6141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MOBILEGO Crowdfund [$53 Million] - Decentralized Mobile Gaming Solutions on: November 23, 2017, 06:50:31 AM
Dear MGO team! Do something with wMGO tokens. Its just unfair, when participants of the same ICO are in such a different conditions! How could I know, that waves tokens will cost 3-4 times less then ethertokens? exchange it manually may be at last... Because it looks like  mockery of wtoken holders

Wait we still have the option to swap these tokens today? I thought the swap was only offered for the first month after the ICO and never came back. But please do tell me why would somebody want tokens that are cheaper

at a 1:1 basis? Would that not make your money go down by 3-4x? That is the logic I got perhaps I am applying it wrong in this situation. Either way one thing is certain this is a long term hodl no way around this gents.

The reasoning for going for a cheaper version is that you can at market value sell the eMGO higher and buy back more wMGO. In future when autoswaps are implemented at 1:1 then you have many more eMGO if you swap back.
When will that swap going to happen?
I am holding eMGO and I think it has more volume that wMGO, I just trade at liqui and have not bothered constantly looking at WavesDex.
6142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: November 22, 2017, 11:34:10 AM
Because I think it's different. cash and bitcoin have their respective advantages and can not be compared. Cash has a portion in finance and so does bitcoin. Cash is also something legal and no bitcoin. But bitcoin also has advantages in the world of crypto than cash. So they have their own distinction and superiority.
They are both useful to us so why do we have to compare cash and bitcoin.
With cash we can spend it anywhere and anytime because there is no network that is needed for us to transact.
For me, I have bitcoin in my online wallet but I also have cash in my pocket because I know anytime I need money I can easily spend my cash.

Three unique features
1. Nominees must have a strong connection with Malta.

So Edgeless will have Malta casino license?

Malta is friendly place to operate licensed casino from that place I hope soon will hear good news about the future of this casino. Edgeless is looking very attractive casino to get explode very soon because blockchain is on fire at the moment.
You are right, there is a good chance they can get a license in malta.
The fact that they were nominated in different categories, that would say to me that they are recognize as one of the big business in the future.

I hope to this thread will be updated on the result of nomination.

Community Members, please see here:

https://medium.com/bitjob/stu-airdrop-update-750bdbb628ac

This update addresses the distribution concern, as well as our plan to rectify it.
Good for the ICO participants, bad for me because I just bought my STU tokens and I have a little from bounty.
We are not eligible for the airdrop, right?
6145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] bitJob: Decentralized Student Marketplace - Bounty Program on: November 22, 2017, 09:19:43 AM
Sorry, anyone know what reasons may have contributed to the low price at the moment?
The reason is that there is low volume in a trading site where STU is listed, also the recent pump of bitcoin will make investors disregard altcoins.
Give it a time, when the development will mature we can see a real price increase that is not based on hype.
6146  Economy / Economics / Re: The best time to invest. on: November 20, 2017, 07:01:51 AM
Any time is the best time to invest bitcoin,if you invest today or tomorrow the bitcoin is the way you can do it your plan in your life like you dreams!!
Since the price is going up there is a chance that we can make enough profit in the future.
The only important thing is just we need to be focus on what we are doing and when we say of long term investment, we need to have
the patience to hold it for a longer period until the time will come that you will see a good profit when selling it.
6147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: November 20, 2017, 06:41:21 AM
Bitcoin is an investment option for me that I can earn more money than bank interest, so I can live a more comfortable life. I feel financially better than before.
Great, we take a risk because bitcoin can give great reward.
This is better than putting your money in the bank because you do not really earn a good amount with the interest income you make.
Only the bank are using it in their favor as they can lend using your money with good interest rate while only giving a small amount.
6148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] bitJob: Decentralized Student Marketplace for Online Jobs on: November 20, 2017, 06:24:04 AM
It is strange to say that the price of a coin is low and immediately ask what price ICO.
I expect that everything will go on the road map.
The price is below ICO because it was not yet listed in bigger exchanges, maybe we need more publication to create hype.
I have enough STU tokens in my wallet but I don't think of selling it now because I know eventually the price will rise, patience is necessary
especially when the price is still new.
6149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: November 14, 2017, 03:32:57 AM
bitcoin for me?

bitcoin a type of digital currency in which encryption techniques are used to regulate the generation of units of currency and verify the transfer of funds, operating independently of a central bank.

it helps me a lot in case of struggles in daily life, ill get a profitable income that makes me survive in everyday living.
It's your decision if you want to get the help because the help will not happen like a charity, we have to work for it or even take a risk using our
own money hoping that it will grow. My way of growing my money is through trading and I believe I am taking a risk when doing it.
6150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: November 14, 2017, 03:20:51 AM
Yes bitcoin is money we get to work hard to earn bitcoin and exchange it to our local currency and use it to support our daily needs. It is a digital money but can be converted into our real money to be used in anyway we want.
You can still work even if it's not bitcoin as the mode of payment, there is no difference if you agreed a specific amount as your salary.
Bitcoin is substitute for money but it cannot be spend alone without being converted to fiat as that will always be the end process.
6151  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: November 13, 2017, 11:14:36 AM
I would love to hold both if possible for me, as I view both of them a great investment products and give me best returns on my investments in future.
Both of them are profitable so if we have a chance to invest on both then we will surely do it.
Gold is completely profitable with little risk but bitcoin is too risky therefore you need to ensure you will be able to manage the risk to have a better success rate.
6152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [TRST] WeTrust - For the People, By the People! on: November 13, 2017, 10:28:52 AM
Any activity here from the team or anyone ? Why is the communication so dead ?
It's really quite here, even in their telegram channel, honestly I don't like this because it might loss the confidence of the investors
when they are not getting an updated information. A great community can help the project to grow so it's necessary to build and maintain it.
6153  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: November 13, 2017, 09:57:48 AM
Invest in Gold. As its value gonna increase day by day. I would prefer saving first and then go for investment.
I don't believe that the value will increase day by day, it's not really useful in the world unlike bitcoin which we can use them in daily transactions.
Investing in gold is good but having a small capital to do it is just a waste of time, it's better to take bigger risk and aim for bigger reward and that is possible in bitcoin investing.
6154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ☑ [ANN] ☰ [ ICO 06|04|2017 ] ☰ Humaniq — Discover the unbanked on: November 13, 2017, 09:11:07 AM
Humaniq would be delisted from liqui due to low volume of trading

https://twitter.com/Liqui_Exchange/status/929311953318744064

This is the right time now to get listed on Binance. They have a voting system for each month where they select some coins and based on the Binance users voting.
This is not good, now is the time that HMQ needs us, we should have more exchanges to come soon but that would only be possible
if exchanges can ensure they will get a good volume for the trading fee as their income.
It has been very quite in humaniq, we need big update to increase the volume
6155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Suretly - first crowdvouching platform ★ ICO is over ★ on: November 13, 2017, 07:12:34 AM
Is it possible that it is just a bot increasing the trade volume? Also is not possible to also get listed on EtherDelta? I heard it is very easy to get listed there.
Why are you still looking for Suretly to be listed in Etherdelta, we have it in Hitbtc already and I believe it's a decent exchange.
They'll need to give big updates to cause some increase of volume and the price as well, that's all.
6156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: November 12, 2017, 06:52:44 AM
maybe bitcoin for a great opportunity to make money even if you are studying only and even if you're in the habit of giving you really the chance to make money. digital currency that people can money by investing.
There is not limitations or restrictions in earning bitcoin, that would solely be depending on our willingness to earn.
If we have the skills and we can work online to earn bitcoin then we should do it, on the other hand if we are good in trading then we should start risking now because for sure you can grow your money in trading easily.
6157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 11, 2017, 11:37:42 PM
Another 2 bad defeats for Cleveland (against Houston) and Oklahoma (against Denver), respectively tenth and twelfth in their conference.
Really impressive this disastrous start of the season for these 2 teams. Cleveland will surely go to the playoffs while Oklahoma will also have to fight this year to enter the playoffs.

Amazing match for Harden who made a triple double (his second this season, the 33rd in his career): 35 points 13 assists 11 rebounds and 5 steals!
only Michael Jordan in 1989 had achieved these 4 results in 1 match

Really funny how the cavs are losing all these games with a pumped lineup like that even without isaiah. It seems that they not clicking collectively and that shows you that superteams arrn't enough to guarantee a championship
Last game I watch them lose it was close at the end but they could not keep the lead.
It was only by 5 points and only because they gave up at the end with 4.2 seconds left on the clock and they fouled the opposing team twice in the last 10 seconds of the game.
That was last week Saturday or Sunday. And they haven't won a game since?
Jeez so much for LeBron and him hating on Irving like that.
He was the glue to the team if James wants to believe that or not now.
It is in the team stats since the start of the season.
Cavaliers will bounce back, tonight they will play against the Dallas Mavericks and I have already put my bets on them despite with a big points they are giving. Time to show up Cavaliers, you were once a champion and if you want to be in that position again keep winning especially on weaker teams.
6158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] bitJob: Decentralized Student Marketplace for Online Jobs on: November 11, 2017, 11:21:06 PM
I am happy with the progress, but I want to ask something about exchanges, do you plan to have it added in more exchanges?
Also, I did not see it in https://coinmarketcap.com yet, I guess it's good to be listed there so people will know more about this project.
6159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡ [ANN] ⚡ DeepOnion TOR ⚡ DeepVault ⚡ Cryptopia 🚀 Airdrop 17 of 40 🚀 New Rules on: November 10, 2017, 06:41:24 AM
Wow this thread is going to be at 2000 pages before we know it.  What a fast growing community and project.  Looking forward to another airdrop.
The Deeponion community keeps growing and being very supportive to this project could be one of the reason for its big success.
Looking forward to be part of the Airdrop soon, but for now, I am still gonna be watching this and so far I'm happy with the development.
6160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: November 10, 2017, 06:38:26 AM
Bitcoin for me is a currency in the world of internet we can use it in shopping paying and even gambling.
And a lot more, and because bitcoin is now adopted by lots of merchants, the result is it increases the demand and it has become a good investment now.
People are coming in not only to use bitcoin for their online transactions but also to consider this as their long term investment.
