5421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(ONGOING REGISTRATION) on: April 03, 2019, 05:58:11 AM
It seems like it's hard to reach the 20 participants in short time left.

TO OP, how about we can different predictions based on the amount of entry we will put.
For example, if one will send BTC0.01, he is entitled for 2 predictions.

That would be nice though but let's stick first with the initial rules and besides this is the first time that we'll be having a NBA prediction pool, I'm open for the best ideas.
Okay, I'm alright with no changes and stick with the current rules of the game.
Hopefully those who are listed as interested will send their registration so we can confirm them prior to the playoffs.
5422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe bull market is coming? on: April 02, 2019, 09:47:58 AM
currently the bull we are so eagerly waiting for can be seen. if he stays already or just briefly
indicates that he still exists i can't say. it would simply be too nice to know such things in advance Cheesy
It's here already, I believe it's already the bull market that dictate a good pump today.
I witnessed it, although the price has stabilize as of now, but I am sure there will be surge to come, we should prepare for this new run.
5423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling responsibly, is it possible or myth? on: April 02, 2019, 09:40:51 AM
Gambling responsibly is like smoking responsibly - you don't get your ass bitten off immediately right now but somewhere further into the future. The more responsible you are the greater the delay would be that you might not be even alive by then to feel it!  Grin

I don't see it that way.

Gambling is a risk on your finances, while smoking is on your health.
Whatever you do in smoking, everything could result to damage of your health, however gambling could not be a risk if you will just play for fun
and also if you have the discipline to be able to resist temptation.
5424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the house always win???? on: April 02, 2019, 09:35:01 AM
Too greedy if you want to beat the house, they themselves build the system, you won't be able to beat it.
That's accurate, no one can beat their system because they have the house edge.
No matter how hard we try, we will never beat them, the only way to beat them is we have a huge bankroll and we do it in limited rolls, we will win provided we are lucky, but every roll they have the edge on that, no matter how small.

you're right don't think about the strategy to beat the house, just play with fun. stop when you feel enough. You can just profit by playing fun, trust me!

It's the correct thing to do, play for fun for games that has a house edge, and take it seriously on skilled based games.
5425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2018-2019 betting on: April 02, 2019, 09:23:55 AM

5426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [TRST] WeTrust - For the People, By the People! on: April 02, 2019, 05:15:45 AM
Time to wake up for this token, BTC already did pump today.
While the market is bearish we understand it, and we are willing for wait, but now it seems the bear market is already over, so we can expect something good for WeTrust to at least give us some moment to enjoy, well I am hoping the volume will not be barrier for our ambition.
5427  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think this BEAR MARKET will LAST? on: April 02, 2019, 05:03:13 AM
This is the question of faith and trust for cryptocurrencies because the market is unpredictable and no one can answer your question.
I don't remember for how many times i had witnessed this bear and bull market but what I observed is market always come to recovered but this is the longest bear market in history in which it lasts for more than a year now
I agree with that, we us traders don't know how the market will move in the future, we don't see it.
However, if we have faith and trust in the market, we will never do panic selling and buying, and we will be focus with our goal and only make an action at the right time. As of this writing, I think the bull market is already here, I've witness how the price pump today.
5428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it good to invest in ETH? on: April 02, 2019, 04:51:40 AM
Ethereum is at a good price currently so should be fine to buy some here. Can use some of it to invest in any hot ICOs or trade it for some other hot coins on exchanges.
I think you can just keep your ethereum from investing in ico, the market is moving up, don't make the wrong decision. if the market continues to move up then ethereum will experience a large increase. keep patient with your investment.
Would be safer if you will just do that way.
ETH has fall 10 times, and it could also rise 10 times, that's possible since this market is unpredictable.
Bears and Bulls are coming to play, depends on the given timing and situation.
5429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is too complicated on: April 01, 2019, 03:38:02 AM
Centralized financial companies are constantly working on solutions to make transactions between different parties as easy as possible, however, the cryptocurrency and blockchain payment solutions are very complicated for the average person to use.
Until this is put in check, cryptocurrency payments will never have a chance to overcome fist.

I think the presence of cryptocurrency is to facilitate transactions. If you say that cryptocurrency is very complicated. How do you assess crypto?
That's the main purpose, it was not created as an investment.
A person who knows how to transact digital currencies online for sure will easily comprehend the procedure using crypto for online transaction.
Without acceptance, we will think it's complicated, but if you are in the opposite, you'll know it's very easy.
5430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(ONGOING REGISTRATION) on: April 01, 2019, 03:27:33 AM
Great to see NBA playoffs prediction pool. You can count me in, I will send money in next few days. I'm not following NBA very closely as I prefer European basketball. So, I just want to lose some BTC lol Cheesy.
I hope you will find at least 20 participants to make big prize pool. But seems that people here are more interested in football...

It seems like it's hard to reach the 20 participants in short time left.

TO OP, how about we can different predictions based on the amount of entry we will put.
For example, if one will send BTC0.01, he is entitled for 2 predictions.

5431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2018-2019 betting on: April 01, 2019, 03:09:00 AM
I always like to go and bet against the visiting team on Sundays. It's like a little weird rule I have.

Do you have your own basis on your rule? like the winning trend for the visiting team on that schedule.
BTW, congrats for the Warriors win.
5432  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin remain above $4000 this time around? on: March 31, 2019, 07:42:02 AM
So many fakeouts lately, I don't trust any support/resistance anymore, at this point we need a huge bull/bear move to really know where the market is heading. In the past few months bitcoin has broken several daily resistances and all of them had no follow through, just fakeouts, it's a very messy environment right now.

That fakeout is already happening even before, we are just so wary now because we saw how the price dump so hard.
When people started to doubt the market, that's when the market will rise, and it's what I am seeing now, although it's constant in rise but the doubts is still here.
5433  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trading experience on: March 31, 2019, 07:22:30 AM
1-3% of daily trading profits are not that bad. Discord groups are somewhat helpful but not at all times. If you wish to stand up on your own, learn their basis. What are the technical analysis they are using and how did they come up with that. Learn what they have to become an independent trader.
Not bad, but is it possible?
I don't think anyone can make that even if he is good in trading, there's no such thing like 1-3% daily profit, I can only see that in ponzi.
Also, I don't trust people from a signal group, it's nice if we learn on our own .
5434  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for an Exchange for Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) on: March 31, 2019, 06:28:10 AM
I see that majority is recommending Binance to the OP, well it's his decision, if he is willing and can afford to pay the fee, then good.
This project needs to have an exchange soon as MBL tokens is part of the prizes in the lottery.
5435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe bull market is coming? on: March 31, 2019, 06:21:57 AM
I think so, the future of Crypto can survive and recover soon, this is what makes me not panic despite the market drop conditions, buying coins that have a good future is certainly the most ideal solution.
We are still here until now, that would say we didn't panic.
Making ourselves panic will never give good result, panic selling and buy are both bad, we should be relax, and let our mind play the game and not our emotion.
5436  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which bitcoin exchange do you use on: March 29, 2019, 09:01:46 AM
My personal favorite is Kraken. I know they had fare share of their issues, but I like them being quite transparent. Also tried Poloniex and Binance. I did not like Poloniex at all, and Binance is okay due to the fact that they have bunch of altcoin trading pairs.
We have different comfort as a trader, I personally like Binance, I tried to sign up with Kraken and it's a bit complicated for me, and they require KYC.
In binance, you can make accounts anytime you like and you can do that even without KYC, I can even make Binance accounts for the entire family.
5437  Economy / Speculation / Re: A chance for Bitcoin to rise! on: March 29, 2019, 07:16:20 AM
All those people who lost huge money in 2018 are still in a state of extreme despondency, naturally, they would like to see Bitcoin tomorrow cost 20,000 again, but this does not happen, now it will have to wait long enough for Bitcoin to return to its peak values. This will not happen in one week.
That's me, I also lose money during that time.
Not that I loss literally but the value of my entire portfolio have significantly drop, and just like them, I am also waiting for BTC to recover.
Meaning, it should break it's ATH and make a new ATH, for me to sell at a good profit.
5438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is too complicated on: March 29, 2019, 06:52:56 AM
If someone new watch some videos and read some article and test with small amounts will teach how to use crypto, and after will be very easy for them to use, even more easy than make a bank transfer.
YouTube is a great tutorial center for anyone who's new in cryptocurrencies. It's easy to under the basics of trading especially the use of exchange from YouTube I learnt to use Bittrex on YouTube video guide.
It's a good site and it gives free tutorial, I use google and youtube when I was still studying how to trade and knowing crypto as whole
and honestly I learned a lot. We should not limit also to one site or source only, we should be more resourceful and be intelligent in picking information that are helpful.
5439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: March 29, 2019, 06:39:10 AM
Right, I guess players like who went into this kind of gruesome injury should also go to psychologist and help the players to recover their mind and attitude.

We have seen players able to come back from worst injury and play like PG but there are players who can't maybe because of the big mental barriers they can't overcome and they are not the same self after that injury.

The healing technology now is more advance, so he could come back as normal.
When we say out for the remainder of the season, that is huge, and it could be yourself is your biggest enemy when you come back.
This season, we have 2 good players who got serious injury, IIRC, we also have Victor Oladipo, and this one is the latest.
5440  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bottom is in !! on: March 29, 2019, 04:41:36 AM
As of now, it's more likely doing the 2014-2016 bear market. I'm still waiting for the huge dump (if that not happens, more sideways will come until 2020). The chart in the OP is super look-a-like of 2014 chart when the bottom was found and start the bull run in 2016. As long as we still staying above 200 EMA, I'm not comfortable or not buying it. Always stay safe everyone.

I wouldn't compare the market now to the past, sometimes that price history may not be accurate as a tool to use to predict the future.
I have a feeling that the bull run is just around the corner, and that we have already bottomed, and with that, I believe any time soon, BTC will break resistance.
