Nothing is changed, the 2200 eth is a minimum funding goal for the project to continue and launch, The 34000 eth is the target. It seems that the ICO will have a long time ti be over since there is a lot needed, But I think it is a good time to join in since the ETH is much cheaper now. They do very long preparation, maybe if hardcap is not fulfilled it is unfortunate preparation that has been done for a few months

How long does the RNG license take? They could probably get one from some small island in the pacific no problem in a couple of minutes  With the amount of money, they have they could easily get that done in minutes? But I believe they are still testing things to have a bug free platform during the launch.I think we are gonna see the live version before the end of this month for sure and the price is easily going to get double along with the launch. i think it's on trex, and i am hoping for trex. I hate slow transactions on polo.
