there are many reasons that can lead to price rise, the best one is more adoption that is growing everyday.
but about the 2016 rise i think the major reason is going to be the halving and the expectation that it has created among the investors for price rise.

If we are considering about the non-virtual world then dollar will be replaced by, euro, yen or any other currency, but in virtual/digital world after dollar there is bitcoin which will replace dollar.

No, bitcoin won't replace dollar easily. Can you tell on what basis the replacement happens? Dollar is world's currency and bitcoin is not accepted as real money. It is just the digital money. I rely on paypal because it is in currency that can be transferred right to a bank account if needed and only wait for 3 business days to reach it to you so you can use it right away.
With Bitcoin you have to try and sell it for fiat then you can access it to use it for things that you want to buy like food and pay for bills.
You need 3 business to get your PayPal money to your bank account? That's quite a long time. I can sell my Bitcoins and get the money the same day in working days. But that's here in Europe, not sure where you are living. Yes, right. even I only need less than 30 minutes to do it and I prefer bitcoin than paypal. True but in terms of credited amount reversal, with bitcoin not possible. PayPal has made it with guaranteed reversal if credited to wrong account due to mistake. |

They will stop using Bitcoin if they know that you can lose a lot of money with Bitcoin and if the value will not rise and that the value is keeping stable because that is not good.

Yes I try to hold some in my wallet, don't touch it at all.
Holding for next few months is the good decisoin, as current price is not too high to sell our coins, but if we wait till halving and then sell then we can earn good returns. Yeah, it's good to hold for few more months as the halving is expected soon. But at times this holding will also create a large accumulation which may decrease the price before halving. |

A lot of people feel very strongly about the support for the different sides to the debate. Core vs Classic. We saw some people leaving the scene when Mike Hearn did his XT tantrum when he left to go work with the competition. I was just wondering, if people will do the same thing, if either Core or Classic failed? Does your support for Bitcoin, rely purely on the developers who work on it, or do you support the technology. Let's put this to a poll. Once again, this poll will not be a true reflection of anything, due to sock puppets on this forum etc... Let's just poll the group to see how they feel about this. I will definitely stay and keep supporting Bitcoin. As long as it helps me save my money and make some money with it I will stay on Bitcoin. And I still have some coins to sell so I will not leave until I at least sell those coins against a profit. Yeah and if we leave now then that would be the worst decision of our life and we will surely regret in future and we need to have some patience so that we can sell at higher profits in future. The worst mistake I made was that I bought some bitcoins at a very low price that is good. But when the price did go up a bit I sold them all. After I sold them the price was going up more so I could have made more money.
I think that's not too big a problem dude if you have already benefited from it. therefore you should be more patient. I know we don't know when bitcoin will stop moving up again? so it was naturally happened If you feel this to be a worst mistake, you would never sell your bitcoin. Its the nature of bitcoin, it grows without notification. We only be keen on price fluctuations on selling. |
