 2011, 12:11:21 AM
A technical request. Could you share the part that process the bets? ex. How does it know a when a bet is made and I assume it later calls the gambling system.

It is just uses new 'listtransactions' call to bitcoind:

I am interested in this to put an ATM where you can get the local currency for Bitcoins. This help would be appreciated.

I suppose you are using the PHP library. Do you query it constantly(Ex. each 5 seconds) or does the client(bitcoind[.exe|.app|]) report on any transaction? I just want to know if there is a more practical way to do it. Tongue

I would love a direct democracy. <- The only true democracy.

:/ Dunno, had they adoped Bitcoin as their official currency along gold, silver, and other scarce commodities?

Also, I am underage, so not possible. xD This is the first time I hear about it. Is it a direct democracy? It sounds like so. Cheesy
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Kiosks on: January 26, 2011, 05:32:21 PM
I am thinking more of those Parking Kiosks where you get an address(fixed) where you deposit to the machine and after enough confirmations(Just one for starters) it spits out money in the local currency or, vice versa, a camera reads a QRCode of the address to send bitcoin to and sends as much as money is inserted. The exchange rate could be adjusted remotly or synced with an exchange. It could even exchange at market price! I will research this and see if I can get at least some instructions so someone can set it up. I am not really sure if it is safe to store valueables in this machines unless there is in place security and the keypair of the address store in a safe place. Tongue
558  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Capturing and analyzing Bitcoin network traffic with tcpdump on: January 26, 2011, 12:49:27 AM
Mhhh, I don't see the point unless Bitcoin was a closed sourced program. You can look at the sourecode and see how it works. Tongue

Also, since I don't track any visitor(Unless they cause a mess and I get a bunch of 403,404), please say if you read it at least! Feedback is really welcomed.
