If you don't understand it very well, just stick to the traditional way which is trading.
Based on experience, I loss my money in Binary option because I'm not good with price analysis for short term and all I know better is just hold and I can say that it's been profitable for me. I would rather go with sports betting than binary option, I have better winning rate with sports.

Waves is also a good coin but they are late in development compared to ETH, so ETH will grow more compared to WAVES.
